We had been out of town and came home to fine. We had no air conditioning in our house. Evidently our Freon had leaked out and the compressor had continued to run and was no longer working. I contacted the company I usually use and they came out and gave me a timeframe of three weeks away. I then looked at Better Business Bureau and called Hesse Air and Steve came out immediately and confirmed I needed a new outside unit. He quoted me on the spot, had the unit ordered and he was there the next day to install. We will definitely be using this company again going forward.

All around great company to work with. Steve was very thorough and communicated with me every step of the way. Recommended to anyone and everyone!

I highly recommend this company. They were recommended to me by someone I trust after another company wanted thousands of dollars to fix stuff that didn't need to be fixed. My husband and I are so grateful we've found Hesse AC and Heat! It's really hard to trust companies these days - that they're charging fairly and only doing what needs to be done. We totally trust Hesse!

I had the absolute misfortune of hiring DFWPRO HVAC for an HVAC installation back in June, and it has been nothing but a nightmare from the very beginning. First of all, their complete lack of responsiveness is mind-boggling. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times via phone and email to address issues with their installation, but it's like talking to a brick wall. They simply don't care about their customers once they've got your money.

But the real horror story began when I decided to seek a second opinion from another HVAC company. It turns out that the installation DFWPRO did was an absolute disaster. The other company couldn't believe the shoddy workmanship and poor quality of materials used. It's clear that DFWPRO's so-called "professionals" have no idea what they're doing.

Now, I'm stuck with a system that doesn't work properly, and I'm being charged a whopping $2000 to have another company come in and fix the mess that DFWPRO left behind. It's infuriating that I have to pay out of pocket to correct their mistakes.

I wouldn't wish this nightmare on my worst enemy. Avoid DFWPRO HVAC at all costs. They're unresponsive, unprofessional, and their work is downright terrible. Save yourself the headache and hire a reputable HVAC company instead.

I've been trying to get in contact with this company to utilize the warranty that was given to us for a furnace. Now a year later our furnace is not working again. No one is returning my call. Please reach out to me directly to rectify this situation. I've spent thousands of dollars with YOUR company to fix the furnace and now I am unable to reach ANYONE. This is unacceptable.

If there were to be something below 1 star I sure would have selected that, what i dislike in my life is is someone using a malicious tactic to get business
When I contacted this guy he promised me that he has he would not only do the work but provide 2 year labor in case there was any issue. See below

I ended up opting for an option that cost me $5800. Unfortunately that very same day, immediately when his technicians left I noticed there was an issue with the work done, I called him to send a technician to look into it , this guy refused to come and stop responding to my e-mail , text or call. I don't want anyone to fall into my predicament , please beware of Dfw Hvac Pros you will fall into the same scam for sure
