Reviews of local pros in Prosper, Texas

Robert, Brandon, Anthony, and Kaleigh were wonderful! Robert was knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, honest, patient and answered all our questions in simple terms that we could understand while respecting our decision. Not only did he fix the leaked pipe problem, but he went an extra mile to help us with related issues. Kaleigh was genuinely nice, helping with what she could on her end and with scheduling. It was super easy to reach out to them with concerns or questions I had. Robert, Anthony and Brandon work with integrity, were very diligent and thorough with their work. They seem to like their profession, which shows in their quality of work, professionalism and positive attitude.

The Prosper Plumber was extremely efficient and knowledgeable! I was referred to Kris from a friend who had just used him to replace his hot water heater and Kris did not disappoint. He was able to replace our broken hot water tank and get us back up and running with hot water less than 24 hours after I called. He went above and beyond to understand my needs and his pricing was more than fair. We will absolutely call Kris for any future plumbing needs.

Kris came out quickly and on time to replace our garbage disposal. Was awesome having someone local!!

Kris was fantastic. One man shop. Wants to actually perform your hot water heater repair before going to replacement like some of the larger companies.

He can certainly handle hot water heater replacement, but he’s not going to push you that way unless it’s really in your best interest.

Use a local reputable guy like Kris!

Kris made it simple and easy, great to work with. Will refer to family and friends

Chris took care of everything, was prompt to the scheduled appointment and cleaned up after the job was done. Things that seem to be missed these days. Highly recommended!!

Great plumber! Great guy! Very knowledgeable! Thanks again! Highly recommend!

Replaced my hot water heater quick! Did amazing job, very affordable price! Beat Lows and Home Depot with commercial grade!

Kris was wonderful and affordable! He did great job installing my sink, would highly recommend him.

They were able to squeeze me in the same day and get my water heater fixed… Super professional, easy to communicate with, and got the job done quickly!

Prosper Plumber scammed us out of $1,000.00.
-Broke the drain pipe on the tub,
-Chipped our brand new uninstalled counter top, and once we brought this to Prosper attention he became rude and wouldn't refund our money. Our tub and drain is still broken.

Kris called and arrived the same day for service. Very affordable, friendly and professional. Would recommend 100%
