Zach helped us out with a shower that was constantly leaking hot water and had turned to a stream. He was quick and thorough while communicating clearly what was going on. They'll have to get approval to continue the repairs from our rental company, but I'm sure we're in good hands with DFW Pipe Pros!

Thanks for fixing my water heater I was really tired of the freezing cold showers

I had Kyler from DFW PipePros out to fix my dripping tap. Two previous technicians from my leasing company couldn't fix it due to amount of rust. Kyler did a great job taking it out and getting a new one in quickly while being courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Kyler and DFW PipePros!

Connor was fantastic. He ran a camera down the line to see if anything wrong. Nothing was obstructing. We talked about different possibilities of the cause for the back up since this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I have had the toilets and tubs filled with water. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. You can't ask for much more than that. Thank you so very much!

My family recently moved into a house that had some plumbing issues, as well as other problems, so we have been dealing with repair people ever since we moved in.

Trevor came to our house to check our slow tub drain and was very professional. He told me we could let our dog out of the bedroom because he loves dogs. Trevor showed me the debris he pulled out of the drain without treating me like I was stupid, but on his level. He was very personable, willing to answer questions and interact with our dog. He tried to befriend our dog several times. Our dog is very protective of the family- even moreso now that we're on a street full of strangers.

Trevor has been the best repair person to come to our house since we've moved in. I would highly recommend DFW Pipe Pros to anyone needing a plumber. If all their workers and repair persons are like Trevor, then you will not be disappointed.

Kyler was amazing! The drain for our washing machine was clogged and flooded our downstairs. He unclogged it, tested a cycle to make sure it wasn't still backing up, and ran a camera down as an extra precaution. I don't know a ton about plumbing, but he explained everything in a way I understood. Highly recommend!!

Joe and Collin were great! Our tankless heater passed away sadly and they were able to replace it with one in record time which was super surprising since the units are not easy to obtain quickly. They both were professional workers that made me feel like a family friend was over doing the work. The master technician, Joe, came out this morning on behalf of Hudson Homes Management and immediately located the issue after several other contractors had come out previously and were unable to find it.
