Louis was our teck and he did a great service check up. He made sure our systen was ready for the winter. We would recommend him to anyone that need their AC and Heating System service. He is a Great respectable person. He also arrived on time and answered all our questions.

Luis was very professional, calling to say he was on the way and providing the estimated time of arrival. He explained what he found and how to replace the filter on my new system, as well as the type of filter required. He did a great job today!

Derrick performed my HVAC system maintenance and I am very happy with his service. He had a great attitude, was competent in testing and verifying the system. I found him to be very personable and easy to communicate with. Derrick is one of the best service technicians I've ever dealt with.

Justin was professional, courteous, and kind. He went beyond what he had come to do with suggestions for going forward. I had a gas leak and he came in to check that out. Turns out I need a new stove. I am thankful for people like him. Thanks also for the people that hired him and sent him our way.

Charles was terrific! He was promp and thoroughly. He didnt mind me watching him work, and explained what hecwas doing and why. He made sure I knew how to get the fireplace started by myself. O hope I wont need this company agsin, but if I fo, I know eholnill ask for!

The techs are great and you can trust them but unfortunately the main office does a poor job of communicating. The company has purchased other hvac companies and folded them in. Unfortunately the company I used was purchased. They used to be awesome when it came to calling me and setting up my 6 month service which I paid for in advance but this company doesn't do that. I have to call them and remind them to set it up the maintenance service. When I call, I usually you end up talking to someone who is not a local person in DFW, they live in another country. If you have problems and you need service quickly you may be talking to someone who's going to then recommunicate your needs to somebody in the DFW area, and most times, my request is lost in translation. I have reached out and tried to get a hold of management to let to know my concerns, but again I end up get connected to a call service and I never get contacted by leadership who I assume must live in the DFW area.

The technician, Justice Wommack, got here early and was very courteous, thorough, and professional. Took care to put shoe coverings on and installed a new filter for me while he was here. Great job!

Jamie Reavis was excellent! He was very professional and informative. I will definitely ask for him for maintenance service in the future. As for price, I am on a maintenance plan so this service was free.

Rickey Bell did a great job. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. We had several things needing to be done and he repaired them all. Very happy. He cleaned up so nicely, you would never know all the work he did. Thank you!

Just had Austin L out to address a slow draining bathroom sink. He immediately noticed the condensate line from ac and knew the what and where for the problem. He fixed it quickly and also advised me on what to do to prevent the problem going forward. I really appreciated the level of professionalism and service he showed!

I also had Jamie R out for my HVAC maintenance earlier this month. I received the same level of professionalism and service then.

That's a major part of the reason I continue to call on Service Experts for my HVAC (and plumbing!) needs.

Another top quality service experience! Richard Martinez of Service Experts has been my HVAC guy for 8 years and 2 residences, and he has always been thorough and efficient, clearly explaining the good and the bad results of his inspections. He has been pragmatic in his recommendations for enhancements, and I have felt fully informed prior to making any decisions. I confidently recommend him for any HVAC work!

Charles Tannehill saved my bacon. Though I could have "saved" money in DIY, I did NOT know about the difficulties Charles encountered and expertly addressed in caring for our washing machine hoses. His expertise and customer care are FAR more valuable than the bottom line.

Been using Levy & Sons for over 15 years.They installed our first system over 12 years ago and have been in charge of our maintenance before and ever since. Levy&Sons employees are always friendly, professional and on time. Highly recommended business. Recently(10/30/24)we had Juan do our winter service and the system needed attention. We decided a complete new system installed using their Advantage Program was perfect for us. The team done an excellent install in a cramped and narrow closet and I was amazed at the attention to detail that was used. They were on time, worked hard and finished with everything left the way it was when they arrived. Thanks Anthony for the patience in such a tough and tight installation. Working out a plan for the new system couldn’t have been easier and Kevin explained that we had several options. With his help and advice, we made the best decision possible for our family. Just wanted to say thanks again for the Expert service over all the years and the future.

Had a great experience with this team. They showed up early and installed a Lennox Powered by Samsung Mini Split in my garage. They were very thorough and efficient. They made sure I was satisfied with the finished product. Would recommend them to anyone!

I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s work (Levy & Son, now Service Experts). We had to replace our cast-iron sewer pipes and the job was done incorrectly from the start, which caused ongoing problems. After repeated issues, we were forced to hire another plumbing company, who confirmed the original work was substandard and had to completely redo it. This company’s poor workmanship cost us significant extra time, stress, and money that should never have been necessary. When I spoke with a manager, he deflected blame and avoided any responsibility for their mistakes. I would absolutely not recommend this company and strongly advise avoiding them.

The technician came looked over our unit knowledgeable technician very friendly. Gave us a quote on job that my unit needed and was very thorough explained everything. Another gentleman came by part of the team friendly as well. I am going to check around for other bids. It is important as homeowners to get other opinions just like doctor visits

Technician Luis P. was very professional and courteous. He explained all areas that were identified during the inspection of the HVAC units and thoroughly showed the photos and offered recommendations for any items needing attention. I would highly recommend Luis P. and Service Experts for any of your HVAC needs as he and the team are excellent!

My service technician was professional, came in change my filter, gave me good update information regarding my system. He is polite respectful and shows responsibilities to the customer and his company. He has been here before and asked if I remember him. I did because of his manners. Good Job Derek!

I called Service Experts and was able to get a same day appointment for my leaky outside faucet. The technician, Antonio Martinez, was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He offered several options for repair and completed the job quickly. I would definitely ask for him for my next repair.

We recently had a complete air duct cleaning on our 3 HVAC systems. The service techs, Chris Brown and Bobby, were very professional, on time and very considerate of household items / furniture, wall decorations etc. They kept us updated as they were going from room to room. Our daughter had used them a few weeks prior and highly recommended them as do we.
