One of the best experiences I have ever had for service. Showed up when said, diagnosed issue and left to buy part. Returned and had part installed in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Serene Pools.

Serene pools has been out twice on warranty calls with AHS. Both times have been great. They call quickly to schedule and they come out quickly to fix the problem. Chris is friendly and professional. I will only request them through AHS now because the other company that was assigned by AHS was horrible. I highly recommend Serene Pools.

Very impressed with Aaron's knowledge and professionalism, and his obvious efforts to go beyond the call. We had our home inspected by a Buyer, whose pool inspector listed a bunch of bogus problems. Aaron literally saved us $10,000 resolving the real (dead pump) and fake problems. Of course, with demand for his time, and his extra efforts, there will be fluid schedules. Some of the other commenters (2) who complained about timeliness, obviously dont know what its like to go the distance to do a good job. Thanks Serene Pools!

Serene pools is not a company I'm used to these days. This company reminds me of a time when customers were valued. When your work was an extension of who you are and made you proud. This entire Company- from Melanie, Maynor to Jason who has helped us time after time after time is simply great people... To thier core. These folks care about their customers.

Example 1 of MANY:
We were quoted thousands for a heater because no one wanted to take the time to actually find out what was wrong with our system. They just wanted to throw new parts at it. Jason took the time to diagnose, pinpoint the failed part, and then spend a good chunk of time to locate the failed part on a discontinued unit. NO OTHER COMPANY would do even part of that. We had at least 4 other companies all tell us there was nothing anyone could do.

Serene pools is NOT another pool company. They are THE pool company. All I can say is. They have a customer for life. Long as we have a pool and live in thier service area. We will use no one else to help us.

I worked with this company as a contractor for American Home Shield. The technician initially seemed helpful, couldn't find the problem but said he would return the next day and rebuild the pump. He never returned or called and then told American home shield that the problem was not the pump. All of this took place over a week with multiple frustrations Serene Pools left me hanging.

They came out Monday and said my problem as to why my pool keeps shutting off after 15 minutes was a setting. They claimed it was working now and to call them back if I had a problem. I called them back same day a hour or so after they left to let them know it was not working. The tech Alex's cell phone number he said to call with issues. Alex did not call me back Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. I have left multiple messages for him all those days and called and left messages at the office. They did not even respond to acknowledge my call. I would not recommend their services. Very poor customer service.

I had a problem with my pool, and my home warranty chose Serene Pools to be my service provider. They diagnosed the problem as the control board which was covered by my warranty which was great. Chris was my tech, and he was very nice. The bad review is because he replaced the board and only programmed it to work with my pool equipment. He didn't set anything to run. My pool turned green before I realized the control board wasn't set to turn anything on. This seems so irresponsible. After contacting them I was told it was my responsibility to set everything. It takes about 2 extra minutes to program the pumps. Now I have to get my pool maintenance company to rebalance my pool and no swimming for the 4th of July.

Justin took care if the problem that another oil company created and wouldn't take care of. He was very informative, courteous and professional. I hope if there's another problem with my pool equipment my home warranty company sends Serene Pools again.

Chris with Serene Pools was great. He was able to accommodate our schedule. Upon arrival he did a very thorough job inspecting our system and patiently answered all of my questions & explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend!!

Chris and Melanie at Serene pools are wonderful. They did work on my pool through American Home Shield, and I couldn't be happier. Took a few visits, but that's the nature of diagnostic work. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Very pleased with their service.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER with a pool company! So impressed with how fast they responded to our AHS warranty claim when our Filter blew a hole in it and drained 1/2 our pool! They even emailed with us so we could send them pictures so they knew what replacement part to bring! Justin the tech was GREAT, fast and efficient! The pool went from being 1/2 empty Thursday to up and running Friday afternoon so we didn't have to cancel our daughters pool party on Sunday! So relieved and happy with both AHS and Serene Pools! The dispatch process was also AWESOME! Will use them again and recommend to everyone!

Serene pools is an excellent maintenance and repair company. They have been doing a phenomenal job with the weekly maintenance. My technician comes every week as scheduled and my pool is always clean. During a recent visit the technician noticed a leak in the booster pump. He notified me and scheduled the repair crew to get it repaired. I also had them replace my heater as well. I will be a life time customer!

Serene Pools is a great company to rely on for swimming pool repair and maintenance. Recently, Justin did an awesome job in repairing our pool pump which was not priming well. They are prompt, professional and can diagnose and resolve the problem very quickly. We also have Shawn doing the weekly maintenance and we are very pleased with his work as well. Melanie is doing a great Job at the front desk coordinating the whole process. Overall, we have a very positive and pleasant experience and would highly recommend Serene Pools for all of your summing pool needs.

Jason and Melanie were fantastic in working hard to get my pool repaired after a majority of the parts were damaged from a winter freeze. Jason provided me several used parts he had in his shop to expedite the repairs. One of the parts he provided free of charge was actually discontinued and that alone saved me $2000 by eliminating the need to refit a brand new filtering system. When it was all said and done, they felt more like family than a pool company.

This was my first experience with Serene Pools and I was very happy with the service. Justin was extremely helpful, timely and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it on the spot without a second visit (which usually means added cost). Justin was very friendly, and also kind to my kids and dog. (Goes far in my book). I will be contacting them if I have other issues and if this positive experience is indicative of their level of service, then I would recommend Serene Pools to others.

We had Jason out to repair our spa heater. He fixed it quickly without trying to sell us anything additional and even showed me how to fix it in the future if it happens again. He also noticed our timer wasn't set up correctly and advised us on how to get that working correctly. I really appreciate how quick and professional he was in helping to get things repaired!

Laura did an amazing job painting my front door. Now my door looks like new. Thank you again!

We were facing a very tight timeline challenge to prep home for sale. Precision’s pricing was right on the market and committed to our schedule. As promised they did an excellent job and, with extended hours, got it done exactly in the time promised.
The caveat: an emergency requiring additional repair/paint due to water leak was taken care of immediately. They worked well into the evening and didn’t price gouge at all. Saved the deal! First potential buyers loved our home. Bought it the next day.

Due to direct sunlight & previous staining in a darker color, the outside of our front door no longer matched the inside. Saw their work on social media so I decided to reach out. From the moment I did, Miguel was very responsive & professional. He let me know what options were available & the pricing, which was fair. I chose to have the previous stain stripped; the door re-sanded, re-stained, & re-sealed. After 8 hours Laura brought our front door back to life. It’s like we have a brand new door again. We Words can’t express how amazing their work is. Highly recommend!
