The tech came out same day and got right to work. Was professional the whole time and walked me through what was going on step by step. Took care of the water cleanup thoroughly and made sure nothing was left behind. Really glad I called.

The crew was friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. Took the time to go over everything and were very thorough with the cleaning. Pleasant to work with which was nice considering how bad the carpets had gotten. Made the whole thing a lot less stressful.

I needed my pool cleaned and serviced for Memorial Day weekend, because my usual pool service person decided to take the week off. I filled out a form on there website late Friday night, with little hope of my Hail Mary being completed before noon on Saturday and really assumed I would have to do it myself. But at about 10am, Bob the owner reached out to me and answered my prayers. Tech was there and finished by 12:30pm!!! On time, professional, and willing to take care of a first time customer on a Saturday morning of probably one of there busiest weekends on short notice, says everything you need too know about this company. I called and they immediately came out and gave a good estimate on the repairs and an excellent quote on weekly cleaning. They communicated every step of the way and ensured we were cleaar on all proposals.

My pool heater unexpectedly broke down two days before my son’s scheduled pool party. I explained the urgency of the situation and Blue Escapes sent someone out the same day I called to diagnose the problem. The issue was resolved by the following day. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They saved the day for my son’s party. Also, everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions and concerns. It was a five star experience from start to finish. I normally would not even post a review, but my experience with them was such that they truly deserve to be commended for their exceptional work, responsiveness and customer service. Blue Escapes Pool service is very responsive and does great work. Had an issue with my pool pump day before Thanksgiving and they came same afternoon. Kept me informed of part ordered from Austin and made repairs a few days later same day part arrived. I have used them several times and always call them when I need service. Thanks.

Very nice people and easy to do business with. The only thing I wish had happened was that they could have given me some pre installation instructions. There were a few items that were not discussed and we had to delay for a few days. However, once those were kinks were worked out, the process was smooth as silk. This is a really good company and I love my salt water pool.

Worked with Dillon and Josh, they cleaned up my pool from some debris associated with repairs. Did so in two days and they went above and beyond on all the work they did. These broski's know what they do, are quick and efficient, explain things very articulately. Its just a good experience, worth the $$$

We were given a timeline of a month or two on completing our pool on December 2021. That included coping, tile and plaster. Tile was pre-paid, coping was selected and contract was signed.

There were some issues with setting and managing expectations up front but in the end, we are happy with the final product. It is 4/28/22 and pool coping, tile and plaster are complete. We had a 4 month wait and it took 1 month to get the job done.

There were a few unexpected expenses during the project but that is to be expected for a project like this. By the time the project was complete we ended up paying roughly 20% more than the quoted amount. Also, we had to choose different coping as the one we originally chose was no longer available due to supply chain issues.

There are a lot of shortages going on right now. Workers and supplies. This is not a fault of Blue Escapes, these are just the times now and unfortunately, we along with Blue Escapes were caught in it. This along with price hikes on everything (plaster, tile, etc.) which we weren't charged extra for.

Blue Escapes uses quality workers. Watching them lay the tile and take their time with each tile they laid just solidified why it takes a while to complete these remodels.

The owner is an honest man who is a wealth of knowledge. Bob (the owner) came out to ensure each step was completed to his satisfaction.

Our pool pump locked up on a Saturday with high is the upper 90's. I put in a call first thing Monday with a pool company that did a remodel on my pool thinking that I would get a quick response. Heard nothing back from them most of Monday. So using the Good Contractors List I sent an email to Blue Escapes Pool & Spa hoping that they could move fast for me. I then proceeded to take the pump apart to see what the problem was. I found that the impeller had sheared off the pump shaft. I went in an checked email and found an email form Bob ( the owner ) that they could get out and diagnose on Monday and repair on Tuesday. I called and explained what the problem was and spoke directly to the owner again. He said we needed an impeller and go kit and would repair it Tuesday. The other company called and said they could look at it Thursday I said no thank you. The repair Tech got there by 9:30 Tuesday and had pool pump up and running in under an hour! Great service and honest pricing. I highly recommend them!

We have used Blue Escapes for service repairs over the past decade. Then recently we had to re-plaster and re-tile our pool which is a big investment. First, after some troubleshooting, I was able to determine that the blower on my Sta-Rite pool heater was bad. After ordering a replacement kit, I decided that I wanted a pool repair technician with more experience to actually perform the replacement.

After looking at several excellent reviews on Blue Escapes Pool and their maintenance capabilities, I gave them a call to see if they were knowledgeable on the Sta-Rite system and could complete the replacement. Bob immediately gave me a quote on the repair and proceeded to work my job into his schedule, even though he was very busy at the time.

Bottom line....Bob was very professional and knowledgeable, explained the work as it was being performed in detail, and made sure everything was working properly before he left (and the bill I received was exactly the amount given in the quote).

I would highly recommend Blue Escapes for your pool maintenance and repairs.

I called several companies to replace my failing pool tile. Blue Escapes was the only one that responded. It took a few weeks to get the out for the inspection and quote, then things went forward at a resonable pace. Quality of work seems good, only took one day. The manager came out and inspected the work afterwards and a regular pool service guy came out to get the regular pool stuff after it was refilled. I would recommend them. The price seem a bit high but still reasonable in todays busy times.

We were looking to freshen up our 18 year old pool. We'd already replasered, rebuilt the spa spilway and replaced some orf the copeing with ilregular bolders to give it a more nutural look.

With Blue Escapes we completely replced all the copeing with a matching flagstone, refaced the spa in a simular nateral stone, and overlaid the dated exposed aggerate deck with a random stone look. It all made the pool look fresh and new. Blue
Escapes did a great job and me4t our time line. We're very pleased with the results.
