We had THT out for a home warranty repair. We had two previous contractors. This was the first time we were totally satisfied. You could not ask for better customer service and quality repairs. Naib was able to quickly diagnose the problem, remedy the issue, and provide guidance for future upkeep to prevent the problem from happening again. Not only could you could tell that Naib is experienced, but him and his wife also had good customer service skills. Likewise, they were on time and worked quickly. I am very pleased with their work. My family also appreciates their work and ensuring our house will remain cool through the rest of the summer.

Naib, recently provided the best AC service to our house. He has great technical knowledge. He fixed the AC issue in no time, the issue we had from long time. He also took time to explain the whole functionality of the AC unit and how to do minor maintenance on my own. I, being the first time home owner, I am more confident now with his great service.

Kaileb Stiles was absolutely professional and efficient in his visit to maintain our four air-conditioning units. He answered all my questions, and explained things that I didn’t understand in an easy way to comprehend. He showed extensive pictures and explained the annual maintenance plan. He was considerate to tell me to place towels in the sinks when he did the blowout and he gave me all the dirty towels at the very end of the visit. I highly recommend Christmas Air Conditioning and Kaileb Stiles.
