Our brand new Samsung dryer quit working after only three years. We did not purchase the service agreement contract when we originally purchased the dryer from Lowes so basically, "we are left up the creek without a paddle". We believe service agreement contracts are a rip off anyway. We called Samsung and was told that they can't help us because the dryer was out of warrantee. Since we've had HVAC Alternative DFW (Tim) do other handyman works for us in the past, we called him, and as usual he came over and did an exceptional job. You can always depend on HVAC Alternative DFW to deliver an outstanding job without overcharging you. HVAC Alternative DFW (Tim) is the most decent company/handyman we have ever called to service our handyman needs. We highly recommend HVAC Alternative DFW (Tim) for honesty, integrity, ethics, and a high level of honesty.

Tim did a great job arriving same day to help fix a plumbing issue. He even helped fixed another electrical issue in the same visit and provided guidance on some other fixes needed. Tim is a rare find in the area, highly recommended!

If life can do over I wish I never use Green Leaf air as my service company. I purchased a new system with them and not even a year my AC was broken. Since June 9, 2022 I have been without air except for a week, they kept telling me the First Company who makes the unit don't have in stocks and they can't find any replacement for me. Their suggestion to me is go buy a window unit until who knows when the backorder will be in. Could be a day, a week , a month or a year. How can anybody trust this company is beyond me.
