The easiest way to install a new plug for a wall mounted TV would be to cut holes in the wall to get the wiring to the new location. The techs were willing to figure out a way to go up to attic and back down wall and avoid extra repair work. I was impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. They wired my new house for the builder, and I will continue to call on Powerhouse for future needs.

I had a great experience with Tate out of the Marble Falls area. He fixed the flickering lights in my home. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything working perfectly in no time. He also took the time to explain what caused the problem and made sure I was comfortable with the fix. It’s such a relief to have reliable lighting again! I highly recommend Powerhouse Electrical Services to anyone needing a skilled and trustworthy electrician.

If Powerhouse Electric did the electrical work on your home, whether you hired them or your builder did I'd strongly recommend having an independent electrician inspect their work. A kitchen GFCI outlet kept tripping, killing power to 80% of the outlets in my kitchen even after the GFCI outlet itself was replaced.

I eventually had an independent electrician come out, and what they found was alarming. A loose neutral connection at the breaker panel that was visibly burnt and five additional loose connections throughout. A genuine fire hazard sitting in my walls.

I'm sharing this because loose connections and burnt wiring pose a serious risk to your home and your family's safety. If Powerhouse Electric did the electrical work on your home whether you hired them or your builder did I'd strongly recommend having an independent electrician inspect their work.

Tate Pfanmiller is my super in my community, and he has been absolutely amazing to work with and is super responsive, always onto of any issue that comes up, but most of the time he lets me know of the issue before hand. I wish I could have him in every one of my communities. He makes everyone around him better with his leadership and work ethic.

Worst company to deal with .Staff is very rude . they even agree that common sense is no common. super illiterate and uneducated people.

Nothing but problems, multiple visits to correct simple problems, no planning skills, and always make a mess of things. Go with ANYONE else.

If you need any electrical work this is the place to call. On time and ready to get the job done. Very knowledgeable service techs. Wide range of services. Anywhere from new construction to remodels to your basic service work.

I would give these guys 0 stars if I could. There business practices are unbelievable. Their so called Expert Electrical installers installed a power outlet on the side of a cabinet where a drawer for the trash can. The trash can will not fit. Now they want to charge extra to fix this stupid mistake.

We have had nothing but problems with this company. Constant unavailability to come do our warranty service. Constantly rescheduling us. It seems like they prioritize new business, but give you the runaround when you have a warranty issue. I don’t recommend using this company.

Very poor customer service. I asked for an estimate on a Monday. They told me they would call back within 24 hours. Two days later after no response, I called back - again told to wait for a call back. I called again Thursday - same deal. Friday, called again. Finally I received a call back Friday afternoon and scheduled a visit for the next Monday. (They refused to give any sort of estimate over the phone - despite how simple the job was). Monday rolls around, and the electrician comes by. He says after talking to his boss, they might need to upgrade my main panel and the meter coming in from the electrical company to add a 50 amp circuit. I ask him how he couldn't tell me that after looking at the system himself...he didn't seem to have a basic understanding of how electrical loading worked. Regardless, he couldn't give me an estimate in person, and told me he would get back to me later that day after discussing with his boss. It is now Thursday, and I haven't heard a thing. I already went with another electrician who did the work in less than an hour for less than $250. I recommend you seek out Koepsel Electric. Don't waste your time with Powerhouse.

Our builder used this company. We have multiple problems in the wiring and the breakers since we moved in. I have to spend hundreds of dollars to find someone to fix their mistakes and laziness. Bolts were missing causing breaker to trip. This was just ONE of the problems.

Our builder used the Powerhouse division out of Marble Falls. Mike and Tate were on top of all of our questions and had such good attitudes throughout the entire build. Out of all the trades associated with our new home Powerhouse made the most lasting impression! We will use them for our future projects for sure!

Great experience working with this company - the Marble Falls/Highland Lakes area division specifically. Thorough communication and excellent service throughout - easy to coordinate our other trades with and no scheduling hiccups. Highly recommended across the board for production work or one off’s.

I was having a problem with my A\C and dryer breakers tripping. We called Powerhouse who not only fixed our issue, but made sure to gives us a direct contact should anything happen down the road. I always appreciate someone explaining what is happening and why. I cant say enough about how much time and frustration Powerhouse saved us. We will use them again should we need to, hopefully not.

Powerhouse installed a lighting fixture in my home. Two years later, I chose them to uninstall the lighting fixture and install a new lighting fixture, given their experience with the prior installation. Their fee was overpriced, non-negotiable, and cash only. They left an hole in my ceiling when they ripped the lighting from my ceiling to uninstall it. They refused to cover the cost to get the ceiling repaired. The manager reported that it wasn't their fault. This company is terrible. I am completely dissatisfied with their service.
