I recently had a service call, Josh my tech was excellent. He was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and informative. This was a very pleasant experience and the price was, in my opinion, very reasonable. I will be using them moving forward for my plumbing needs.

I was referred to Plum Bros by a neighbor and very grateful for the it! I called and they came out to address the problem (I had a pipe leak in the slab). I had already contacted another company so this was to be my second estimate. They blew the other company out of the water. They chose a course that was less destructive and less costly. Kellwin was very open about the process and what to expect. He also told me what it would cost to get everything back to normal. I love that his invoice lists everything out so you know where your money is going. Arrival times were met and I was called 30
minutes before they arrived to be sure I was home! They had me back up and running in no time. They sent out the most wonderful painter (Hector) that went way out of his way to make my paint a perfect match and that the repairs matched the original walls as closely as possible. He was very kind and cleaned up his area and the mess the pipe break did. These are good people and I can’t thank them enough for treating me with respect and fairness.

Plumb Bros LLC was hired by my apartment complex and did a terrible job. They left a huge mess (including broken glass in my unit) to the extent that they had to hire a cleaning service after the fact due to the volume of complaints from residents. In addition, the work itself was poor, we were left with a leaking kitchen faucet, one loose and leaky bathroom faucet, and another bathroom faucet with half the water pressure it had prior to Plumb Bros. Shoddy, slapdash, and sloppy work, can’t recommend.

Jose was easy to work with, and Mauricio who came to actually perform the service was very nice and extremely professional! Will absolutely use this group in the future :)

I had a main water line leak on a Sunday. I shut the water off. I called and they had a plumber out by 9:00 am Monday. Repair was made and everything cleaned up by noon. Great job! Highly recommended.

My 50 gallon hot water heater needed to be replaced and I had a new one delivered by Home Depot. I called several plumbing companies in Dallas for an estimate to remove the old one and install the new one. Home Depot’s “preferred provider” quoted me $1600! That was more than double what I paid for the actual heater itself!! Plum Bros offered the best value for the job and hiring them was a no-brainer because I’ve used them before to repair my boiler and they did great work at a fair price.
