Brent Fischer came on Time, was very professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. He then cleaned up everything and left the area as if nothing had happened. Excellent job! Highly recommend!

Even though my landlord chose not to hire him, Jacob still took the time to explain the situation, provide a fair estimate, and educate me on proper plumbing codes, permitting, and the risks of cutting corners. He was professional, transparent, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the right information to advocate for a safe and legal installation.

Water heater was leaking, of course on a Saturday of a 3 day weekend. As we started trying to find a plumber we quickly found it difficult to get someone to come out before Tuesday, even one who said they were open 24 hours. Luckily we found Pure Plumbing and gave them a call. The were able to send out Bryan within 2 hours. Bryan was fantastic! He explained our options thoroughly, was professional and friendly. He did an excellent repair job. He completed the work in a reasonably short amount of time and saved us from not having a shower for 3 days!! I would highly recommend Bryan, he was excellent!

I got a free water heater flushed. It was a great service and learned to take care the water heater better.
I just had a little issue with appointment time. If the appointment is at 1:00PM and tech should be here and give or take 30 minutes.

Dylan helped my 82 year-old mom today during a Christmas crisis. Water heater was running out of her garage and Dylan went out of his way to take care of my mom at a moments notice!! During this busy Christmas season, this company went above and beyond to help someone in desperate need when they did not have the time ...they made time. Excellent work by Dylan! Michael T at Pute Plumbing was fantastic. I had both our electric water heater and kitchen faucet replaced by the company. They were both responsive, friendly, and I felt like they were trying to do the best for me.

Dillion from Pure Plumbing came out on a Sunday evening and fixed our plumbing issue. They don’t charge a trip fee and they give you an estimate before repairing. The issue happened to be our septic system however Dillion was kind enough to troubleshoot and repair the problem enough until we can get the septic system fixed. He didn’t charge us anything for this service. Pure Plumbing has just earned a life time customer. Very refreshing to find a company that puts customers first!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Had a shower leak in the upstairs bathroom. They demanded a ton of info to set an appointment. We provided the info, and an access code so they could check it out while I was at work. They confirmed the appointment, and then no showed entirely. They claimed their technician didn't have the door code and that I had only provided a gate code. We have no gate lock whatsoever and no keypad for a gate. They just hadn't shown up. They then said they would ask about getting somebody back there later today. Then texted me saying they wouldn't provide the service. Unprofessional & lazy.

Jacob helped us in a pinch during this past freeze - once he arrived, he clearly walked through pricing/options, and had the job finished in 30 minutes. If you are looking for a trustworthy plumber, you’re in great hands with Pure Plumbing!

Pure plumbing just Helped me out in a very tough situation with my mother‘s house. These people do incredible work, and have a heart for people. Michael Trent from Pure Plumbing is an absolute lifesaver! He came out on short notice when we noticed a strong gas smell, and what he accomplished was nothing short of a miracle.

Even with Atmos Energy on-site and preparing to shut the entire system down, Michael stayed calm, professional, and confident. He respectfully asked for a few more minutes to check one last area — and sure enough, he found and fixed the leak!

You could tell Atmos Energy was watching closely and appreciated his expertise and precision just as much as we did. Huge shoutout to Atmos for their patience, and major props to Michael for his skill, quick thinking, and commitment to safety.

Got a no-call/no-show on my service appointment today. I called to figure out what happened and they said they were dealing with an emergency repair and were not sure when they could get someone out to me. Had they reached out to tell me this and/or offered me a discount for the no-show, I might not have left this review, but they didn't. My time is valuable too.

After suspecting a water leak at our home in North Dallas, we called Pure Plumbing based on their strong online reviews. They offered a free estimate and sent Dillon out within a few hours.
Dylan spent about an hour diagnosing the issue and ultimately confirmed a leak in the irrigation system’s supply line, likely caused by recent freezing weather. He shut off the irrigation water and completed his assessment.
When we asked for an invoice, he told us there was no charge.
Pure Plumbing earned a great recommendation for their quick response, professionalism, and excellent customer service. We’ll definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

Scheduling was easy - I scheduled through their online system during the weekend for an appt on Monday. I got a call first thing Monday morning from their office and Jacob came out the same day at no charge. After looking at our most pressing problem, we were so impressed with his knowledge and problem-solving skills that we asked him about our other issues.
