Reviews of local pros in Plano, Texas

We were delighted by the courteous and professional service provided by Superb Plano Carpet Cleaners, along with their excellent value for money. The outcome was surprisingly impressive, particularly on our aged carpet. Roman, their technician, took the time to thoroughly evaluate our carpet and its stains before commencing the cleaning process. We're looking forward to using their services again in Plano!

Definitely the most superior carpet and tile cleaning adventure I've ever had! Superb Plano Carpet Cleaners is without a doubt the most knowledgeable and open company in the industry. They successfully eliminated all the stains from my entire home, making my 15-year-old tile look as though it's brand new! The cost is justifiable given the incredible outcomes. Many thanks, Roman!

The pair of technicians, Ezekiel and Cory, from Superb Plano Carpet Cleaners who came to our location for carpet cleaning were swift and proficient. They gave us a detailed explanation of the process and even showed us before and after pictures. They also made sure to clean up the area before they left. We would definitely hire their carpet cleaning services again and highly recommend Superb Plano Carpet Cleaners in Plano.

My spouse was faced with a severe stain on our carpeted staircase, courtesy of one of our dogs. We reached out for help and were pleasantly surprised that they were able to accommodate us on the very same day! The team, including Ezekiel and Cory, were friendly, swift, meticulous, and took the time to explain each step of the carpet cleaning process. We were incredibly satisfied with their services in Plano and will undoubtedly call upon them again for any future carpet cleaning needs! (I've included a before photo, though it's a bit unpleasant, to demonstrate the severity of the mess they had to deal with)

Cory and Ezekiel from a well-known Carpet Cleaning Service were remarkably professional and friendly during both of their visits. They efficiently managed to remove the cat urine smell from our carpeted sofa cushions! It took two visits, but their persistence was unwavering, and for that, we are genuinely grateful! We would definitely endorse them. We also anticipate availing their services for all our future carpet cleaning requirements in Plano.

I tried to clean my area rug myself, but it ended up looking worse, and water and cleaner soaked into the carpet underneath, causing a bad smell. I reached out to Superb Plano Carpet Cleaners, and the owner responded very quickly, offering a great price. Cory came over that same afternoon to help, working fast, respectfully, and making sure everything was cleaned well. When I noticed the odor was still there, I called again, and the owner returned right away to take another look. He did another cleaning for free and explained that it might take a bit for everything to dry out and for the smell to fade. After some time, my area rug looked much cleaner and the smell was gone. They really care about customer service and making sure the job is done right. I'll definitely call them again when I need my area rug cleaned!

I gathered estimates from various businesses for carpet and upholstery cleaning as my dog who suffers from seizures had heavily soiled both. Superb Plano Carpet Cleaners provided the most impressive quote by far. Roman was friendly, approachable and even expressed his hopes for my dog's recovery. He was punctual and brought along a black light to fully understand what he was dealing with. Now, not only do my carpet and furniture look as good as new, but all smells have been eliminated as well. Plus, Roman took the time to educate me on how to tackle any future accidents. I cannot recommend Superb Plano Carpet Cleaners enough. Excellent job, excellent value. Thank you Roman!

superb plano carpet cleaners did a fantastic job! they were very professional and made the whole process easy for me, especially since i needed my wool area rug cleaned. cory was polite and always on time. the wool rug had been in my office in plano for years and hadn’t been cleaned before. i was moving my business to a new spot and wanted the rug fresh before putting the furniture back. even though it’s hot here in texas, they worked quickly and paid great attention to detail, making sure my rug looked clean and bright. i’m really happy with the results and definitely recommend them for carpet cleaning. i’ll use their services again for sure!

i always try to support local businesses and was really glad to find Superb Plano Carpet Cleaners. the team truly cares about making customers happy. they arrived on time, worked carefully and quickly, and were very friendly. special attention was given to protect my hardwood floors, walls, and baseboards while cleaning the carpets. i had a tough red wine stain that i thought would never come out, but after pre-treatment and cory's detailed cleaning, the stain is completely gone! my carpets dried in just a few hours. also, i want to mention the kind person who answered the phone—she gave a great first impression. great job to everyone!

We recently moved into a new home that needed some cleaning. We reached out and Roman met us right after closing to clean the carpets. In our first week, we also had Roman and his team clean the tile and grout, as well as do an odor removal treatment to get rid of cigarette smoke smells in the lower level. They did a fantastic job—our carpets and floors looked fresh and spotless, and the smell was completely gone. The whole team was very friendly and worked efficiently. Thanks to their great service, we felt comfortable settling our family into the new house. We highly recommend their carpet cleaning services and will definitely use them again!

We had our carpet cleaned in the den at our house in Plano. We have an older dog who has had a few accidents over the years, leaving behind some tough stains we just couldn't remove with store-bought products. Roman arrived right on time and was able to get even the most stubborn spots out of the carpet. What really made me happy was seeing our cats come down and relax on the carpet after it dried—they hadn’t done that before, so I knew it was really clean. The whole experience was great, and I definitely plan to use this service again. If you want your carpets looking and feeling fresh, give them a call!

We needed our carpets cleaned quickly, so I called Superb Plano Carpet Cleaners on a Sunday afternoon and left a message. I was impressed when they called me back within an hour and set up an appointment for just two days later. Their team was very professional, sending detailed reminders about our service, plus a call from the technician, Cory, to let us know he was on the way. Cory showed up right on time, was very polite, and did an amazing job making our carpets look fresh and spotless. The service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

this was definitely not the usual carpet cleaning service! we had two sets of stairs and our main living area cleaned. our technician, roman, first checked out all the spots that needed attention. he put down mats and cushions to protect our floors and wall corners from the cleaning hoses, which i haven't seen other companies do before. roman pre-sprayed everything and used a special rotating machine that really made a big difference. every stain came out, and our carpet looks just like new—plus, there are no weird smells left behind! after trying another well-known company that rushed and left stains, i'm happy to say i finally found the best carpet cleaning team in plano!

We couldn't be happier with the carpet cleaning service we received. roman came by after our dining areas closed and did an outstanding job! our main carpet had deep stains that we just couldn't remove with our own carpet cleaner, even after lots of scrubbing. the next morning, i was amazed to see all the spots gone—even the tough chocolate milk stains disappeared! the price was fair, especially considering how much work roman put in. paris even said he's done using our old carpet machine and will call roman from now on. highly recommend for anyone in plano needing professional carpet cleaning!

I heard about Superb Plano Carpet Cleaners through an ad and decided to give them a try since I’ve used other carpet cleaning companies before. From the moment I called to make an appointment, they were friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions about their carpet cleaning process. They were able to fit me into their schedule quickly, which I appreciated. Cory came out to clean my carpets and was very professional and polite. The carpets looked amazing after the cleaning, especially the spots that get a lot of foot traffic—they were so much cleaner and brighter than before. My experience was fantastic and I would definitely recommend their carpet cleaning services to anyone in Plano. I’m really glad I found them and will use them again for sure!

i highly recommend this team for your carpet cleaning and rug care needs. after moving into our new place in plano, our dogs made some tough stains on the carpet that we thought would never come out. plus, two of our rugs were falling apart because a previous cleaner used the wrong products, and some of our furniture needed a good cleaning, too. cory came by, explained how he could handle the carpet and furniture, and took the rugs back to the shop for restoration. once everything was done, the carpets looked spotless and the rugs were saved and looked so much better. there were no surprise charges and the price was very fair. cory was very professional, and i don't think anyone else could have done a better job!

Cory is truly dedicated to his carpet cleaning work. He spotted stains and problem areas in my home that I hadn’t even noticed myself. While his carpet cleaning service cost a bit more than some others, it was definitely worth it for the results I got. I had 2,500 square feet of white Berber carpet in my Plano home, including stairs, and over time it had become so dirty and dark I thought it was beyond saving. I was originally told by another company that it would cost me $15,000 to rip it all out and replace it. Before making that big decision, I called Cory to see if cleaning could make a difference. He assured me he could restore it, and his quote was $1,800, which included a protective Teflon carpet treatment. Cory arrived right on time for the appointment, and by the end of the day, I was amazed—the carpets looked bright white and fresh again, just like new. I could hardly believe the transformation. If you’re looking for a reliable and thorough carpet cleaning service in Plano, I highly recommend giving Cory a call. The results truly speak for themselves!

I had an excellent experience with this carpet cleaning service in Plano. The technicians, Roman and Cory, were very friendly and made sure to explain every step of the cleaning process to me. They checked in several times to see if there were any other spots on my rugs that needed extra attention or special care. I really appreciated that personal touch. They also mentioned that I could request them for future appointments, which I plan to do. Another bonus was that the final price turned out to be less than the original quote. Overall, the service was fantastic and I highly recommend them for anyone needing carpet cleaning.

This company truly knows how to make carpets look spotless! Over the years, we've had our carpets cleaned by several different carpet cleaning services, but this one has been the best by far. Cory arrived right on schedule, gave us a clear and honest assessment of what our carpets needed, and took great care in making sure every spot was treated. He managed to remove stains that other companies couldn't handle, and our carpets now look as good as new! Cory also did a fantastic job refreshing some stubborn spots on our sofas. The prices are fair, the cleaning products leave a fresh and light scent, and everything dried quickly, even in the Texas heat. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend this carpet cleaning company to anyone looking for top-notch results.

We had our office carpets and chairs cleaned by this company for the second time, and both experiences have been fantastic. The team is always friendly and helpful when we call, and the technicians, Cory and Roman, were professional and polite during both visits. They did an amazing job, making our carpets and chairs look so much better than we expected, especially considering how tough some of the stains were. Scheduling was easy, even on short notice, and you can tell they really care about their work. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for excellent carpet cleaning and outstanding customer service.

if you’re looking for a carpet cleaning company in plano, this is the one! cory was quick, professional, and gave us a great price. i was amazed at how he made our carpets look brand new again, just like the day we moved in. cory really knows his stuff when it comes to cleaning, sanitizing, and getting rid of pet odors. he even took the time to show me how to keep our air cleaner at home. what i liked most was the personal touch—unlike the bigger companies, cory checked out our carpets first, explained what we actually needed, and didn’t try to upsell us on extra services. he walked me through the pet odor removal and cleaning process, plus gave us some free product in case our dog had another accident. on cleaning day, he worked fast but paid close attention to detail, making sure everything was done right and taking care with our home. i was curious about his equipment, and cory happily explained how everything worked. after he finished, the carpet felt soft and looked evenly clean. we had one stubborn stain, and cory came back the next day to make sure it was completely gone. he really cares about doing a great job and making sure you’re happy with the results. you get his personal attention, not just a random crew. i highly recommend them for carpet, hardwood, and tile cleaning in plano. i wouldn’t call anyone else!
