Reviews of local pros in Pflugerville, Texas

I live in Cedar Park. These guys did a great job. Their prices are fair. They were able to adjust the scheduled air duct cleaning, so I could have it done before family came in town. They showed up on time, did the work, left with no mess. Very professional service. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Austin Breeze Air Duct Cleaning. Their team was efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. My home feels fresher already!"

Austin breeze came to my house the very next day after contacting them. They were in and out within 30 minutes and even looked inside my dryer to see if there were any components that weren’t functioning properly. They’re a very kind, friendly and efficient business.

Used yelps "request a quote" feature. All the companies had different pricing structures but Austin Breeze had the best prices overall for our situation.

The serviceman came timely and explained the whole process and took a little over an hour to clean the vents and put antibacterial spray. Showed before and after pics, and was pretty honest about our system being pretty clean to begin with and to keep doing what I'm currently doing since it's working. Basically, replacing the filter per the schedule. I would definitely use them again if this is ever needed.

I had an outstanding experience from booking the appointment to completion of the service. Stephanie and her team were exceptionally professional, maintaining clear communication throughout the process. The technician arrived promptly and efficiently completed the job in under two hours. Highly recommended!

Austin Breeze came out to clean my dryer vent after my almost-new dryer started giving me an error message about a blocked duct. They were prompt and courteous, and they arrived on time (always appreciated!). While they did seem to be able to clean the vent from inside the house, our outside vent was too high for them to reach. After two trips to try to solve the problem (they even were willing to come out on a Sunday!), they refunded all my money because they weren't able to complete the cleaning. Even though they didn't have the equipment to clean the duct, their customer service was excellent and they were responsive and thoughtful. Fantastic customer service!

Having moved to Austin from Seattle, I have had really bad allergies and I recently noticed in my home they were getting worse. I found Austin Breeze and they came out to take a look. My ducts were filthy. They did their job seamlessly and got rid of probably 9 years of buildup.

Not only did Austin Breeze Air Duct Cleaning enhance the indoor air quality of my home, but they also demonstrated a dedication to excellence that is rare to find. The results were immediately noticeable – improved airflow, reduced allergens, and an overall healthier living environment.

David and his coworkers from Austin Breeze did a great job with cleaning our ducts. The first time they came out they found a mold problem in our duct system. They took pictures and explained the whole process to us. Rather than do the job twice, David was honest with us and saved us some money. When they came out to treat the mold problem they also cleaned all the ducts and vents. It was quick and easy and we are very happy with the results. The difference in the air quality is noticable with my and my son's asthma. I recommend Austin Breeze!

Great! Our second time using them. They did a great job on our previous system and today on another system. Very professional and knowledgeable. I always ask ALOT of questions and they are patient/explain well. Will continue to use in the future. We had vents cleaned in our home and now retail space. They have also cleaned our dryer vent too.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I definitely would say they deserve 10. They came out and cleaned our air ducts, dryer vents and did air sanitizing. They are prompt, professional, courteous, honest and personable and did a great job. They are reasonably priced. There is no pressure; they explain what they offer and what they are doing. Both my husband and I are very pleased and will use this company in the future. We will recommend Austin Breeze to friends and acquaintances.

David did a great job cleaning out our dryer machine duct. he was punctual, professional, and thorough. we have used him other properties and he is always the best quality and the most competitive price we have found. Thank you.

I was having my apartment checked for mold, After reading reviews on Austin Breeze I decided to make an appointment for a free inspection. Whenever I'm told any service is free I get nervous ,however I got way more than I could bargain for. David took pictures in a video and concluded that I did indeed have mold and to take this information to my apartment manager and for them to contact him with any questions.I'm a senior on a fixed budget and he went the extra mile . I highly recommend Austin Breeze.

Omer was my Technician. Good guy! He explained everything he was doing. Last company I used did not clean the drier vents like they should but Andrew showed me exactly how it needed to be done. I will use Austin Breeze Air Duct Cleaning again and recommend them to neighbors, friends and family.

My experience with Austin Breeze Air Duct Cleaning in Austin, Texas was fantastic! David Eitan and Michael, the technicians, were total pros and a pleasure to work with.

They made sure to cover all the bases - from thorough air duct cleaning to a meticulous job on the dryer vent. What I appreciated most was their attention to safety; they came fully equipped with masks, gloves, and shoe covers, which was really reassuring.

From the get-go, the team was not just professional but also really warm and personable. They took their time with the air duct cleaning, and now, my home feels so much fresher and cleaner.

The real star of the show, though, was their chimney sweep service. They were super careful and thorough with the cleaning, making me feel reassured that my chimney was in good hands. It's nice to see folks who are genuinely passionate about their work, especially when it's something as important as chimney cleaning in Austin.

I also appreciated the little chats and the friendly advice they gave me about keeping things in shape. It's those personal touches that really make a service stand out, don't you think?

We got our dryer vent cleaned recently. They were kind, courteous, and very efficient. I would absolutely recommend their service to everyone! He helped us by fixing an issue caused by a previous company. And all was done very quickly for the best price out there! Scheduling was also incredibly quick and they had availability soon to take care of us.
We will definitely be using them again in the future!

The tech try to upsell me show me a before picture and supposedly did the work but couldn’t show me an after picture. He seemed a little upset when I wouldn’t agree to the up sale, but his assistant David was great.

These folks came out and cleaned, repaired, and repainted my fireplace. Eddie was super friendly and professional. He showed up when he said he would, was very personable, did the work quickly, was very clean, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Not sure what else you could do better. I’d certainly suggest Eddie/Austin Breeze for any work that you might need on your fireplace.

Where do I start? Stephanie who coordinates all appointments is amazing. She has the patience of a Saint. She was extremely helpful and extremely patient with my concerns and frustration even when we experienced what we thought was a severe mold issue after the initial visit. She was even able to schedule an impromptu same day emergency followup visit. David who was our technician was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He walked through every step and provided detailed remediation. Went well above and beyond. High quality service is hard to find. Everyone on the team at Austin Breeze have just that! If you need top notch HVAC Specialists who do things right it's Austin Breeze. Thank you sincerely again to the entire team!

When the technicians arrived, they were right on time and greeted me with a smile. They took the time to explain everything they were going to do, which made me feel really comfortable. I appreciated how they treated my home with respect, laying down protective coverings and wearing shoe covers to keep everything clean. The air duct cleaning itself thorough and efficient. They used some impressive equipment to get rid of all the dust and allergens that had built up over the years. I could literally feel the difference in air quality in my home immediately after they finished. It's so much fresher and easier to breathe now.
