Austin of Calico electric was fabulous. The first visit he came out to troubleshoot and resolved a major issue done by another contractor. I was so impressed I hired him to finish an Alex smart installation. He installed switches and helped program Alexa. Austin is super knowledgeable, patient, kind and really fair in pricing. I needed the old fluorescent lighting upgraded in my kitchen with LED can lighting and Austin came by to give me a quote and install. He was so accommodating and honest and gave me different options and layouts for the can configuration. I love the way it looks and it did not bankrupt me so I had extra money for other projects. So of course I scheduled him for ceiling fans I ordered.

Just a heads up, their employees are NOT wearing masks despite the fact we are still supposed to. I get it, it’s annoying but we are all living it for now and it is what it is. The lack of respect is pretty sad.

We have used them at 2 houses. Our second home was built in 1974 so it needed a lot of help to get light in the dark home. We had them install can lights in 2 rooms. They put together and installed new ceiling fans. They had to change our outside A/C breaker because it was overheating and caught on fire. They fixed our outside motion sensor lights. They were always on time, very professional; and they always cleaned up at the end of their work. They always did a great job for us!!

I just witnessed one of your trucks passing a school bus this afternoon. The lights were on and flashing and a child was exiting.. The school bus beeped to stop the guy from passing and he went around It anyway.. He almost hit a child and kept going...

The technician was in a hurry to leave and wasn’t ready to listen to any suggestions I was making regarding the installation work. Totally unprofessional.

The most unprofessional, unreliable company. Missed appointments and customer service was something to be desired. Left the pipe boot ON TOP of the shingles when installing the main box.
