It is so encouraging to find a Company willing to step up to the plate and exceed my expectations.
I am very happy with the power washing and window cleaning.
It has been a long time since my outside fireplace and outdoor kitchen looked so good!!! My Family will be enjoying it during our extended Home time.

We have used them twice; once when we bought our house, and again when we had needed a cleaning for a family gathering (with a time constraint that they gladly met). Our windows were so clean, they looked like they weren't even there. Highly recommend them, and will continue to use them in the future.

I just moved into a brand new townhome in November. I had the windows “cleaned” in December. I have a wall of sliding door windows in my living room. The sun hits them late afternoon. I was shocked to see how awful they looked with the sun shining through them after that first “clean”. What a waste of money. I had Dutch Shine come out this week. Their attention to detail and amazing service has blown me away! I can now actually see out of my sliding doors! Not even a fingerprint. Highly recommend Phebe and his team!!

Dutch Shine Window Cleaning and Maintenancce Services came out yesterday and power wahed my house and then today cleaned ll my windows. My house looks spectacular. It's amazing how wonderful those windows look. The people who came today to clean the windows, Jorge and Jose could not have been more professional and courteous and the gentleman who did the power washing also. I am so glad I called them and plan to put them on my calendar of things to do every year.

Great communication, they texted me that they were coming a bit earlier asking if I would be ok with that. Crew was super polite and efficient. They did a great job on our windows and price is reasonable. We will be calling them again when is time for another cleaning.

My windows are so clear to look through after Dutch Shine cleans them. It is a world of difference and so nice to look out when they are clean. And the care taken to clean our gutters and make sure all downspouts are cleaned out is so appreciated.

Rarely have we receives such a HIGH LEVEL of SERVICE! The Dutch Shine crew did much more than expected, and their price was in line with other quotes. While washing our windows, they took down our security screens and then put them all back up in working order. This was above-and-beyond since the screens were old and fragile. They ended up having to make repairs that were not their fault. Seriously, they did way more than they would have had to do in order to make us happy. It is a family run business, and they obviously care about the work that they do.

I usually don’t write a lot of reviews, but I have to say this company really goes above and beyond with their customer service. They showed up during the scheduled 30 min window, contacted me when they were on the way, and even texted me during the service call to let me know there were some windows that had broken seals. They were extremely professional and cleaned my windows to a perfect shine. Prices are also very affordable.

Lastly, what really impressed me was that they contacted me a couple days after the service just to make sure I was still happy. It rained really hard the day after I got the windows cleaned and they wanted me to know they have a spot free window warranty. Should it rain and we see spots on the window, they will come back out and clean. How awesome is that?!?! I didn’t have any spots so that goes to show they did their job right!
