The worst customer service I have ever received. They do not show up when promised nor bother to tell you they are not coming. Overall it probably dies not matter much because when they do show up they do not do the work promised.
The only thing they are good at is excuses.

They have serviced my pool going on 2 years. And have replaced items that have aged. Overall they are very good. Just a text away from requesting or putting in a new request.

Much better than expert pools. AHS actually covered the DE filter part they said they would. Meanwhile earlier in the year expert pools came out when my heater broke and caught on fire and said it was lightning, an act of God, and AHS did not cover it. I think expert pools goes into a job knowing how not to get something covered. Serene pools goes into it looking at what is broke, not what caused it.

We were referred to Serene by AHS and we had a positive experience with the main office and Jeff, our tech. I believe some folks believe that AHS will pay/replace most defunct equipment, hence, some negative reviews. Suggest reading/checking your policy to see what's coverage to help manage expectations.

Jason came out to fix a busted pipe on our pool after the freeze. This is his 3rd time to my house. Every time he comes out the job is done right and he always goes the extra mile. He always gives the whole system a once over for me to make sure everything is in tip top shape. If you need a pool guy please give these guys a call!!!

We highly recommend Serene Pools LLC. This is by far the most reliable pool company in the metroplex. They are knowledgeable, professional, and cost worthy. They have fixed every problem we have had from filter issues to spa issues to heater issues. Our most recent issue (pool heater) was repaired in a matter of minutes by Chris Ryan. Pools can be very expensive....Serene Pools can help you save!

DO NOT USE SERENE POOL Services, I had a booster pump installed on 9/25/2015, the pump is now completely burned out as of 6/10/2018. Less than 3 years, typically with regular use they should last 8 to 12 years. I called to get it repaired and they would only say it is not under warranty. WHAT WARRANTY???? I also had them install a 2HP pump 7/18/2016, the pump burned out in less than 2 years, I had to pay another $510 to get it repaired, because guess what the pump is out of warranty.
In total after using SERENE POOL I have had to replace ALL the equipment they installed is less than 2 years at a cost of over $1000. Which I spent over $5000 with them.

Serene pools replaced our controller on our pool system. The technician was great!! He arrived on time replaced the system and taught me how to run our pool with the new system. He was very patient and overall did a fantastic job!!!

I have had Serene Pools as a contractor used by American Home Shield and subsequently hired them for regular cleanings. I terminated their service after numerous non-returned phone calls, missed appointments, and inconsistent billing.

This week I have contacted AHS for a control board that has went bad 8.5 months after it was installed by Serene Pools. Neither myself or AHS has been able to get a call acknowledged from Serene. In the meantime, my pool has not been circulating for a week.

There are MANY pool companies within the DFW Metroplex; I would highly recommend looking elsewhere before resorting to Serene Pools.
