I have been extremely happy with the service I have received from Christmas air every single time. I highly recommend.

Today, we had a wire burn up and had to have someone come out. They not only put us on the schedule same day, but also added us next in line.

Brendon came out and got us up and running in no time. I was very impressed by his manners and professionalism. You don’t always get that nowadays

Anyway, Brendon made a new wire, monitored the system for about 10 minutes, found out why the wire had burned up and fixed it for good. He again monitored it to make sure we weren’t drawing any extra amperage and that the new wires weren’t heating up. He then explained everything he found in great detail and thoroughly answered all my questions.

I have a discount through their competitor (because it was cheaper to join a family plan when a pipe burst last year). I chose to go through Christmas air today because I trust them more. I highly recommend using them. I only wish they had more services outside of AC (and now plumbing).

Great experience with Christmas Air! Robert arrived earlier than quoted wait time which was a pleasant and welcomed surprise. He was courteous, professional, extremely thorough and explained in great detail all that was involved in servicing my units. He made sure all my questions were answered. Signed up for Christmas List membership which saved me some money to have my units maintained twice a year. From speaking with Sierra, to my experience with Robert, fantastic customer service all around! I see why Christmas Air has the wonderful reputation that it has!

David gave five star service when he came out in this brutally cold weather to repair my washing machine. He was very friendly and professional and has my recommendation for future plumbing needs.

Eric and Phil came out and did a duct cleaning and installed a UV light to keep the air clean in our house. Super friendly,

I am so happy Christmas A/C came out to help! Bill was a phenomenal technician… very patient in trying to find the issue. Originally we thought it was a compressor issue they could have cost thousands of dollars but with Bill’s patience and due diligence, he was able to find the root cause of the problem costing way less. Even if we needed a compressor, it would have been at a significant saving versus other companies. Bill is a very honest, patient and well mannered technician. Great service and very trust worthy. I will definitely call back if a new problem develops without any hesitation. Thank you Bill for all your hard work

Kaileb was fantastic today. We had to have someone check out our system for a small issue and he was incredibly thorough in taking pictures and walking me through everything he saw. Highly recommend these guys for any trouble shooting or maintenance that is needed.

Jack was on time, courteous and thorough. He made sure to check everything and since the installation crew was in a hurry we felt a sense of reassurance that he indicated everything was fine. Nice job, Jack!

Install went great. Roger and his team got the job done and we have cold air again. Roger went out of his way to ensure all ducts were flowing correctly as well. This system is complex but the team was super knowledgeable on the system interface and explained them to me ! Great job.

The team at Christmas Air is amazing! Chris was out today replacing one of our furnaces and did a fantastic job! We just had to show them where it was, and they took care of everything from there. They used drop cloths, were surprisingly quiet for what they were doing, and cleaned up perfectly before they left.

Bill K. came this morning to do our heater maintenance and was extremely thorough, professional, and kind. He changed the air filters for me and gave us some options to help extend the life of our units. He was not pushy or trying to sell us anything. I’m very pleased with Christmas Air & Plumbing overall and will definitely request Bill to come in the future.

Highly recommend this service. They were able to come out promptly the day after a hot Texas Christmas to repair our unit. Phil was really great. He came to the appointment prepared, was very respectful to my home, knowledgeable, and thorough. If we need help in the future I will ask to have Phil again!

Eric from Christmas Air is a detail oriented technician with a friendly and professional disposition. He was thorough with the inspection of my hvac systems and left me with confidence that my hvac is at its best performance.

Christmas is always a pleasure to work with. Misty gets things organized for excellent service from the office. I had the pleasure of having Microphil accomplish a small repair on the unit after Keith had diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary part. Both men where knowledgeable and professional.

Josh came to check out our furnace in a timely manner and was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He was absolutely wonderful to work with, and made us aware of some issues with our system and different options for addressing them.
