Constraction reviews in Plano, Texas

They did a fantastic job on our kitchen. The team was skilled and respectful and kept everything on schedule. The results went beyond our expectations!

We had two bathrooms updated and included smaller updates in two other bathrooms. We also, updated several light fixtures throughout our home. All work was completed to perfection and on time.

Needed a huge makeover to our kitchen and bathroom after recently purchasing a new house. I had a specific idea of what design / aesthetic I was going for and Ilya & his team NAILED it. I was so worried about having to be super involved to make sure they got it right but it was the opposite. Responsible, efficient, great communication.

I’m very picky when it comes to design, but this team nailed every detail. They were patient, helpful, and truly skilled. Our kitchen now feels like something out of a magazine. Great job!

ICO construction did an excellent job of renovating four full bathrooms in our house. They completed all the work ahead of schedule - schedules were made such that not even an hour was wasted in a day. Communication was excellent. Any time we sent a message, we got a response within few minutes. They fixed all issues that we found after the work was completed. They also offered credit for the work they quoted
but was not needed. They offer one year warranty for their work. People who did the work are very skilled at what they do. Tiling, painting work that was done is outstanding. At the end of each day, the work area was cleaned up. Ilia and Or - the company co owners care deeply about the work they do and they want to see their customers happy. We highly recommend them for all remodeling projects.

Great job! Good experienced guy were accommodating to the dogs in the house and work schedules. They produced a beautiful product with minimal issues. Highly recommended.

We renovated almost our entire home, and ICO Construction made the process smooth from start to finish. Honest, professional, and amazing results 🏡🙌

Had a great experience with ICO construction. They were super responsive, showed up on time, and the quality of the work was even better than I expected. Really appreciated how clean they kept the work area too. Highly recommend them if you’re looking to get any remodeling done!

ICO Construction & Remodeling Plano TX did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel! 🍽️ Everything looks perfect, and the team was so professional and friendly. 🌟

I can't praise ICO Construction & Remodeling enough. They took a thirty plus year old Fox and Jacob broken down kitchen & turned it into a beautiful, bright, & functional highlight of our home. ICO was very professional and accommodating. My wife kept adding things to her want list and they did it, completely realizing her vision. All the workmen were pleasant and hard working, especially William & Ramon. Any problems that popped up were quickly rectified. I highly recommend ICO Construction & Remodeling.

My home looks completely different after ICO Construction & Remodeling Plan TX worked on it. They were respectful and made sure everything matched what I asked for. It feels good walking into a space that finally fits my taste.

ICO did wonderful work in remodeling and upgrading our kitchen. They met our timeline and communicated, no… over-communicated every step of the way. Also, the cost was substantially less than the other quotes we obtained.
Ilia Ay, CEO and Or Cohen, Project Mgr are top-notched professionals!! See before and after photos below.

Great experience working with ICO on our bathroom remodel. We had a shower leak in our old bathroom and needed to start quickly. Ilia and Or were able to get us started on a fast timeline since it was not a planned renovation. We are thrilled with the new bright, open space and incredible upgrades they were able to provide!!

ICO LLC did an amazing job on our 1st floor renovation!! I had heard contractor horror stories and had one of my own. ICO LLC blows that stereotype away. We renovated the kitchen, master bath, guest bath, stairs, and all hardwood floor refinishing. Communication was prompt, clear and concise. They always made sure the choice/decisions were clear and documented. All subcontractors/trades were amazing and professional and kept work area clean. As you can see from the photos, the results turned out amazing!!! ICO LLC may have some of the best subcontractors/trades in the area! And they have built a strong relationship with them so it is not random trades/workers in your house. They are representing ICO LLC and they take that very seriously and it shows.

ICO Construction/Remodeling LLC deserves high praise for their exceptional work on our master bathroom remodel. From the outset, they showcased professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to delivering the highest quality results.

We had an aggressive, hard stop timing target due to entertaining guests in early June. The remodel was completed several days ahead of schedule, which speaks volumes about their efficiency and dedication. And the project was completed on cost, with only a couple transparent and agreed changes precipitated by several decisions we made as the project progressed. No hidden fees, no last-minute surprises, just honest and transparent pricing based on detailed estimate and agreed scope up front. The overall project cost was highly competitive with other bids we received.

We’ve done a lot of projects like this (even bigger, including 2-story addition) in the past, working with many different contractors in different homes in different states. What sets ICO apart is how organized and disciplined they are in their planning and execution. Communication is best-in-class, with daily updates, advising when contractors would be starting each day, what they expected to accomplish by when, and what decisions/help they needed from us to keep on track. They were not hesitant to make suggestions to improve the design or execution, especially regarding cost/value tradeoffs, which was very helpful.

The craftsmanship of their work is impressive, especially custom cabinets, woodwork, tile and paint. Very high attention to detail, often catching little issues I hadn’t even noticed, and reworking them to deliver the highest quality, turning our vision into a stunning reality.

ICO Construction/Remodeling LLC has undeniably set a benchmark for excellence. If you’re looking for a reliable team to handle your remodeling needs, I wholeheartedly recommend them. They delivered not just a remodel, but a masterpiece!

We had a great experience with ICO Construction & Remodeling LLC on our kitchen remodel. Ilia and Or were super easy to work with - organized, communicative, and really detail-oriented. They kept us in the loop and helped us make the right decisions throughout the project. We're loving our new kitchen and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or work with them again!

I have recently completed a bathroom remodel using ICO. I cannot say enough about the quality, professionalism, and service provided by this company. Ilia and his team use only quality products and craftsmen for projects. Our Project Manager, Or, communicated next steps with us every step of the way and the timeline he gave for completion was exact! I highly recommend ICO for your construction or remodeling needs!

Pro Serve Plumbing had the opportunity to provide new construction plumbing services for a townhome community for CB Jeni. The experience was a positive one from start to finish. All of their team members exhibited professionalism, effective communication, and an overall positive experience throughout the project. Would work with them again on any project.
