Constraction reviews in Plano, Texas

Our door looks new! We are so glad to have found Precision Painting to refinish our large front door. They kept a very clean job site and had excellent communication before, during, and after the job. I would not hesitate to
Recommend them for any door refinishing and restaining!

We started with a 35-year-old home. Before finding Miguel
at PrecisionPainting, we attempted to upgrade by replacing windows, floors and bathrooms. Frustration and leftover work made us want to find a General Contractor who could repair previous attempts.

That's when we found Miguel and his team at PrecisionPainting. They used high quality materials and performed with expert professionalism transforming areas we were not even using into peaceful areas that remove stress. A kitchen I want to cook in again, a dining room we can have company in, a guest bedroom, a larger office, trim that matches and is complete. And they even fixed things not requested - toilet no longer runs and a garage exit door that opens without a shoulder!!

We look forward to our next project with them on the outside of the house!

I cannot begin to express in enough words my appreciation for Miguel’s workmanship, dedication, honesty, and his expertise in artwork and details. He has transformed my home into my dream home, working with me at every step of the way so we could make my vision into reality. Miguel completely transformed my powder room, dining room, kitchen, and living room into a house of my imagination. His team and himself were professional, always on time, and hardworking. I will refer anyone to Precision Painting and Remodeling and will continue to use him for future projects.

Such a great experience working with Miguel! We had a custom home built and have only lived in it for a year, The painter the builder used was terrible. See the before and after pictures. They were on time and completed the work as promised! I highly recommend them and would definately use them again! My door looks like it should have when the builder completed the job.

Precision Painting refinished my front door, took care of my garage doors, shutters and other exterior accents. They were timely and did a great job making sure they cleaned up when the finished. We are extremely pleased with their work.

We saw an add on Facebook and they showed before and after photos of front doors that had been re-stained. We were so happy with their work. The person who did ours was very prompt, friendly, and she did a fabulous job. We opted for the sand it down completely and then re-stain. Highly recommend!

Precision Painting did an excellent job refinishing and painting my front door! Laura was right on time and her attention to detail was outstanding. The price was great, and the before-and-after photos show what a huge difference it made to our entryway door. Highly recommend!

Precision painting did a wonderful job in our front door. It looks amazing! The best part of the whole experience was that they did our front door, but the color turned out differently than my wife had hoped; Miguel sent someone out the next day…. Which happened to be a Sunday and they refinished the door! My wife loves it! Thanks Miguel!

Precision Painting & Remodeling did an excellent job with my bathroom remodeling. It was an entire gut job and Miguel was very patient with my wants and ideas. We removed furghdown s, raised shower ceiling, complete tiled shower, floors and backslash, new vanity, plumbing, toliet, fixtures and lighting, including new electrical receptacles. They did a great job!

We hired Precision to redo our front door. It was very weathered and faded from the sun. In addition the last company to refinish it used an opaque stain, that completely covered the wood grain. Precision sanded the door down and fully restored it. The door looks brand new! They showed up on time and were very professional. I would definitely hire them again.

We had a wonderful experience working with this company. They promptly sent over a free quote with various options, and were able to complete our project within one to two weeks of our initial conversation. They refinished both sides of our door in two days, and it looks amazing. Highly recommend.

Precision Painting & Remodeling did a fantastic job refinishing my front door! Miguel & his staff were so easy to work with. Communication was great, they showed up on time and completed the job as promised, without any issues. Extremely happy! I would highly recommend this company.

Precision Painting and Remodeling went over and beyond with our recent renovations! Miguel was fair and honest from the beginning. We had a complete standing shower remodel, popcorn ceiling removal, and painting of our two living rooms. The crew always arrived on time and worked late. They even came in on Sunday to ensure the job was completed within our timeline. Kudos to Miguel for his patience with our asks and pickiness. We will continue to use Precision Painting and Remodel with all our future house projects.

They did a very nice job painting our front door. They use high quality Sherwin Williams paint. Cost was fair. Customer service- outstanding.

Laura did a great job in restoring our front door. Our door hasn’t been refreshed/restored for almost a decade and it’s now looking brand new. She also painter the hardware for fresh look as bonus. Thank you Laura and Precision Painting for excellent work. I highly recommend this company to everyone who is looking to restore the look of their front door.

Great work. They repainted our cabinets and front door professionally and at a price that I could not even come close to matching anywhere else. They got everything done in three days, which is speedy for cabinet repainting. 100% recommend!!

Reliable, great communication, solid follow-up and follow-thru, and reasonable pricing - Precision Painting & Remodeling did a wonderful job making our front door look brand new! Our front door was starting to look rough from the sun and we were not sure which company to trust for wooden doors plus not spend a fortune. We found Precision Painting & Remodeling on FB. Miguel quickly responded with details, before/after photos and also explained the entire process. We scheduled a a date and his staff was on professional, time, and Miguel showed up to oversee as well. They confirmed that we liked the stain color on a small area prior to moving forward, and vacuumed/cleaned up afterwards as well. It was much appreciated as we’ve had past contractors that leave a mess. We had a minor situation with our lock after they left, but Miguel followed up and fixed it. Miguel even sent product recommendations so we can continue maintaining it. We love our door and feel like it looks even better than when it was new! 100% recommend.

Miguel and his team did work at both my house and my daughter's house. This included exterior painting, interior painting, drywall repair and replacement, and refinishing my front double wood doors. The communication with Miguel was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. They even came back to do some touch ups. The work was done in Nov 2025. I really appreciate the hard work by Miguel and his team, and was very pleased with the finished product.

I chose a great paint company. Miguel and his team at Precision Painting transformed my kitchen cabinets, 1 bedroom, 1 music room, guest bath, attic door and door trim in just 3 days!! The crew were hard working and always on time. Great job! 👏

Laura did a fantastic job at completing a scuff sanding and re-staining/sealing of our sun battered front door. The color and satin finish look better than when it was initially installed by our builder in 2023. We will certainly use their services again!

My husband and I are absolutely in LOVE with the results of our new refinished door. Precision Painting did an amazing job from start to finish. They took extra steps to ensure we got the best possible result and it was incredible. Their communication and professionalism went above and beyond Thank you so much for the transformation of my door. You and your team were amazing! Highly recommend!!!
