The repairman communicated when he would arrive and showed up on time. He was friendly and professional and helped us to diagnose the problem.

They did a great job, called me back very quickly after submitting online request to schedule for the following morning. Arrived as promised and diagnosed quickly. They had the part on hand and fixed it right away, oven has been working great ever since!

They tell you on the phone that there will be a $89 service call which will be deducted if they do the repair. I had a front load LG washer leaking water. The technician took the machine apart and cleaned out a clogged drain hose. He then charged me over $280 as he said their minimum service charge is $250. He did not replace any parts. Do not use this company as it was the biggest rip off ever.

The service I was very good. It was done promptly upon my call. The technician was very good and helpful. He also got for me the spare part at better price than the one quoted earlier. He is good and honest.

I will not hesitate to refer friends to Appliance Experts who need services for their Appliances.
