This company was our go to provider of plumbing and HVAC related items for more than a decade. We purchased two systems from them, one upstairs and one downstairs. We were very satisfied. Then the company was sold to a company out of Florida. AC tech came out week of April 10 to do 6 month check and suddenly I'm looking at over $4,000 of system repair work. They were supposed to come back that same week on Thursday to do repairs. No one showed up. I called four times and texted once. NO RESPONSE. The new owners clearly have either a lot of work to do or they are not the same company. I am now going elsewhere. I recommend anyone who bought a carrier A\C system from Dallas Plumbing when they were a great company to check the Carrier website for other local companies.

Received a maintenance check up on my two Air handling units by Giovanni. He was very courteous, thorough, and explained everything in detail. Love the service!

It has been easy to schedule an appointment even on short notice, and the work has been above expectation every time. They were recommended to me from a neighbor and I would recommend them to others as well.

Avoid Dallas Plumbing Company like the plague. I've used them for years but a few days ago when I called them about a broken water heater, they came out and quoted me a tankless water heater. I paid half down. When the technician came back to install it. He showed up with a tank water heater and that he could do it for the same price since they couldn't install a tankless one at my house. They eventually agreed to send me a new quote which was about $1800 less than I'd already paid and said they'd refund the difference. They installed the water heater and left. Then I got another call Friday claiming that they'd refund my money but it would take 4-6 weeks and they could sell me more services in the meantime. Today no one answer the phone.

I always dread when something needs to be done around the house as things run amuck within short order and I am completely naive thinking everyone's word is their bond. Our water heater breathed its last and after some research I scheduled Dallas Plumbing to come out. The coat for replacement seemed very high but the reviews were very good so we decided to go ahead. And then the project began going sideways for some very unforeseen reason and I started to worry. And Dallas Plumbing came through 180%. The follow up and additional work necessary was totally handled under the original verbal understanding. I was absolutely amazed and relieved. If you know nothing about plumbing, you want this company. If you know everything about plumbing, you want this company. It may be a big company but the customer service and care and integrity is absolutely small town and personable. The last of the work agreement was completed by Cameron Owen and David Mullen. They put in a gas line to the kitchen, and again unforeseen problems. They carefully went about things in a way that demonstrated expertise and creativity, and everything was finished in remarkable time. I am very thankful we decided to go with this company.

I was very dissatisfied with the lack of service provided. I scheduled a water heater flush from an advertisement that quoted $80. The technician very briefly glanced at various issues, including the water heater. He did not do a water heater flush as advertised, and advised to take no action on the water heater after spending 5 seconds looking at it. He said it was too old to flush, and if it's giving hot water to not worry about it. He then very briefly glanced at various other issues, and sent me 4 estimates, none of which were under $8,000. And I still paid the $80, for nothing. What a waste of money and time.

Over the next few days, I got several calls and emails asking how I'd like to move forward with service. It's clear all they cared about was getting in the house to charge tons of money for other services. I will not ever do business with this company.
