I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I scheduled a heat tune-up, and the technician showed up, but when I answered the office call and came to the door, he had already left. When I called the office, they told me I’d have to reschedule. This was very unprofessional — I took time off work to be home for the appointment, and it completely wasted my day. I do not recommend this company.

The tech was very smart and knew how to tell me what the cost would be, why, how the equipment would be installed, everything I was concerned about. The cost was "slightly" higher than a competitor. Eventually I ended up with another company, but I would have gone with The Right Choice. The other deal was a fire sale deal that only comes around once in a lifetime (<50% price).

These guys are great! They have done major system repairs for me and they are always on time and reliable with quality work. They are the only company I use when it comes to heating and cooling.

Highly Recommend! They came and inspected our furnace to ensure we weren’t too cold during this Texas winter. Great service, fair prices, fast to diagnose and repair, lots of great information on how to maintain your unit.
