Abraham was absolutely incredible during our home buying process. On his recommendation, we conducted a hydrostatic test on the property we were under contract for and it failed badly. It wasn’t a minor issue; it revealed a serious plumbing problem that could have cost us tens of thousands of dollars after closing.

There was some pushback from the seller at first, but Abraham went to bat for us and made sure we were protected. Because of his persistence and guidance, the seller ultimately agreed to replace all of the cast iron plumbing underneath the slab before closing.

That decision alone saved us a massive future expense and gave us real peace of mind moving forward with the purchase.

If you’re buying a home, you need someone like Abraham on your side knowledgeable, proactive, and willing to fight for his clients. We are incredibly grateful for his expertise and advocacy.

As part of a home purchase, we had CMH perform a camera scope of the sewer line.
This is one of those inspections you don't want to cut corners on, and they were extremely thorough. They took the time to explain what we were seeing on camera, pointed out areas of concern (it any), and gave practical advice. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend them if you're buying a house and want peace of mind.

Fantastic people work there! I was very impressed. My go to for commercial plumbing services here in DFW.

They did a good job in a timely manner. However, they only worked for about 40 minutes, yet they charged us for labor of an hour and half for time they were sitting in their truck. Not okay.

My water heater tragically failed flooding most of my kitchen. I had the pleasure of having Oscar and Daniel come out on multiple occasions to help locate, stop, and repair this leak. I feel they did an amazing job of fitting me into their tight schedule to have me without hot water for as little as possible. They had to make some quick modifications to work in the tight space given, and they were generally pleasant to work with. Not to leave out Lindsay as a diligent dispatcher. Thank you very much for your assistance!

Used to be good. Used them several times in the past. The last one resulted in a dry hole; later they found the actual leak in a different place about ten feet away in our slab. Wanted to get paid for their mistake. Agreed to split the difference, but I was still left with cleaning up and paying to fix their mistaken hole. Tried to use them again a year later, and they pretend to get back to you or to show up, and just do not. Extremely passive aggressive so cannot even think of using them ever again. A shame.

Julio and Jonathan were amazing!! very determined to help us solve our problem and did it within 15 minutes. We have been looking for a good plumbing service and we found Casto thankfully!

Can not say enough positive about Bryan and all his employee’s! I had the pleasure of working with Julio and Jonathan today on my emergency broken water pipe. They are gentlemen and truly professionals at their craft. They have the problem repaired and I never have to worry because they treat me with so much respect, and that’s a hard thing to find these days. I have an older home and have this company on speed dial. They have come to my rescue for at least three separate plumbing issues this year and I am ALWAYS so pleased! 12/01/2025 - This is a second 5-Star review for Casto Leak Detection. We had some foundation repair work done in November. The foundation company sent out a plumbing company, called Billy GO AC & Plumbing, to check for any leaks after the repair. I didn't feel comfortable with Billy GO, after the guy they sent didn't know the difference between our Pool and Sewer lines. They sent someone else the next day, and he said that we had leaked our main sewer line. He also noted that it's located in the back of our house. I knew right away that we needed to call Casto Leak Detection because we truly value their service from a previous problem. Gage came out with his apprentice, Johnathan, and they found a leak, but it wasn't in our main sewer line, as the other company told us. It was in a pipe off the main line. They gave us a price and explained the process to repair it. They had a team of guys come out to dig 30 feet under our house just to get to the leak, which was located towards the front of our house in our guest bathroom. Gage & Johnathan came back out a day later to fix the leak, and Gage kept me up to date on what was happening the entire time. He was great and very knowledgeable. We had to wait a day for the city to inspect it, and then the dig team came back to fill it back in. I can't tell you how happy we were with the service, repair, and professionalism of everyone involved. Casto is a solid, honest company that genuinely cares about their customers and doing the job right at a reasonable price. You won't find a better company out there! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Below is my review from when we used Casto Leak Detection a year ago in 2024. We noticed a warm area in our wood flooring, so we contacted three companies to inspect it and advise us on our options for repair. The first company was totally in the wrong location, even though the guy bet his life it was within 1 inch..LOL The second company wanted $79 just to come out and another $719 to detect the leak (totally ridiculous). Then we had Casto Leak Detection come out. They not only found the leak but also provided us with 3 options to repair it. Their honesty is what sold us because it didn't cost us thousands of dollars to repair it. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did a really great job. We are grateful to have found our one and only go-to plumber from here on out. I would give Casto Leak Detection 10 stars if I could. This is the BEST company to use for all your plumbing repairs.

Julio and Jonathon offered friendly service. Explaining everything they were doing and must have been kid friendly because the kids were able to describe the tools used. I would recommend Casto LeakDetection to anyone who asks.

Brian and his team are the best! They came out at 10 a.m. to assess my not having any hot water problem and by 11:30 a.m. I had a new hot water heater! Professional, considerate and reasonable. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!
