I was going back and forth with our home warranty 3 days with no water, Rescue Rooter tried to cheat my 77 yo dad into an $800 fix by asking him to pay $400 cash up front and he’d go do another job and come back 😐. They denied the claim saying we broke a pipe INSIDE the wall.

In comes Big John’s Plumbing to the rescue. 2 hrs later, new shower plumbing, new fixtures only 30% of what the others were charging. I’m so excited and grateful! Thank you Roberto for your fast service!!

I contacted Big John's to remove and replace a gas water heater. The old water heater was leaking water and was in horrible condition.

John and the men working with him were very professional and courteous. They completed the entire job in a little less than two hours. I was very pleased with the cleanup process.

My neighbor/friend across the street had a plumbing issue and called out Big Johns for a service call. My daughter has recently started driving and while backing out of our driveway, she backed up into Big John's van! Not only was this gentleman not upset, but his main concern was for my daughter. She was really upset and felt bad, but he totally made her feel at ease and had the best attitude. VERY RARE these days. After personally speaking to him and wanting to make things right, he just wouldn't accept anything and was more worried about my daughter and her car. IMO, this really speaks alot about Big John's character and integrity. I asked the neighbors on how they felt of quality of work he performed. Of course everything turned out great. Big John is definitely going in my contacts for any future plumbing needs, and my daughter will definitely triple check her review mirror.

I absolutely cannot say enough about this company! They came out almost immediately to my home and fixed a problem Knights plumbing had mis-diagnosed, costing me thousands of dollars. They were very professional and thorough! They took their time to make sure they were doing work that actually needed to be done, unlike Knights plumbing. I will be using big John’s from here on out!

Great and honest plumbing service that is rare to find nowadays. We used them today for the second time, and this time it was a toilet whose water turned hot after a couple of flushes since we bought the house. They told me upfront that it could become costly if they'd have to put a new cold water line down to the toilet, but instead of doing the quick and expensive fix, they spent about an hour to find the issue, which was a cold water pipe being connected to the hot one. Two caps later and the problem was fixed for a fraction of the cost of a new cold water line. Highly recommended!

Removing old toilet and installing new smart toilet. 3 1/2 hours to remove old toilet and cut hole in wall. 3 hours to move water line about 3 inches and install smart toilet. Estimated around $325 plus parts and extra to move water line and final bill was more than 3 times the amount. Parts were about $60

I attempted to DIY a kitchen sink upgrade and did a ton of research beforehand. Just in case I needed to be bailed out, I found a few plumbers and got quotes for sink install and 3 shutoff valve replacements. Big John had the best price and I was able to communicate via text and send pictures which I appreciated. I started the job and kept running into issue after issue. I gave up a day or two later. I reached out to Big John and he had me on the schedule for a day later. Paul and Rudy arrived on time and I walked them thru what I had done and what was left to do. They got to work for a couple of hours and I had my brand new kitchen sink installed as well as shiny new shutoff valves. The guys were so respectful and kind. I will definitely use again and refer to friends and family. Highly recommend their services!

Truck with license plate 3319 B turned left in front of me, cutting across me in a 40 mph zone almost killing myself and my child in my mid sized sedan, then proceeded to try and flag an officer down to say I was the one at fault.
