We have used Right Choice for years, they sold our family a new system many years ago and we can always count on them as well as every Technician to be honest, respectful and they never try to sell us services that are not needed. They do not haggle on pricing, they have a list that shows the price and that’s straightforward and transparent. I love that you get a profile for the Technician ahead of their arrival. We would absolutely recommend (and do) to everyone we know.

Had our AC go out late Saturday and Randy was able to come out Sunday to fix it with the weather being over 90°, and fix it within an hour. It was a pleasure having him, as even in battling the heat, he was still lively and friendly. 10/10 experience, with a 10/10 technician.

Tre was very nice and very knowledgeable, he did an outstanding kid, identifying the requirements of my Heating and the Air Condition system. Excellent service by just a super great company! I certainly will recommend them to my friends and family!

I’ve worked with seven commercial A/C companies in the Dallas area, and this company stands out with their exceptional service. The technician, Ryan, is especially knowledgeable. Having dealt with many A/C technicians for commercial properties, it’s clear that most of them aren’t as skilled. Ryan, however, really understands the systems and can diagnose issues with expertise.

Give this guy a raise before you lose him. Finding a good tech in 2024 is tough!

Trey was the man! I never do reviews but he deserves it. Very respectful, fast, resourceful, and knowlegeable. He gave me his professional recommendation for my situation and when I requested a different option based on my needs, he knew exactly how to pivot for us to compromise. I hope they are paying this man well! I'm sure the other technicians are great, but if you call this place I highly recommend Trey!

Randy was very professional. He acted more like a friend than a serviceman. He knew what he was doing and he refused to leave until he was sure that everything was exactly right. He went above and beyond to get the work done to our satisfaction.

Highly recommend Right Choice for your HVAC needs! Pedro came today for our bi annual service and was very thorough with his inspection of our heating units and made reasonable suggestions for repairs. He made sure he answered all of our questions before and after repairs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We already have rescheduled for our members appointment in the Spring. It's easy to stay on top of maintenance through their maintenance plan!

Trey was phenomenal!! He was punctual and very knowledgeable about the entire process of installing a mini-split unit in our garage. He answered all our questions and we had a bunch. I am confident in our decision to purchase and install the new system.

Ryan A. and Trey H. did a wonderful job here at our workplace in Richardson! We had a warranted unit go down and they repaired it in a prompt manner and under the warranty. We had another unit down and we had another HVAC company tell us it needed to be fully replaced and they were able to just repair a small part and get the unit up and running instead. They are honest and quick with their work, which we like.

Pedro was very punctual and kept me informed with his progress. He was very careful to make sure he didn’t track any dirt in and took pictures of everything he was inspecting to let me know what he was seeing.
The company did everything they said they would do for the very fair price agreed upon. They had the technician scheduled very quickly so I didn’t have to wait several days like what is becoming the norm in today’s world.

The tech was prompt and courteous. He gave details of what was going on with my system and gave detailed recommendations for upgrades counter potential health risks. Additionally, he made recommendations for upgrades to further mitigate health risk factors as well as protect the unit itself from mechanical degradation.

Ryan is very professional. There was nothing needed to replace or fix. I really appreciate the company , and 100% I will be recommending any one, for the best service I received.

They did an inspection of the HVAC systems on a new commercial space I’m leasing. They explained what’s needed to get the units in the proper working order for our operations and got our system back online then it stopped working again a day later. When I called to get it back working they said they were too busy and won’t be able to get it fixed for another 4 days. In the Texas heat with perishable products & raw materials in our commercial space, that is just not acceptable.
