Jason from My Cooling Company did a great job of installing a new HVAC unit in the beginning of summer after my old AC unit just wasn’t cutting it anymore. He was very professional, friendly and straightforward in pricing. Was able to get my AC unit up and running and haven’t had a a problem since in the past year it’s been installed!

Jason replaced the fan motor on my A/C unit. There wasn't one available in my area, so he drove over to North Dallas for one. When he got there they didn't have it in stock, so he waited several hours for one to be brought over from another location. His diligence and perseverance was exceptional. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their A/C unit.

I had a company come out and they said I needed a whole new system. Then I reached out to my cooling company and he found out that I was just low on freon. I guess the previous company was trying to scam me. I recommend my cooling company they are honest, reasonably priced and resolved my problem quickly.

Oh my gosh, we so appreciate Jason and his guys. We got a couple of bids, and he was always first to get back with us with any of our questions leading up to hiring him. If he said he was going to be there at a certain time he was. The other "company" changed days a few times and their bid was oral, with nothing in writing.
Jason had a written out bid with all the info we needed on the equipment so I could research it's quality etc.
Jason wasn't the least, but it was within 400. The equipment Jason offered was more efficient and better for our needs and he was clearly more reliable. Worth every penny.
His installers were amazing and smart. Definitely knew what they were doing. It wasn't an easy install, but they made it seem like it.
It was a no brainer for us.

We had the AC unit damaged by a storm this year. Jason with My Cooling Company came out and diagnosed then replaced the entire unit doing a great job. I highly recommend.

Customer service is nonexistent. They only want to upsell. No desire to maintain a working system. They cracked my drain pan several years ago. They have spent years of different techs saying they can't figure out why there is water leaking inside the system even though their own tech said years ago you probably have a cracked drain pan. After years as a maintenance plus member and them constantly trying to upsell me extras, yet another tech comes out and says your drain pan is cracked, to which I say I know, you guys did it and already identified it as a problem. Of course no it's been long enough it's not under warranty. I still agree to them fixing it and they are supposed to order the part and ne out Friday... 2 weeks later I call for a status because they haven't shown up or called... we have no notes about that, we'll get it ordered and get right out. Another week goes by, still no call... and calling corporate just gets you sent to an overseas call center.

David, Jeff and their crew did an amazing job on our new AC units. On their initial visit, they came out at 9:30 on the WEEKEND to get our old AC up and running in the heat of the summer. Wonderful and unexpected level of customer service. We later decided, after taking multiple bids and meetings with multiple companies, to have 2 new units installed for our home by Efficient Home Solutions. They went above and beyond, addressing concerns well after our installation occurred.
