Reviews of local pros in Prosper, Texas

My wife and I had Kris out to change our hot water heater. The install was seamlessly done with no issues or mess. He left the area as he found it clear of all debris. The craftsmanship was stellar as well as Kris’s knowledge of the product. He was able to explain all of the current options and suggested the one that was best suited for our home. Shockley the best option for us was not the most expensive option. I believe this is one of many reasons to use Kris vs a larger company. He will give you solid straight forward advice and do the work for a reasonable price. Kris was kind and professional, and here when he said he would be. We will continue to use Kris for all of our plumbing needs as well as referring him to our family and friends. Thank you for the hot water!

In 2018 Kris helped us install a custom whole house water filter. He taught me how to clean my tankless hot water filter, which I now do myself annually. Few days ago my hot water heater lost power. I gave him a call and he gave me some ideas to troubleshoot. I was able to get it powered back on with his suggestions. Kris has been reliable and helpful and he's the first person I call when I have a plumbing issue!

Besides being a super friendly and personable guy, the Prosper Plumber is an all around professional Master Plumber. Not only did he listen to all my concerns, he helped solve every one and then some, educating me along the way about the solution and best practices for my own knowledge. He trouble shoots with critical thinking and solves problems systematically with superior expertise. Highly recommend!

The only thing better than 2 of a kind is 1 of a kind. You sir are one of a kind. If you’re looking for plumbing repairs needed at a FAIR price call prosper plumber.

Sincerely,

Straight Shooter

Kris did an amazing job replacing my faucet in the kitchen. He is a professional and very knowledgeable at his craft. I would definitely hire him for any future plumbing related task, issues or repairs.

RJ with Crown was very helpful and we will happily use Crown again in the future.

RJ was great. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was able to diagnose the issue and get it resolved quickly. Great job!

Great experience and the guys install looks amazing.

Very courteous and efficient as always! We have had Crown do multiple requests for us and they have always been excellent!

Quick same day service with honest and transparent pricing. They didn’t try to upsell on additional issues and addressed the specific problem, which was a gas leaks in the stove.

We have used Crown for over 5 yrs now and have been very pleased with Jacob & Nicholas. We didn’t have any water pressure. I called at 8 & Nicholas Ramos was here by 8:25 to fix the prv. I highly recommend Crown.

The tech was on time and professional. He left the area where he worked clean. One of the parts he was replacing was a drain with a stopper. The replacement part that you pull up on was a different style than the existing one, and he actually asked me which one I wanted him to use. I appreciated the thought and attention to detail.

Had PRV installed. Easy-peasy! Punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and professional! RJ Kankel did a great job!

Fire place is back in business … just in time for the extremely cold weather forecasted. Easy scheduling, very efficient and professional service. The technician was professional, on time, knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was going to do to rectify the problem. This is my third time using Crown Plumbing and they have done an excellent job with correcting my service issue and at a reasonable cost!

The service tech was prompt and very pleasant. 5 stars
However he did not mention that he chipped the toilet and left a black scar. I wish he told me and fixed it. 1 star

Crown Plumbing and Jacob did a great job on our sewer for us! They were very responsive and they explained the issue well and the work was done quickly. Even the people who dug the hole in the ground did a great job!! It was done for their estimated job cost too. We were pleased.

RJ was polite and knowledgeable. He was able to pinpoint the strange Oder under my sink and repair it. If I am in need of plumbing services I will request him for my next appointment.

RJ gave us some great information concerning our tankless water heater, and answered our questions. Also, was able to change a shower head out that saved us a few days making another appointment! Very kind and knowledgeable.
