This is now a popular spot!!! Took an hour to dump tree limbs. Those with trash went much faster. Its Spring and everyone wants to pickup dirt or mulch or drop off their cut landscaping. Hopefully, the lines will get better. Maybe first thing in am is good but after 11am it was packed both days we went.

Quick in and out. Very convenient to get all of my bulky lawn waste and larger trash out of the house/garage. Staff does a good job managing the flow of vehicles in and out when it’s busy. Not a lot of chit chat with the staff. Once you get to the front of the line, they quickly direct you where to go.

I live in plano , Called 4 times to get info about but no one answers the phone , it rings forever.i lived in plano for 15 yrs and never dumped anything, when there I was told I have to pay minimum of $75.00 to dump household just because I’m in a boxed uhaul truck which I did not know!!!!! Very disappointed in this service which should be free for residence of plano.

***WARNING*** do not come dump here if you rent. I had an absolute nightmare of an experience here all bc I did not have a city water bill. The check in ladies (Emily & the other lady on duty) here have the absolute worse attitude. Made me feel like a 2nd class citizen. They held my I.d and debit card hostage and made go above and beyond. All to dump 200 pounds of stuff for 70 dollars.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER COMING HERE (if you rent)

They're very helpful here, very efficient. It wasn't clearly marked but you can drive around any municipal garbage trucks in line if you have household trash or yard waste. You need a water bill and id to show residency and they charge extra if you have what they consider "construction waste" such as lumber scrap.

They just turned us back saying our soffits and side boards were COMMERCIAL. We removed them from our house - we showed them photos and they still refused. These people should not be allowed to operate like this in Allen if they don’t have any ethics.

Dropped off branches, dead shrubs and other yard waste. No waiting in line. In & out in 15 minutes. Don't forget to bring your utility bill. For a couple of months last year they dropped that requirement. Now reinstated.

Went to the dump and waited in a very long line just to be told that my water bill wasn’t sufficient. They wanted a pdf copy. I said “ this came directly from the water department but you are saying that it isn’t good enough but what is acceptable is damn pdf that can easily be faked or manipulated very easily on anyones computer”? Made no sense. Soni said fine just charge me. The woman tells me I have to go back out, wait in the hour long line again! There were no signs at the entrance instructing anyone on what lanes to be in. While sitting there i witnessed 3 other people having to do the same and were equally frustrated and angry as I was. So once back in, I went to pay and the most wonderful woman named Emily, was so nice and didn’t even let me pay because she asked for my document and ld and punched it and said thank you come again. She was the nicest lady and it seamed so out if place after having to deal with the other woman that was working who kept turning people away incorrectly. Emily you were a breath of fresh air and I felt like I needed to single you out because of it. You are wonderful and I wish everyone was like you in this world. It would be a much better place to live and i hope management up there reads this and recognize you for your outstanding customer service. As well as recognizing the other woman who by now has probably turned a few more people’s day into frustration

We have used this site many times for yard trimmings. All was great. But if you have remodeling trash, you have to weigh and pay. That's not so bad, but when you pay with card, they hold the card and you have to get back in the long long line and weigh again, to get your card. No exceptions. Gotta be very way.

This place is awesome for residents that need to dump a little extra. For Plano residents it's included in your trash pickup. You can't bring box trucks or do commercial dumping, but I was able to get rid of mattresses, boxes, extra trash that would not fit in my weekly pickup. Plus, my 6 year old son liked watching the dump trucks and tractors pushing all the trash away.

Never come here. These people are insanely incompetent. Been here for over an hour. I have never had worse experience.

After the May 2024 storms, we had a few stacks of cut up branches that the city was taking a while to pick up. My neighbor and I rented a pickup and took all our stuff to the transfer station. You need a Plano water bill (current month) and a matching driver's license, and you can make two drops per month per bill. We dropped two loads, one at 8 am and one at about 845, with no wait either time. They were helpful and told us where to drop the stuff and how to exit.

Doesn’t take trash from Ana. Tried to call before driving all the way over there and no one would answer the phone. Waste of time.

5 stars is not enough! I never knew this existed, but I'm so glad I know now. I had bagged trash that I could not sit out for bulk pickup. I arrived here and had no clue what to expect. The GPS took me to the Custer entrance, and the signage redirected me to the correct entrance. There was a long line but totally worth the wait. I was cut in line by a guy in a truck coming from the opposite direction as I approached the entrance. The super professional and kind employees addressed the guy and told him that's not allowed. They also helped guide me through the dumping process and even brought me a cold beverage. Ashley N., Mr. RC and Emily deserve all the praise! RC helped guide my box truck onto the scale and even offered to do it for me. Ashley explained the whole dumping procedure to me and even came to check on me. Emily was friendly and kind as I went to the window to pay for my load. The people here made all the difference! I appreciated it!
    Helpful Tips:
    1. Be patient - the line takes time
    2. Don't skip
    3. Don't rent a box truck if you have trash because there is a charge. Use a pickup truck or trailer
    4. Don't go inside the dumping pit
    5. Park alongside but not close to the yellow striped area near the back wall of the pit. A massive tracker comes and crushes on the trash before taking it away, and debris sometimes goes airborne.
    6. Be nice and say thank you.. this is a great place because of the people that make our lives easier

As 30+ year Frisco residents we have used this facility many times, and in general the people working here are helpful. I'm giving them a three star overall rating because I've called multiple times on multiple days to ask a simple question, and no one answers the phone. As another poster stated, "they might as well get rid of the phone number."

Every year, I have a huge garden. I buy Texas Pure compost and Top dressing for my lawns, flower beds, and garden. Every year, it seems as though the quality goes down. This year, I have found 13 red coffee stirrers, 4 rubber bands, and countless pieces of plastic in my mixes.

All the people who work there are very nice and are very helpful.

If you value your time. DO NOT COME HERE. Their system is ridiculous where you sit in line for an hour to get in and then you have to get BACK IN THE SAME LINE TO GET OUT. Over an hour already for 1 small dump.

Have always been great. I have bought compost and dirt as well as dumped trash. Thank You.

It is nearly impossible to reach this facility by phone. No one ever picks up, it just rings. You then have to make a trip there just to ask a question about services. Ridiculous.

All you need is your own City water bills. This is operated by NTWD. Very helpful.

Dropped off yard waste at this location. Go straight in, show your water bill and ID then dump the yard waste. Easy process and no line.
