I had an amazing experience with Kyler. He came out to fix an issue with my toilet but went over and beyond to fix an additional issue that I had no knowledge of. He remained, polite, kind, and respectful of myself and my home. I highly recommend!

Phenomenal service!

Kyler W. came out to our house to address a garbage disposal that stopped working. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and quickly replaced our garbage disposal very seamlessly.

He took his shoes off when entering, he thought ahead and put down a towel to prevent mess and was respectful to the fact that we had a sleeping baby for a portion of the visit.

He was an EXCELLENT representation of DFW Pipe Pros and due to this, this is the only service I’ll be calling for plumbing needs in the DFW area.

Zane Belew was amazing! He came out to our home today and fixed a plumbing issue that we have been having for awhile. He was very thorough and nice. And he cleaned up the mess that my toilet and shower made without me asking. Good job!!

Kyler Weddle is top-notch! His assessment of our kitchen drain was fast and thorough. While I am not happy that there is a collapsed cast iron pipe, I am certain that all will be repaired in a timely manner.

Collin was super professional and timely with fixing my bathtub faucet. He had to actually leave to get a part and still was able to get the job done within an hour! If I could leave 10 stars I would, I highly recommend their services!

They kindly gave me written directions to a residential faucet parts supply store that may have what i need. Fast and helpful.

These folks know all there is to know about the products we use in the industry and they are #1 in customer service across the nation. I came from the FTW Metroplex to manage a large project in Richardson and they were there for me throughout the weeks, if they didn't carry something in a specialty line they either got it for me or directed me to it.
