Matt Toney designed our pool and somehow in 5 questions with a set of survey tools, captured exactly what we were looking for. After multiple proposals from other builders lasting hours, it was refreshing to work with Matt.

Francisco was our project manager and his crews are timely and clean. We were impressed with their efficiency, follow through and how polite and considerate they were. Francisco communicates clearly with a lot of positivity and detail. They actually beat their timeline as well so I cant say enough good about the whole experience throughout the entire build process.

BUYER BEWARE!

I had to file a consumer complaint against Riverbend Sandler Pools regarding the construction of a residential swimming pool. Despite repeated good-faith efforts to resolve issues directly with the company, numerous significant defects and management failure issues remain unresolved. My pool was "finished" in December 2025!

Riverbend Sandler Pools failed to deliver work consistent with the written contract and professional standards. Materials and construction were not installed as specified, including incorrect grout color, (contract specifies white, they installed beige), an off-center spillway, improper grading, insufficient retaining wall height, and the pool being constructed lower than the surrounding yard—despite this being a primary design concern discussed during the planning stages.

The company attempted to charge improper fees, including approximately $3,000 for a claimed AC refrigerant leak that an independent licensed HVAC technician confirmed did not exist, and $1,600 to correct an incorrectly installed grout color that was not our error.

Concrete cracked immediately after the pour, indicating substandard workmanship. Turf re-installation is uneven, mismatched in color, and unprofessional. There were attempts to repair some issues however temporary patchwork was done rather than proper corrections.

There were ongoing negligence and cleanup issues, including water left running unattended into the street, damage to existing concrete surfaces in multiple areas, broken backsplash, rusted tiles, and construction debris left throughout the yard and driveway.

Communication throughout the project was poor, with unannounced crew arrivals, no-shows, inconsistent schedules, and incomplete work. I was forced to repeatedly initiate contact to determine next steps. Multiple escalation emails were sent to the General Manager with no response or resolution received. After multiple site visits and opportunities to cure defects, the issues remain unresolved.

Their actions do not uphold the values mentioned on their website of “providing our clients the very best products and level of customer care”. I had many pool builders to choose from and trusted Riverbend Sandler’s reputation. That turned out to be a serious mistake.

***2/4/2026 - Update***
Even after escalating my concerns, no resolution or options have been provided. In my conversation with the GM, I explicitly stated my willingness to work together to resolve these issues. That discussion was three weeks ago, and I have received no follow‑up whatsoever. This level of disregard is completely unacceptable, and I am now moving forward with legal counsel.

We enjoyed doing business with The Brothers That Just Do Gutters. They quickly came out to give us an estimate. The install happened not too long after, and our installers Dann and Santiago did truly quality work. Our new gutters look fantastic, and we expect them to serve us for many years. I highly recommend. Thanks!

I hired Brothers That Just Do Gutters to install gutters on my two story home, and they were great to work with. They scheduled the appointment quickly, and within less than a week of discussing the quote, they were already working on my house. They were extremely professional throughout the process.

While onsite, they discovered some issues on my property that would have prevented the proper installation of the gutters. They took the time to note everything, went out to get the necessary extra materials, came back, fixed those issues, and still completed the original gutter installation all within 6 hours.

From the salesman (Tad) to the very best installers ever (Tristan and Blane...what great young men they are), we were very pleased with the whole process. The Brothers were just great to work with. Very professional throughout, from providing initial assessment to the actual work. Specifically, Gary who came to the work did a great job. He spent quality time around the house, to ensure every gutter was thoroughly cleaned. We especially liked the pictures he took to show how it looked after. Spent the time to do a thorough walk-through. Highly recommend this team!!

Gary and Santiago were great. They came out promptly. They cleaned my gutters and attached leaf guards very efficiently. They cleaned up before they left. They were polite and accommodating.

Tristian and Blane installed new gutters and they look phenomenal. in the backyard there is a weird spot where the roof pitch met another pitch above an overhang - but the overhang itself would have looked bad with a 3 foot gutter and a downspout in front of the patio door - Blane and Tristian installed a diverter on the roof to move water to gutters on either side of the overhang - it wasn’t part of the quote or even expected…Did this as an added extra at no cost because as one of the gentlemen said, “Wanted to help keep water from running off and since we were already here it was best to just do it.”

Kudos, fellas. Great job - can’t wait for the first rain!

Gary and Santiago were very friendly and professional. They installed the necessary parts to improve our gutters and evaluated our existing gutters for any potential problems. They worked quickly and cleaned up the debris. Great team, thank you!

Santiago and Gary came to fix and redirect a couple of downspouts today.
They were polite, listened, and communicated well. They also showed me before/after pictures of some clogging they cleared.

Tyler did a fantastic job cleaning and repairing the rain gutters today! He was very professional and friendly as well. With all the trees around my house there were a lot of leaves stuck in the corners and he got them all out.

First visit: My experience was five star. When I filled out the contact form on their website, someone called me back within 15 minutes to set up an appointment. The estimator, Carlos, was quick, listened well and not pushy. Gary, came out and did the work. He was an incredibly pleasant person and took great care to leave no debris behind. Garry also double checked the rest of the house and gave me a few pointers. I definitely felt that the price for cleaning the gutters and installing gutter guards was very fair. I could not recommend Brothers Gutters enough
