I called Supreme Heat/air to get an estimate for installing a new reversing valve on our 4 yr old Rheem 3.5 ton ac unit...Joe came out and told me that he was going to quote me on a new ac unit because the reversing valve that I needed was more than $3500..he quoted me $4956.00...blew my mind...I called Betz ac in wylie and Kevin replaced reversing valve for $1335.00 and the heat pump/ ac system works like a charm...I saved over $3600.00 by callIng Betz...Supreme heating and air should be ashamed...I'm a senior citizen and he was trying to rob me....DO NOT TRUST SUPREME HEATING AND AIR.

Supreme has been out to my house a few times over the last couple years and they are a top-notch organization. Recently, a 4-year old unit installed by a previous AC company was on the fritz and I called Supreme because they are now my company of choice. Since it was a leak issue still under warranty by my old AC company, they advised me to call them. The old company denied it was a leak issue, but Supreme came back out for a 2nd opinion and sure enough, there was definitely a leak which the other company finally did own up to and correct. If it had not been for Supreme, who knows how much money I would have been out when things really went south with that other unit! This is why I have been with Supreme for 2 years now - they are honest, have high integrity, quick service, and they keep the bad guys on their toes! They are the BEST HVAC company in the entire metroplex, and they have our business for life!

Supreme Heating & Cooling is an amazing company because they have outstanding customer service, fast response time, and same day service. I truly recommend this company for anyone in need of air conditioning maintenance and repairs because take their time and make sure everything is done correctly. TWO THUMBS UP!!!

They came to fix my AC unit in no time and on a hot Sunday afternoon during the Labor Day weekend. Not many companies would do this on a holiday.

There's no way these reviews are actual people and my experience was so poor. I won't get into details but I will say keep looking and don't take a day off to meet them up they missed 2 appointments of 4. In fact nobody even called and they just said oh we missed it hahaha. tech was nice but miss informed. It's a really long story I'm easy going and won't throw anyone under the bus but keep peaking around. We had to have another company come in anyways because we couldn't get them back out. Other company came same day and we had to pay to get our ac serviced again few days apart. Bummer. Happy hunting people

This company is great! After having a horrible experience with a company that was contracted with my home warranty company Supreme Heating & Cooling bailed me out of a bad situation. They are knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and dependable. I highly recommend them!

Excellent response time to my inquiry on HomeAdvisor. Arrived quickly and fixed the problem. The first contractor was talking replacement ($$$$) and Sam repaired, charged less than I was expecting and offered to clean the carpet where my overhead ladder had made a mess. Very personable and I will definitely use this company again.

Came out quickly and helped with my issues. I was offered and accepted a yearly service plan which was only $30 more than the service call. For the extra money I got my system checked out and the condenser unit cleaned of debris. Also got a couple of estimates to replace the existing unit. Tim was very courteous and professional. Will use them for all my ac needs.

Called this company in an emergency (I was burning up) and they arrived quickly. Great prices and service! They were all very friendly and got the job done without any hassle. Wouldn't hesitate to call this company for any heating & cooling services in the future.

Our heater decided to start acting up during a freeze here in Sachse, and we were desperate. We took a shot on Supreme Heating and Cooling, and on Joe. We could not be happier. Joe added us to his schedule at 7pm and was out here on time and well past dark on a fridged cold night. His care, demeanor, and honest concern for our ability to stay warm on a bitterly cold night showed in everything he did. His prices honestly had me asking myself if I was under paying the man.....

If you need help and you don't have a service you know to call, call Joe and his people. You'll be glad you did.

Our AC was "frozen over" and when I called Supreme Heating & Cooling on 4th of July, JOE answered and the next day they on 5th - Joe and his co-worker Robert, came over and fixed our AC. Were really professional, they explained everything what happened and how, cleaned the AC unit, checked the upstairs.
If you ever need an AC/heating company - I would always recommend them. Supreme Heating and Cooling is way to go!!!
