Mr. Sparky was amazing, they sent Tyler out to us who did great work and did it efficiently. He was very kind and knowledgable and we are very satisfied with our dealings with them from start to finish.

I plan on using them in the future for any electrical issues.

I had an issue with my AC unit and asked for someone to come out and take a look at it. I was told there was a $69 charge for someone to come and diagnose the problem. When the technician came, he said that was his "coming out" fee. Okay, that's fine. Then, I asked him to tell me what the issue was. He said he could not say anything until I paid him $600 to look at the internal wires. He said he was 95% sure it was a wire issue. I asked him, what happens if it's not? Then I'm out $600. He said he understood but this was the only way to proceed. After 20 minutes, he told us it was a breaker issue, asked for the $600 and left. He didn't even replace the breaker! I spoke with someone in the main office, they agreed that the technician had not acted in good faith and offered me $258 back of the $600, as they still charged me for the 2 hours he spent at my residence. I will not use Mr. Sparky again. So disappointed.

Tyler S. From Mister Sparky provided excellent service. Not only one he very professional, on time, but also a great guy who was very trustworthy. Honest review. When Tyler arrived ON TIME and check my electrical problem he gave me options to do work. Frankly, prices were high but my past unsatisfactory experience with other cheaper electricians,I approve the work. Work was completed on time and he had all the parts in the truck so it was quick. No running down to Home improvement store for parts.
Well, after few days I started having same problem. (tripping a dedicated circuit for Verizon panel). Mister Sparky dispatched Master Electrician (Arron B) within minutes of call and he found a bad switch. He replaced the switch at no cost and once again work was done within few minutes.
Will I call Mister Sparky again if I need other repairs, Absolutely YES.
You can not beat Five year warranty.

Called another company and they said they would be over in a week. Called Mister Sparky and they were at my house in a few hours. The service was timely but thorough. Tyler showed up took a look at the job and discussed with me all the options possible. The pricing was reasonable for the job. I did not feel like he was trying to get more out of me than what was needed to complete the work. When the job was done Tyler then checked some things out (board, smoke alarms, light fixtures, plugs, etc.) to make sure everything was up to code and even gave me options to save electricity and better protect my home. Over all I was very pleased with the service Tyler and Mister Sparky provided and would use them again and refer them to someone in need.

Tyler was very professional, informative, and knows his stuff. It's true that Mister Sparky honors its on-time promise -- traffic held up Tyler, so he was a little late. And only a little. But we got a hefty discount on our services today, just because of that. Very cool. We'll definitely be using Mister Sparky (and consider using sister companies ONe Hour A/C and Benjamin Franklin Plumbers) again.

Tyler S has done an excellent job on several "projects" needing expert attention. He was on time and I immediately felt comfortable with him and his knowledge of what needed to be done. A major challenge with the ceiling fan and lights needing repair didn't daunt him and he patiently explained the problem and how he would repair it. His extremely pleasant personality and good humor made for a very nice experience! He gave me choices and what needed attention and explained everything where I could understand. Great job with great service.

Tyler quickly addressed a couple of issues that I had been dealing with and provided some excellent guidance along the way. Tyler was very nice and courteous. He was clean and thorough with his work and explaining the whole process of the diagnosis and troubleshooting my problem. He walked me through every step of the fix and was patient in explaining possible concerns. I found Mister Sparky on Google after a few lighting issues became a problem. I was contacted by a scheduler and they offered the day I wanted and even could have come a day earlier. Tyler was on time an reviewed my problems and suggested options and additional lighting and other safety items I might like. I was surprised that he would start right away. A quote was prepared and he began working. After 2 days of work, the end product is quite dramatic and well done. Tyler was super pleasant and skilled. He brought Christian the second day, who was also professional and fast. Both wore shoe covers the whole time and carefully reviewed the whole project when completed. Mister Sparky is the one to call for your home projects

We hired Mister Sparky to repair a light switch, replace a fixture, and give us an electrical inspection on our newly purchased home. Tyler S. did an amazing job! He completed the switch/fixture repairs we needed and then we decided to do some other electrical repairs and upgrades to our home after his free inspection (home was built in 1996). Tyler was professional, courteous, and prompt. He explained everything he was doing and he gave us several options for different repairs that we could do if we wanted (he explained which repairs could wait versus the more important ones like replacing all of our expired 20 year old smoke detectors, etc.). There are no pushy sales tactics and all of the Mister Sparky fees are in writing and up front. We knew exactly what things would cost before he started the work. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend this electrician! (PS-I also found the call center to be very professional. They always answered when we called and they gave us a 30 min courteous call when Tyler was on his way).

Beware of Mr. Sparky Electric Company. They installed smoke detectors in my home with one that "would last ten years"! Since that time, several started the annoying beeping. Mr Sparky came out, replaced the one beeping, no charge. Now they say I have to pay to replace the defective ones because the warranty ran out one month ago! I argued that they put in defective ones, why didn't they replace them all at once instead of letting my warranty expire? No, they only replace them when the battery goes out. These type of smoke detectors don't have a 9-volt that can be replaced. Supervisor John Whitfield, Customer Value Manager at Mister Sparky got snappy with me so I called the police. His worker walked out and drove away without replacing anything. So, this company doesn't care about pleasing customers, just ripping them off. Be careful of wolves in sheep's clothing. DO NOT do business with them!

I had them come out to fix a ceiling fan switch. The electrician lied to me, telling me it was state law he had to do a full home safety inspection, which is not true. He then proceeded to start taking apart the breaker panels and other things I"m not sure about. I told him that was unnecessary and that I want to just have a $10 piece of plastic replaced and this is completely unnecessary. That crazy thing is he stuck to his guns and his lie that he HAD to do all of this because of state law. No thanks, bro!

EDIT: The owner responded, and I have some thoughts. Imagine going to get your oil changed, and the tech tells you that you need to change your transmission fluid, your cabin air filter, and he gives you a price. When you refuse, the tech tells you you're not the right fit for his company, and he refuses to even do the oil change. That's exactly what happened with yesterday with this company.

Garrett was fantastic! He took the time to educate me about the issue and walked me through all potential fixes and their associated pros and cons. Garrett alone is worth giving them a call! I will certain use them again in the future.
