My father and I were trying to save some money and diy an AC service/repair. We were stuck and had basically given up on the system. I called Joe Wright after getting a recommendation from a neighbor. Joe asked me what was going on and he freely offered tips for our diy repair that were spot on. When i need AC service in the future, Joe will absolutely be my first call.

We have used Joe and his team for over ten years. They are prompt and professional. They recently made several visits to address a difficult A/C issue - didn't charge us after the first call, just kept coming back until the problem was solved.

Joe came out to repair our unit on a same-day call. One of the best tradesman I have worked with. Exceptionally professional, no-BS, generous with his time and expertise, and committed to fixing the problem. 10/10, would recommend to friends or family, and will be seeking Joe’s services in the future for regular preventive maintenance.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Supreme Heating and Cooling for over a decade, and I’ve always received exceptional service and fair pricing. Today, I had them come out for a tune-up check, and as expected, they found exactly what was wrong. Ivan was scheduled to return the next day for the repair, but he finished his next job and came back to take care of me so I wouldn’t have to go without air overnight. Now who does that?!!
Ivan went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his exceptional service. Ivan rocks and so does Felicia who rules the office and phones, she’s super efficient, very friendly and goes out of her way to take care of you!!!

Joe and his guys came over multiple times to fix a nagging problem and would not stop until the issue was resolved without charging me extra for each visit. I have used them over a decade and have supreme confidence in them. They are good folks and veteran owned.

Joe is so professional. He knows his heat and air systems. His diagnosis is always quick and correct. He responds right away to an emergency. Would not use anyone else.

Derrick is great! He was prompt and courteous making sure all my HVAC were working properly. He also answered all my questions about filter replacement and timing. Very professional and I would recommend to anyone to use Service Experts Dallas!

Antonio did an amazing job fixing our garage disposal and clogged up sink in our upstairsbathroom. He was thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to explained everything. He was also very courteous and friendly which is a plus in my book!

Joe did a great job doing the comped inspection that came with our membership. He even changed my air filter that is difficult for me. He was very professional, answered any questions and let me know all systems are ready for the coming cold snap!

In my bathtub when switching from bath mode to shower head the faucet would still run. The faucet was broken internally. He replaced that and it worked. There was no charge for that since I had a technician come previously to repair it and it wasn't done properly. Service experts stands by their work since they didn't charge for the second trip. I recommend Antonio Martinez for plumbing work. He knows his stuff. I also had the internal parts of the toilet replaced since it wasn't working properly. That was $312. Works good now.

Technician did a diagnostic on my shower head repair, and bathroom faucet drip and mentioned cost to repair. I declined both because of uncertainty on the part to be installed on the handheld shower, over $700. On the Delta faucet drip he mentioned to be over $500. I appreciated his honesty. I will use my handyman on the drip who has done imposable tasks in the past

Lance McKinzie and David Calles serviced my unit and performed an outstanding job. They were professional and efficient during the service call and discussed several preventative items for the future. Once again, Thanks to Lance and David.

Richard Martinez and Jose were wonderful. Very friendly and straight to the point. Jose checked both the outside unit and the thermostat. Richard and Jose went up into the attic to check the unit there. After Richard made some adjustments to correct electrical flow everything was perfect.

A/C went out overnight and I called ServiceExperts as I have a semi annual maintenance agreement with the company. They dispatched Joe Gil and Marcos Garcia out midday to service the equipment and get me back up and running. It was just a capacitor issue on the outside unit but Joe found it super quick and got the unit back to cooling our home. Marcos also checked out the system with Joe and recommended some duct cleaning and quickly provided an estimate so we can budget for this project later this year. Great service from these guys and SE. I appreciated their professional help with my problem and definitely recommend!

William Beltrán saved me from having to take out my bathtub. Another company had recommended demolishing the bathtub to clear a clog but William was able to get it done!! Very happy with his service! 10/10 will recommend Service Experts to anyone looking for a professional and experienced plumber!

Mr Lee Slocum of your Company was my Tech from beginning to end and I can't say enough about his great customer service. He is very much a people person and completed my plumbing issue to my satisfaction! I would call on him again if need be. Service experts came to my home today to do preventative maintenance on our heat pump. Jason and Greg were very knowledgeable of my unit and knew the history of other preventative maintenance calls from the past. Greg walked me through their service of filters for our water system including whole house systems. Greg also checked our hot water heaters. Jason provided me with a complete breakdown of our heat pump system and replaced our filter. He also did a complete checkup of our outdoor unit including cleaning and flushing out the condenser. I trust the work that Service Experts provide and I appreciate how easy it was to make the appointment online and receive updates and confirmations by text.

Jorge Puebla was the technician today. He was on time, quiet, efficient & professional. I have been with this company since 1966, thru the changes. I hope Service Experts can live up to AIRRITE & Crawford Services. So far they have done very well!
