Called today 11/27 (day before Thanksgiving) and spoke to Mr. Casto. He asked if I could wait until Friday. I explained I really needed the work done because I was having people over for the holidays. He said he could do it and sent over Julio and Jonathan who did a great job snaking my system and even pulling out a piece of PVC pipe that was in one of the clean outs. These guys saved Thanksgiving. Highly recommend!

Great company. We had a slab leak that we were able to isolate ourselves. From our assessment, they were able to give a phone estimate because they are highly knowledgeable and we had broken things down specifically and my goodness, they stuck to that quote when they came out and laid new pipe. Work was done quickly and efficiently. The interactions were super pleasant. We will definitely use Casto again when needed.

Julio came out today and fixed an outside faucet for us.
He was able to come the day that I called and took care of the leaky faucet before the very cold weather.
Julio was very professional, knowledgeable and very neat in his work.

One of my exterior faucet lines busted due to the cold weather. I contact Casto Leak Detection and scheduled an appointment to assess and fix the problem. Brian arrived punctually at the agreed upon time and quickly determined what needed to be done to fix the water line. 8/5/24 Update. Another great experience with Brian Casto! My shower faucet handle broke off leaving the shower running. Brian took my call AFTER HOURS and walked me through how to fix the issue. If you are looking for the best plumber with the knowledge, expertise and ability to solve your issues and solve them quickly and fairly, you have found them. I wish I could give them 10 stars because they are that good.

4/22/25 - I had Casto Leak Detection come out again to replace a toilet shut off valve that no longer worked properly. As always, they responded to my call quickly, scheduled the appointment promptly, showed up on time, performed the work professionally, and charged a fair price. This is an excellent company for anyone looking for consistently excellent work and prompt service. Thanks again!

We had an issue with a stubborn clogged drain in our kitchen and used Casto Leak Detection to resolve the problem. Julio and Jose made short work of the issue and both were professional and courteous during the process. Care was given to cover the under cabinet sink area as well as the flooring to minimize any mess. Additionally, they called before they were on their way and arrived earlier than our initial scheduled appointment. I highly recommend Casto Leak Detection and will be using them again for my plumbing needs as they arise.

Brian, Julio and team have seen my house through some rough times. Over the past year they’ve helped me with kitchen leaks, my sewer line, toilet leaks, fridge water line, my outdoor spikets, water heater, and a kitchen renovation. Half of the time it’s been an emergency situation. It’s a relief to have a plumber on call that I know will prioritize me, be timely, do thorough work, and price fairly. I called yesterday regarding several plumbing issues I was having (leaky outside faucet, washing machine leak, and garbage disposal). I needed a plumber today, so I called Casto, since I had heard of them. My repair was a broken faucet in the kitchen sink.
The repair went smoothly and was carried out efficiently by Julio and Jonathan. These two were professional, patient and polite. They answered all my questions so that I could easily understand and also helped out with another problem with the bathtub. I received all the information I needed to do some maintenance by myself. They get top marks for everything and I will wholeheartedly recommend Casto to anyone who asks me. Thank you 😊 very much.

I can't speak highly enough about Brian Casto and his crew, and I'll certainly be using them and recommending them in the future. It can be difficult to find an honest plumber, but I found Brian through the church that he helps. My 97-year old mother had a washer drain backing up. She hadn't been able to do laundry and was doing it by hand. Dillon and Jose were out to get it cleared. They were reasonable, respectful of the home, and professional, and they worked very together well. Dillon was also friendly and personable, and told me he's recently married and they are waiting on approval to buy their first house. I wish him and Jose well. Good luck on the home, Dillon! Jonathan and Jose at Casto Leak Detection were great. I had a leaking P-trap and valve and they fixed both leaks. Easy going, no pushy sales tactics and great work for an affordable price. Probably a more simple project for what they usually handle but I'm a happy customer. Thanks guys!

We have used Casto Leak Detection for 5 years for our plumbing issues (replace old cast iron sewer lines, install new hot water heaters, replace toilets, etc). They are the best! This morning, Julio & Gage came out and solved an issue with our sewer pump.

I've been a homeowner for many years but only now feel like I have a go-to for plumbing and repairs. I first used Casto based upon their superior reviews rating and truly believe these are legit. Two years back we had what appeared to be as stooped up lack of water flow. Dylan immediately located the cleanout line, (which may not sound impressive, but had stumped at least two plumbers prior) and quickly diagnosed the problem. The next morning he returned and repaired a toilet based leak from the exterior. This avoided costly digging. And then just two weeks ago, we noticed pooled water just outside the house on our driveway. Unfortunately this was a pipe leak under our slab. But Robert quickly diagnosed and had a team out the next morning to dig, locate and repair. It's not a perfect science, but his hunch on where the leak was turned out to be accurate. Two other plumbers came out off-hours to help make a quick repair; thus ensuring we had water on with no significant delay. Each time they've come out, they've been prompt and given a detailed diagnosis along with advice. I have no doubt these guys know what they're doing and have every reason to believe they've been upfront and fair. You might find cheaper alternatives (not that I think they're expensive). But I prefer smart folks, showing up on time, answering calls, satisfying my questions, and making the extra effort to get us back up and running.
