***** five star

I always find what I need

One of the nicer Home Depots

Great place, good people!

Hired the guys and they charged without even cleaning 149$ as per their ad, so unprofessional. Moreover they gave estimate to clean with price of over 7000$. I hired someone who cleaned it for 500$. I honestly say stay away from these peeps.

Never called for scheduled appt.Called , driver had a flat tire be there in 2hrs. 3hrs later , I called back owner said the tech couldn't do it today need need to reschedule for another day. Wasted my day waiting . Canceled service altogether

Both David and John did an excellent job of duct cleaning. It seems to me that David is very experienced and dedicated to his job.

Great service! Very friendly, and informative technicians, that guide and teach the customer through every step of the process. Would definitely recommend this company to any and everyone who is looking for this service. Couldn’t have been any more satisfied! 5 stars are not enough for them!

"Searched for air duct cleaning and came up with Austin Breeze. After I looked at their website for service and pricing, I gave them a call over the weekend. They responded within an hour and I was able to schedule an appointment…

Couldn't be happier with Austin Breeze ducts system repair. Quick turnaround time and knowledgeable technicians. Our system is running smoothly again, thanks to them!

Overall great experience. David showed up early, went straight to work and was very friendly. Would recommend to anyone wanting to breath fresh air in their home

David did excellent work. He is professional and trustworhty. Definitely recommend this service.

Very thorough, professional but friendly service. Austin Breeze installed UV lights in my A/C inside units - it has made a big difference in the air quality in the home. Thank you!

Very helpful and very quick! Was in and out in less than an hour! They cleaned both my chimney and dryer vent. Both were pretty clean but needed to be checked before we rent our house out.

Thank you David with Austin Breeze! David provided our annual dryer vent cleaning service today, he was on time, professional and courteous, recommend them for a job well done, thank you Jon

Used these folk for air duct cleaning in my house in Austin Texas, very happy with the results!
Me and my family breathe better air since they cleaned our air ducts, and most of our allergies seemed to be disappeared.

UPDATE 3/26/24

After my previous review I was contacted by Omer. He is the owner of Austin Breeze at this time.

Omer was very concerned about my poor experience and after speaking with him at length I decided to give him the opportunity to make things right.

Omer came to my home on 3/25/24 as discussed. After apologizing once again; he took the time to complete a detailed inspection of my HVAC ducts. He presented me with images and options. I elected to have the system sanitized at this time. Omer completed that service diligently and professionally. I also asked him to provide me a quote on replacing my attic insulation. I received that quote promptly from him by the end of the day.

Omer is trying hard to build a good business and I respect his efforts tremendously. Because he was responsive, empathetic, and willing to go the extra mile I’m changing my review from a 1-Star to a 3-Star.

I will give Omer and his team more opportunities in the future.

Thank you Omer for your honest efforts!

I will try to keep this short & sweet.

Called and scheduled an appointment. I was told it would cost $149. I asked if there would be additional fees.

Trip charge
Mold or Mildew service
Etc.

I was told no additional fees. However. they could not give me an estimate if there was a mold or mildew treatment needed for that ADD ON service.

Technician arrived and inspected unit. Prior to beginning work he reviewed findings with me.

ALL GOOD SO FAR.

He informed me…

Basic cleaning $400
Mold / Mildew $450
UV light $300

I explained basic cleaning was quoted at $149. He repeatedly stated NO and that the person booking appointment was wrong. He called his manager and his manager DID NOT want to deal with the issue; so, he stated to office person. Would call us back.

Office person never called! So, I called their office 3-times. After 3rd call they called back saying they saw a missed call. Office person on speaker stated it was supposed to be $149.

Technician said, NO! That it would be the $400+$450+$300 (optional UV) I listed above.

Then both office person and technician tried to tell me I must have misunderstood.

That my friends is the old BAIT & SWITCH.

I would’ve gladly paid $149+a couple hundred for the upsell to get mildew treatment.

But, their dishonesty got them a LOST sale. I will never recommend any company that is not 100% transparent and upfront with their pricing.

This company is NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

We recently had a problem with a duct/vent running under our house. Omer was an absolute life saver. He spent the time under our house to diagnose AND FIX the problem in this Texas heat. Definitely give these guys a call if you want someone who cares about doing the job right and keeping your AC doing its job!

Amazing service from David and Austin Breeze, we had a musty smell and some suspected health issues so had them come out for a cleaning, turns out we did have mold in our ducts, David inspected everything took pictures and provided a quote quickly and they even adjusted their schedule to get it done faster with the health concerns got it done in an afternoon. I can't thank them enough, my family and I will sleep better tonight, thanks! 🙏

David and Austin Breeze were amazing and I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for duct cleaning/sanitation. Also, if you have a dog, David will give them lots of love so double bonus for the pets!

Austin Breeze came out and added insulation to our roof space two years ago for a total cost of $3,146. We already had the basic insulation between the rafters but they said they would bring it up to about 18 " to allow for settlement. I didn't check at the time but they quoted for R38 which is about 10 inches. I never inspected after they completed the work which was a failure on my behalf but after the recent cold weather I decided to take a look as our upstairs was still cold and found in places they just sprayed a thin layer over the existing and others they didn't place any extra insulation. Not really sure what I paid the $3k for.
