We recently remodeled our guest bathroom, adding a new vanity with a new faucet and repainting the entire room. However, our old one-piece toilet had been prone to occasional leaks, so we decided to have a plumber reinstall it. Robert recommended a more reliable two-piece toilet and later installed it professionally, using shims to ensure a watertight fit. After three weeks, we are very satisfied with the installation and highly recommend Robert for his free estimates and attention to detail.

Porpoise Plumbing and team have been amazing from start to finish. First, thier communication from calls, messages and keeping us up to date with progress was outstanding. It kepts are nerves at bay. Having a water leak is a home owners nightmare. But with thier lines of communication, we slept as ease knowning permits were being handle and time of work to begin was on schedule without delays. Finally, they are a local business that work hard with fair pricing and amazing team that are capable of tackling inside and outside plumbing needs. Porpoise Plumbing is the absolute best! I begrudgingly hesitated in calling regarding a stopped up toilet. Brandon Harrison and apprentice were able to come right out. These guys were so kind and gracious with such an awkward issue.

We had Robert remove and replace our old bathroom faucets. The old faucets were corroded and stuck in place, but Robert was able to get them removed and cleaned up before installing the new ones. Robert was great and explained everything step by step. We will be using him again for future plumbing work!

TLDR; They cut through the bs and get it done efficiently and fairly. Customer experience is priority.

Brandon and Robert were fantastic to work with. Licensed master plumbers who really know their craft and focus on helping customers, not selling. They walked me through multiple options and even went above and beyond to help me save money. Kaleigh did an excellent job coordinating everything smoothly. Honest, skilled, and customer-focused from start to finish.

Brandon and his apprentice Anthony (I believe) were absolutely fantastic! They were both super friendly, professional, and immediately put me at ease as a new homeowner, which honestly goes a long way for me! They took the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be done, explained all the costs upfront, and then got right to work.

They replaced the valves in my bathroom shower and washer area, and everything was handled quickly and cleanly with zero stress on my end. I never felt pressured or confused, just informed and taken care of.

I had found Robert's name on NextDoor. Multiple people over a period of time raved about him. I really like supporting independent vendors.

One day while running into QT for a snack I walked out and saw the Porpoise Plumbing van. So I waited til he came out and walked over to the van and introduced myself.

I had a lot of questions for him. He was kind enough to answer them all. Some of the questions I had for him included pricing. I had just had a hot water heater replaced because it failed and flooded my house. So I had that cost. He told me what his price would be for the same job. It was quite a bit lower.

So I kept his name as I had a toilet that needed to be replaced and if you've owned a house for any amount of time, you know there is always some unexpected issues that comes up when you lease expect.

Well, about a year later my kitchen sink started running. I believe that is the original sink to my house built in the early 80's. I initially tried to see if I could replace the cartridge myself but could not for the life of me find the place to take the cover off the handle.

It had been running non-stop for weeks at this point. I had tried all different ways to jerry rig it to not run. Sometimes I was successful, but mostly failed.

I finally gave up and decided to call a plumber to fix. So I called Robert set up an appt and asked Kaylee to have him call me as I had some questions.

Robert was great! He answered all of them. Like what kind of problems he might run into when fixing the sink. I was debating replacing with a new faucet or replacing just the cartridge. He gave me some really good reasons why I might want to replace. Not only that he suggested which manufactuer and why.

I also asked about the quality of the faucets and if upgrading to a pricier brand would be better. I live on a very limited budget but I have been through two failed hot water heaters and mold in two bathrooms and the kitchen. So preventing water leaks and damage is paramount. I had heard that the products at the big box stores aren't the same quality even by the same brand,. So spending a little more up front is worth to save big repairs in the future. Robert gave me good reasons why I didn't need to do that.

Today he came out to make the repair. I decided to replace the faucet rather than just the cartridge. Robert was great! He's very professional. It was easy to get ahold of him when needed. I had lots more questions for him, as I was evaluating switching from an electric dryer to a gas and needed to know if that was possible.

I'm very happy with the sink and the service he provided. I will definitely use him again and would recommend him to friends and family.

Robert with Porpoise Plumbing was great, I would definitely call them again if I need a plumber. Out of nowhere my wall started bubbling with water and dripping from the ceiling, Porpoise was able to send a plumber out within a few hours and helped me diagnose the problem, (not plumbing) but he provided great information for questions I had and provided support while I turned the water back on. This was invaluable to me as my husband was out of town.

Robert has been my go to for over 10 years, and I would not use any other plumbing company. He is honest, fair, and always funny and friendly. I love the whole crew at Porpoise Plumbing, and I have never had a bad experience with them. We had a slab leak on an underground water line. Porpoise Plumbing responded quickly to our call and had someone here the next day to inspect and locate the leak. Ron White was the technician and is great to work with. He has such a great attitude, energy, and is very knowledgeable. He communicated every step and detail with me along the way and presented the clear options for repair.

The Porpoise dig crew arrived the following day right on time and worked hard to locate the broken water line. Rob fixed our issue the same day and did a very neat and tidy job.

Porpoise was recommended to us by many neighbors in our community and this was our first time using them. I couldn’t be happier with their service and level of professionalism. Rob is a dime a dozen and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

He even encouraged me NOT to do something I thought needed to be done as well as checking a couple of sink drains at no charge just to be sure we were in great shape. Highly recommended!
