Mr. Joe did an excellent job. I had to call him because my A/c was making noise after the electric company fiddled with it and they said it need to be fixed. Joe was very punctional and fixed everything in just a few minutes.

Great customer service and overall great experience. We were smelling a burning scent coming from our A/C and came to the conclusion that it was time for a new unit after 12 years. A close friend recommended this company. We called on a Wednesday, the owner came over Thursday to give an estimate (which was more reasonable than all 3 estimates that we had received). By Saturday we had a brand new unit installed. Joe and another crew member arrived timely and installed the unit inside and out taking great care by protecting my floors and the area in which they were working. The A/C has been working great and keeping us cool. We also received an upgraded smart thermostat with the purchase. I would recommend Surpreme to anyone looking for an honest, locally owned and reasonably priced A/C install and service company.

My AC went out on a Friday evening in July. I contacted several companies including Supreme Heating & Cooling. Two companies were unable to do anything other than quote me a price on a new cooling system. Supreme Heating & Cooling sent Glenn out. He was empathetic and very competent. He gave me two options including the purchase of new cooling system. However, Glenn was able to do a temporary fix on my old R22 unit to get me through the weekend until Monday. The new system he presented was a quality brand and was priced fairly. The office manager Rita was a pleasure to work with and she was very helpful. Joe was very helpful during the installation of my new system. I highly recommend Supreme Heating & Cooling. I will be a customer for life.

I called Joe and he came out the next day. It was discovered that I needed a new AC unit as my unit was completely fried. His team came out the next day and installed the new AC. Joe then came out to inspect the work and make sure everything was done correctly as well as help me to set up my warranty. He was very nice and professional. I called Joe for my AC Tuneup service.Appointment setup was very smooth. Since temperate was below 70F, Joe called me rescheduled to other day when temperature was 80F. He showed up on time, did the thorough checkup. Found the issue with my condenser and offered help through the Carrier warranty process. Very profession and knowledgeable. I will be using Joe for future service/repair needs.

Joe and his crew were amazing. Joe serviced our call the same day. Unfortunately we needed to replace the unit (previous AC repair companies had been warning us that our unit was going out for past 5 years) so we were not surprised. Our new unit was installed the next day with no issues, the installers were very clean and did an outstanding job. We will be staying with this company going forward.

I would definitely recommend Supreme Heating & Cooling! I had a wiring issue connecting my new smart thermostat last summer and Joe came to my home and fixed it in no time. This year I had a problem with my downstairs unit not working (which turned through my own fault), and Joe came by again to help. A lot of companies will try to get every last dollar from you, but what stands out about Supreme Heating & Cooling is they'll give you an honest assessment along with a fair price. I called needing the inside part of my mothers unit. SUPREME found the proper matching part unlike other companies that wanted to mix match the units. They were out the very next morning to install and were done by 3pm. They were a life saver and the price was extremely reasonable.
