Reviews of local pros in Prosper, Texas

I had Prosper Plumber come out to install 2 new toilets and additional work in the kitchen and couldn't have asked for a better company to come out. He was on time and thorough with all questions. I will continue to use moving forward. Thank you again

Had something fierce clogging everything up on the lower level. The Prosper Plumber made us a priority and came out within 30 min. Had the clog drilled and pushed out to the sewer main within 30 min. Things are flowing again! I’d say for a big clog and late night service, we paid a small price for a job well done. Thanks Chris.

Kris was quick to reply and schedule a time to come out to flush our water heater. He's knowledgable and made things easy for us. Reasonably priced as well!

The service from The Prosper Plumber was excellent. I found him on a google search after having another plumber fail at fixing a water pressure issue. Not only did he fix the issue but also educated me about how to take care of my system. I would recommend The Prosper Plumber for any plumbing need.

Kris is fair, honest and more than a plumber. He teaches you and offers advice when asked.

When was the last time you had a no charge for coming out for a service problem. Well Kris came out for a call. I thought I had a water heater problem but didn’t.
Very professional down to earth great guy! And no charge for the visit!
We need more people like Kris! Thanks again you are in my phone permanently

Kris came to my house after-hours to repair a clog in my main septic line. He was great! Reliable, efficient, reasonable, and very nice. He’s my new plumber, for sure!

I went to take the trash out this morning and had a geyser coming from the sprinkler control valve box. Based off a recommendation from a friend I called Kris. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and polite. What a relief to find my new plumbing guy. I highly recommend The Prosper Plumber Kris.

I left a message one night after being frustrated with a toilet that was leaking inside the bowl. Chris called me back early the next morning and has been extremely responsive every time I call, always addressing my questions and concerns. Grateful to have found a reliable plumber and won’t hesitate to call him again for out plumbing issues.

Kris has been awesome to work with! He has helped us with multiple plumbing issues over the years and always provides top notch service.

Prompt, excellent, and honest service. Kris called me back within 10 mins and set the appointment for the next day. He fixed our toilet quickly and gave me options for my other concerns. I appreciate the honesty in not trying to sell me something I didn't need and would probably end up in a bigger repair later in (flushing a water heater that really needs replacing). I will use The Prosper Plumber for all our needs!

Kris was knowledgeable, professional and punctual. He took the time to explain everything clearly and is an extremely nice guy. You will know you're dealing with a stand up company. Kris is in my contacts and he will be the guy I call whenever I have a plumbing issue for sure. Thanks Kris.

Talked to Kris today about an issue with my garbage disposal. He was available to come out within an hour of my call but instead talked me through fixing it myself. Kris will definitely be our go to plumber going forward, thank you Kris!

I highly recommend Kris. He was super friendly, on time, and quickly repaired the lines under the kitchen sink at a fair price. I will definitely be contacting Kris for any future repairs and maintenance on our tankless water heater. Thank you, Kris!

Kris with The Prosper Plumber is amazing! He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I have used Kris a few times now for various things around the house, water heater replacement, new faucet in my kitchen, and general clogs. I wouldn't trust anyone else in my home!

Master Plumber that has done many improvements to upgrade our construction grade bathrooms and kitchen. He also helped us twice when need was urgent - bad leak from tub spot and an emergency burst pipe repair for us tonight. Kris explains everything well, is an excellent problem solver, and also went above and beyond our expectations, calling his contacts after hours on a Friday evening, to help us find non-standard piping used for our outdoor faucet line. His truck is always well-stocked as well. Excellent workmanship and always great and honest advice.

Had a leak at the base of my toilet and he knew over the phone what might potentially be the issue up front with the repairs. Showed up on time, very professional and courteous, and fixed the issue in a timely manner. The bonus with Kris from all the other commercial plumbers I've used is that he's very nice and communicative. You can tell he cares to do the job right and I think I have finally established a plumber for my condo!

Kris was able to resolve my "lack of hot water to the tub" issue within fifteen minutes of his arrival. I truly appreciate his knowledge and professionalism, and would not hesitate to recommend him for any plumbing needs. I'm also happy to support the local businesses that contribute so much to our economy. Thanks again, Kris!

I was referred to Kris and so glad I was! He has helped me with installing a new water heater, sink, faucet, clogged drain, and running toilet. He underpromises and over delivers on every aspect including service, quality, communication, value, and timeliness. He cleans up after his work and I have taken all of his recommendations including the type of sink and faucet to get and everything works and looks amazing. Extremely professional and friendly. Highly highly recommend.

Kris did a great job replacing a failed water heater for me. He made time to come out on the same morning I woke up with a cold shower and a leaking water heater. His prices are more than fair and his work was great. I will definitely call him again when I need him and will recommend him to all of my friends.

Was in need of a plumber the week of Christmas, and was extremely fortunate that The Prosper Plumber was both available and did outstanding work.

Kris arrived on time, worked diligently, took the time to explain the issue and resolution completely, and even gave us some background on the house as he'd serviced it for a previous owner.

Would happily recommend to all friends and neighbors.
