I am very pleased with My Roof Solar!!
I've wanted to go solar for a number of years but no one could or would walk through everything and answer all my questions. My Roof Solar answered all my questions and explained/went over everything even the warranty covering roof and any panels ever needing fixed.
They do not use 3rd parties for any of the sales or installation. They are all company employees and very polite answering any questions I had throughout the process. The engineer I spoke with in the beginning has been available for any concerns or questions as well as anyone else I have been in contact with. Installers came in went over everything they were doing, got it done, cleaned up walked through everything done so you understand it all.
From start to finish just a little over a month. Thank you My Roof Solar!!!!

Fantastic - We have been using them for 5 years. They built out and maintain all our A/V and electrical systems, we love Savant.

This is the most unprofessional company I have used to date. I called for an electrical repair. The first scheduled visit was cancelled last minute after I took off of work to be home. The second time, the technicians were 40 minutes late and looked like they were under the influence. They did eventually identify the repair, but were not able to fix the issue completely. They said I would be contacted later that day to schedule another technician for the following day. Nobody called and I was charged $337 that I did not authorize for an incomplete job! Not only that, but the fuse panel cover was left tossed in my garage with the screws missing. I called four times and emailed two others. I was never contacted back to talk about anything. The only correspondence was a threat from management that if I disputed the charge, I would be sent to collections.

I do not write reviews, especially negative ones so I hope this gives a little context as to how bad this company is. DEFINITELY DO NOT USE.

We had some few lights installed and they look great. The team had to travel quite a distance for this job and we certainly appreciated it. We made the right choice. Millennium Electric Company arrived on time and the work was completed very quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Hard sell tactics for things you don't need. Ended up getting the work done for 1/5 the price I was quoted.

Nice guy, but we didn't have them do any work because their pricing is a joke. $300 to change a second floor outdoor light bulb. Really? I really don't care that you guarantee your service for 7 years to screw in a light bulb--who would pay this kind of money. Will get our handyman to do it.

Made an appointment with their office and provided clear instructions on time and availability. I was told 8am appointment on Thursday when I made an appointment on Tuesday. I told them I needed confirmation as I had a booked schedule and they assured me they would be on time.

I was called at 8:00am on the day of the appointment and they said 45 minutes later they would show up. The tech showed up 1 hour and 46 minutes late, so I sent him back. My time is important. If you value your time don’t go here.
