He was very professional and courteous in answering my questions and making recommendations. He not only fixed the problem but improved upon the situation to reduce future headaches!

RJ was amazing! He came and we weren't sure where the leak was coming from (either under the house, sprinkler, pools, or a toilet) so he diagnosed the possible issue immediately and we turned off some of the appliances and we waited a few days to eliminate possible areas. He came back 3 days later and we had narrowed down the leak. While he was here, I had him also go ahead and change to valves to 2 toilets and everything is working great!!! RJ was very honest about what might need to happen and about costs. Will definitely use Crown Plumbing again!!

Nicholas came to the house the day following RJ to reconnect our gas lines after inspection was complete. He was efficient. I did not have the opportunity to interact with him as he was on site a very short time. I am very happy and satisfied with the service from Crown.

Update to the Update:
The owner of the company contacted me and when I explained what happened (the water heater they did not replace overheated the day after their guys were at my house), she told me that was expected to happen and they told me the other water heater would overheat within a week. They never told me anything like that. Then she tried to tell me when you replace only one water heater, it will cause the other one to fail quickly. She told me to look it up, which I did. That’s just simply untrue. Then she tried to tell me that it’s common for the pressure relief valve to fail. It didn’t fail - it actually did it’s job by opening and allowing the superheated water to escape down it’s outlet to outside the house. That water heater had been working fine for years until the day after Crown Plumbing was at my house working on that plumbing. If anything they did might have been the cause of the other one overheating within days, they should have clearly warned me and made sure I check it often. There was no effort during this phone call to offer and come back to find out what may have caused the other water heater to overheat. She only mentioned several times that she didn’t like my updated review. There you go.

UPDATE: The day after Crown Plumbing replaced one of my water heaters, which was leaking, my other water heater, which had been working perfectly fine until Crown was at my house, started to overheat with water flowing out the pressure relief tube, Once I looked up what could cause this to happen and found out this is a very dangerous situation, I immediately turned off the water heater that was overheating. I have no idea if the guys from Crown did anything that would cause the other water heater to overheat, but it is certainly suspicious. I do not think I would use Crown again for my plumbing needs.

The plumbing technician R.J was on time, polite, and friendly, and best of all understanding of the problem and quick to fix it. I also like Ashley, the scheduler and office person, who is also friendly and professional I have used Crown Plumbing more than once and feel this is a trustworthy business, well worth the prices I’ve paid for repairs..

Jacob did an outstanding job repairing the gas lline leak to my pool equipment. He prepared an estimate prior to making the repairs. The repair required less equipment and less labor than the estimate. The job was completed as explained to me and Jacob adjusted the bill accordingly. Jacob also re-lit all of the pilot lights and identified a gas leak with the provider’s gas line. He explained how to handle notifying the gas provider. He explained the city examiner process. Once the city approved the repair, Jacob returned to clean up the work area. The job was completed very timely. It was a very positive experience. I highly recommend Jacob and Crown Plumbing.
