It was a pleasure to have Jason Vasquez in our home completing our seasonal maintenance on our HVAC system. He was courteous and professional and even got along well with our Scottish Terriers. He checked the system, explained any discrepancies, and offered recommendations for me, as a homeowner, to ensure the system will function at peak efficiency!!!

Ricky Bell was phenomenal. Not only did he discover an issue that the inspectors missed, he resolved the issue quickly and explained what my next steps should be in preventing future issues. In addition, he showed the extent of the potential damage and explained how to correct. I learned a tremendous amount of beneficial information from his visit. Definitely proved he had a genuine concern for my house.

Ruben was absolutely phenomenal! He was extremely professional, punctual, patient & hard working. He took the time to explain everything he was doing during my fall/winter HVAC inspection. I will request Ruben for all my future HVAC services! I have a yearly service contract for $15 per month, an absolute bargain!

Daniel Perez performed inspection and preventive maintenance work on the HVAC today. Jose Rebollar was with Daniel on this call.
While they were here, I requested pricing information on several items. They did a great job on the preventive work and they furnished bid information I requested with options before they left. The estimates included detailed descriptions and color photos.
They explained the options with recommendations and confirmed some of the work could be done before the holiday.

Luis was very thorough, professional and courteous. He arrived on time and advised me of possible problems. I was very happy with my service. I would definitely recommend. Also had air ducts cleaned and installed UV lights. Installers were definitely knowledgeable, cleaned up afterwards and was very professional. It was a pleasant and positive experience.

They are always on time and very professional. I love that I never have to remember to schedule service that’s already been paid for — they reach out to me and set the appointment. It makes maintaining my AC completely stress-free. Highly recommend for service and repairs.

Juan Pineda, his trainee Anthony Escamilla and Fabian were very professional and friendly when diagnosting my furnace problem. Jeff Lewis and Ghader Alzaidi came the next day to replace my furnace. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain their work. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Kyle and Ra'mon it's a very polite when they came in. They introduced their cells. They were telling me what they're, you know, going to check. And in an air was gonna tell me, you know what I need to do. Some options of financing about the cleaning very detailed. I really appreciate. I recommend them for every one they do a great service for the company.

I used the online service request last night to request a 2nd opinion on a plumbing leak detection and was able to schedule next day between 12-4! Lee S was the technician who was sent out, arriving shortly after 12pm. After listening to the issues, he provided a reasonable estimate for camera inspection. He allowed me to view his camera while investigating. He was able to locate the issue and provide an estimate on the repair costs.. Unfortunately the outcome was the same as my first inspection, its gonna be a big, costly job. Getting a 2nd opinion eases some of the stresses of the unknown and provides another option. Thank you Lee S for coming out on a Saturday and for your plumbing expertise!

Update: Since receiving my estimate on Dec 13th, I have called twice, spoke to someone that was likely a call center. Gave her my information and was told someone would call back, 2nd time was this past monday, 12/29..no call back yet, so I called again this morning and left a voicemail message, skipping over talking to the call center. I know today is new year's eve, so if no one is in the office, maybe that should be the message that customers receive. Just maybe, I might get a call back.

I was hesitant about giving them this review but the persistent sales emails and text is what's prompting me to write the review. The AC technician was good about giving me pointers however I feel that their technicians are force to sale as they kept giving me upgrades but then would say "I wont recommend you to do it now". Then with in a week I have received multiple follow ups via email and text if I want to accept their proposee "upgrade" estimates. With that I wouldn't trust a company who focus more on sales quotas oppose to those who care about helping their customers. I had an amazing experience with Crawford Services but unfortunately they got bought out.

I am on the monthly maintenance pay plan so I'm not out of pocket when it's time for semi- annual service. I was extremely pleased with the techs that came out. Very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Represented themselves and the company very well.

As I understand it, Service Experts have merged or acquired Crawford HVAC services. I've been using them for 10 years after they installed my system. This is the first time Zachary Edwards has provided the semi-annual maintenance on my system. He did a great job. Courteous and professional, he explained what he did and provided an option for adding on to the system, but without pressure. Just provided the information. I've been with Crawford for a long time and hope Service Experts will continue with the same good service.

Tim was very thorough, professional and courteous. He arrived on time and performed full system maintenance a made suggestions to enhance HVAC service. I was very happy with the service and recommendations. Also will have my air ducts cleaned and install UV lights.
Chris came out the following day to perform the air ducts cleaning and installed the UV lights. Chris was very thorough, with the cleaning and installation of the UV lamps. He also thorough, professional and courteous.

We had an amazing plumber out today named Charles Tannehill. This was our first time having Charles and he did a fantastic job. He patiently answered numerous questions, showed us pictures, gave us a fair estimate on future work that needs to be done and was a pleasure to have in our home. We are grateful for his expertise on several issues we've had with our plumbing system. We will absolutely book him to handle the issues we discussed. Thank you, Charles and Service Experts! Great experience!

Overpriced, poor quality work, and very unprofessional. Their customer service is overseas and communication is difficult. The technicians who came to my home all showed up in different uniforms, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence in the company’s organization or professionalism.
I had them replace my HVAC system, and the installation was done very poorly. Several ducts were barely secured and could literally be pulled off with a gentle tug. For something as important as a full system replacement, that level of workmanship is unacceptable.
Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could and would not recommend this company to anyone. What makes it even worse is that they charge prices comparable to well-known companies like Milestone or Baker Brothers, but without the professionalism or quality you’d expect at that price point.

If you’re paying premium prices, you’re far better off calling a company that actually delivers professional service.

They came out same day and were able to diagnose the problem with my unit. They said it was a leak in my copper system. They were able to find out where the leak was, patch it and refill the unit. Thanks MAK for being so supportive through the whole process.

Bought my new unit from them, they came installed and made sure it was running before they left. In and out in about 3 hours which seems pretty fast for replacing a whole ac unit. I’d highly recommend them.
