Just wish to say thanks to Glenn Noble the service tech with Mister Sparky. Glenn arrived on time and completed the job within budget. I discussed some additional projects with Glenn and plan to call him back.

The person that came to my house, (William A ) Is very knowledgeable and polite. He answered all my questions, and was very helpful in doing so. This company (Mister Sparky) is very professional. I gave it 5 stars because of the way this young man handled himself.

I called on accident the 2nd time and I'm glad I did. Oswaldo was extreme. Extremely polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I got a problem fixed fix had been a thorn in my side.

I had a mysterious electrical problem that wasn't easy to diagnose. Glenn came in and was very methodical about trying to determine what was causing the problem. After checking several things he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. He was very patient and courteous! I would definitely recommend Mister Sparky to anyone having electrical issues. Tyler was able to locate and fix our electrical issues in one visit. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything that caused the problems. I would recommend him to anyone needing electrical work.

I was very with the service that Mr. Agundes provided. He was respectful, responsible, and on-time (yes, that's a big deal). He informed me of all the work that needed to be done and provided me with a list of options to consider. I would recommend them to anyone. Of course, it's going to be pricey, but it's worth the time and money. I just wish they would reimburse or credit the initial inspection cost after paying for the work that was done.

I'm writing this review thanks to the ethernet connection that Tyler setup at my new house. Tyler did a great job with the wiring (making it practically invisible). He also made sure that my connection was solid and stuck around to validate it.

Aaron B with Mister Sparky was the best. He was early and friendly. He listened to my concerns and throughly explained each step of the process. His professionalism and positive spirit will have me contacting Mister Sparky again.

Steve B. provided GREAT SERVICE. They called ahead and he was on time.
He fixed the problem immediately plus he gave me complete electrical inspection of my house, which we found some minor issues that will be fixed soon. I would highly recommend Steve B. and Mister Sparky for any electrical issues you may have with your home.

I wish I had read these reviews before calling them. Their prices are outrageous but I was taken. They gave me 4 ridiculously high estimates from $650 to $1650 to change a dimmer light switch to a regular on/off switch and fix a plug he said was defective. I was flummoxed by the high estimates and stupidly picked the lowest one without questioning the detail. When I got the invoice after paying by credit card, I saw that I was changed $300 for investigating a flickering light fixture. I had asked him to look at it but told him that it was a very cheap fixture. The result was that indeed it was a cheap fixture. But I was charged for that discovery.
I called the next day and talked to a manager who told me that the pricing was on par with what other electricians charge. I think not. Don't be stupid like I was. Question the detail before paying.

I couldn't ask for a better experience working with Steven. He was patient, professional and friendly. I had him install an Ethernet cable for a ceiling mount wireless access point to extended the wifi coverage around our house and backyard. The wireless access point which I purchased elsewhere has a sleek look to it and blends in well with my home ceiling and is powered over the Ethernet cable installed my Steven.

I know the installation work performed accomplishes my goal and I'm extremely grateful for the help every step of the way.

Prompt courteous service from the office personnel to Steven, the electrician who came to our home. He quickly determined the electrical issues, explaining all my options. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and even liked my dog. I recommend Mr. Sparky Electrical Services highly.

This is my first time using an electrician and it far exceeded my expectations. I called a few other businesses their customer service over the phone and appointment dates were ridiculous. Finally, I called mr sparky and the lady asked me some very important questions about my home and sent an electrician out within a few hours. WOW!
My electricians name was Tyler. He came right within the time frame. I only needed a very huge chandilier put in but he also did an assessment of my entire home. He recommended some things that I may need to fix. He was not at all pushy with sales and very kind. I ended up getting some extra electrical work done in my home.
I thought it would be impossible to install the chandilier that I had. It was heavy, large, long and had to be installed over a flight of stairs on high ceiling. It took awhile but Tyler somehow got the job done and I was beyond impressed. Tyler was patient and funny. We got along great! He was also very careful. he would not leave until the job was perfectly done. TYLER IS THE JEDI OF ELECTRICIANS! He can put in ANY chandilier.
It's hard to find great customer service from start to finish. From now on I will only be using mr sparky and requesting Tyler.

Call them to review inspection report that I had when I purchased the house. Tyler should up on time and did an excellent job reviewing the report and adding is recommendation. I was able to select a job's I want done today and he did a great job of completing them.

Service Excellence seems hard to come by these days, so Aaron & Eric's top notch service was a refreshing experience!!!! I called Mister Sparky to have some electrical work done at my house. Aaron and Eric were assigned to this work request. They arrived promptly on time. After explaining the work I wanted them to do, they explained their pricing structure. One of the work items was to review the circuit panel box as it was recently updated by the seller. Aaron confirmed my suspicions and promptly called the electrical service provider and the City Offices for proper permits. Both Aaron and Eric were very professional in completing the 4-day project. They kept me informed of their work and the reasoning behind it.

I was completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone in need of electrical repair.

Glenn from Mr Sparky was exceptionally nice, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was very patient in explaining and sometimes re-explaining when I didn't understand or remember what needed to be done and what my options were. The service was excellent and I would call on them again for any electrical needs.

The stars are for Aaron, not the call center rep who scheduled an appointment even though he was told to wait for a second call. Aaron himself was efficient, congenial, knowledgeable and repaired all known electrical problems. As reported in other reviews, expect to pay a lot for the services of a Mister Sparky electrician. I recommend a second estimate before proceeding with this company even if you have to pay for two inspections.

Denique came by today and completed a repair to the wiring caused by internet installation. He quickly assessed the situation, reviewed all safety measures with me, provided a diagnois, and went straight to work. If only my internet installer had the level of skill and professionalism Denique had, I would not be in this current perdicament. 10 out of 10 I wpild recommend.
