We had a leak in our home in connection to our AC that needed to be fixed asap during the late hours of the night. Jacob arrived and fixed the issue with great efficiency. He was kind, friendly and a great communicator. We were incredibly grateful for his help, especially because the service was needed around midnight. His associate, Dylan, was a great help also in fixing the problem.

Jacob and his team will be our go-to contact if we have another plumbing issue. We are so grateful for the experience with him!

Service men Brent and Hugo came to my house to check on my water heater. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond to check other plumbing in the home. I am super pleased with their services. These guys are awesome! I would call on them in the future.

Pure Plumbing has come through for us for two emergencies now. They came out quickly and diagnosed and fixed the problem both times. One was a slab leak and the second was a condensate line back up. Both were handled quickly and with very fair prices. Jacob helped with our slab leak and helped us navigate the insurance process. Dillon helped us prevent water damage from our condensate line backing up. And the person who handles their calls/dispatching is also super kind. I would definitely trust Pure Plumbing for any issues, routine or emergency.

Let me tell you. This company and staff are just amazing. Brian took so good care of was upfront on every showed me by camera through my pipe what was going on. He did a great job in educating me. No hidden cost. And let me tell about the the wonderful ladies I talked to over the phone. They are so nice understood my problem and got right on it. He unstopped my disposal for free !!!! Then took care. Of my bath tub problem …. Did not charge a fee to come look ! Very nice !!i will use again !!

We've been using Pure Plumbing for years. From the small jobs to the massive slab leak jobs, they always do a great job. They also have team available on weekends for emergencies which has saved us more than once now. Always very appreciative of their service and great team!

Coming home to raining living and garage is a nightmare! I have been a loyal customer of different plumbing companies for the past three years. But no more, horrible service and just not family location business i used to know. slow and poor service. I called at least 15 different plumbers, and Pure came out without any dispatch fee and told me that if I didn't like the price, they would walk away without charging me. Great Start!

Dylan came out 45 minutes after the call! Within 15 minutes, he found the source and told me what he believed was the best option. From the explanation, I was thinking, MAN, I have to give up a kidney here. But the price was reasonable, and someone who has been through this situation multiple times. The price was VERY reasonable. Dylan spoke to the owner, Jacob, and they even got the job done on the SAME DAY. I know they had other schedule issues, but they took care of me. My water was back after just 5 hours!

Jacob came as well, introduced himself, and worked with Dylan. From what I can tell, a great job! This company speaks volumes when the owner works with the team and encourages and thanks the team for helping the customer. I saw a trustworthy family business and outstanding leadership!

This is the longest review I have left! Thank you, Dylan and Jacob, for taking care of me and answering my million questions. If you have doubts about Pure, just call, and you won't regret it. Work with their partners on RR water restoration company. Hunter is great. He tells you honestly what the condition is.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I will be calling Pure Plumbing again for further issues.

One of their drivers cut me off twice in 30 seconds on 30 in Greenville. Still right behind him 17 minutes later so it must not be that important.

Great company! Jacob came out extremely quickly for a water heater issues- gave all us the info we asked for and got a new one installed within days (would have been next day but we had stuff going on). Price is competitive (I spoke to several top places in the areas) and installer did wonderfully - installation area is neat and tidy and they didn’t try to oversell us on any products and services, and even installed handled a few other things for us! Will be joining their membership later in the year as well.

Service is quick. Technician was able to find the issue and fix it within 30 mins. Will definitely consult pure plumbing.

Disappointing Experience with Pure Plumbing

I recently faced a plumbing emergency when a pipe in my ceiling started leaking during a freeze. Expecting prompt and professional service, I contacted Pure Plumbing around 8ish in the evening. Despite being assured that I was next in line and someone would be dispatched that day, the experience that followed was nothing short of frustrating.

I stayed awake until 2 a.m., waiting for the promised help that never arrived. The next day, after confirming my appointment again, I was told it hadn’t been assigned to anyone. Following another confirmation of a plumber being dispatched, I endured another day of waiting without any service.

On the third day, the plumber finally arrived, not at the scheduled time, but late. Instead of resolving the issue, they mentioned needing a tool that was not available and left, promising to return. This return never happened, and follow-up attempts on my part only led to more unfulfilled commitments and no actual service.

This series of letdowns, especially during an emergency, was not just inconvenient but also stressful. It contradicts Pure Plumbing’s proclaimed commitment to customer service. I ended up resorting to an independent plumber who resolved the issue the same day I called them.

My advice is to consider other options if you’re in need of reliable and prompt plumbing services. Unfortunately, my experience with Pure Plumbing was a series of unmet promises and poor customer service, something I wouldn’t want others to go through.

Woke up Friday morning to a pool in my front yard. Main waterline break. Called all the usual suspects and got a variety of VERY scary quotes. In the process found Pure Plumbing through Home Advisors / a.k.a. Angi.com. At first dismissed it when I noticed the review was for Las Vegas. But checked online and found they indeed are now operating here in Plano TX. It was 4:30PM Friday by the time I called them, but they agreed to come take a look and not even call it after-hours. Daron came in, diagnosed, gave me 3-4 options with pros and cons. I chose to run a new line since the old line runs under some massive trees and probably is just waiting to break again in another spot. Their price was a good 20% cheaper than the competition, and they could start right away. A crew showed up next morning 8:30Am and started digging. 40' trench, plus the city, home, and sprinkler system boxes had to be found and exposed. Then Daron showed up and laid down a new line, new valves, new boxes, the whole 9 yards (er.. that's 27 feet, so the whole 13.3 yards).

Couldn't be more pleased with the work. Thank you Daron, I now have a new favorite Plumbing company. And kudos to your trench digging crew, they even removed and re-planted a bush that was too close to the house shutoff valve.

Great service overall! Was very easy to call and schedule a free quotation visit, and the cost was affordable. Brent did amazing job, they didn’t leave until everything been tested. If you haven’t flushed your hot water tank in more than one year, or if you have other issues. give them a call and you’ll thank me later.

100% recommend this company. Michael came out and fix my water heater. He was fast and efficient and very knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier

We called Pure Plumbing to replace a water heater that had started leaking. Our house is old and the water heater is located in an extremely inaccessible spot. We had only one day to get it fixed before embarking on a long planned, Texas-sized roadtrip.
We called Pure Plumbing after searching for local plumbers. They were very responsive and scheduled a specialist to be on-site promptly to begin assessing our available options for fixing the water heater situation.
We were astounded when they said they could replace the unit that same day. We wouldn't have to cancel the trip!
Later that day, as promised, a team arrived and got to work.
This was clearly the last of several jobs they had completed that day and it was a really tough one but they stuck to it and got the job done. They fabricated new connections that greatly improved the setup for the new unit making it so much easier to manage in case of emergency in the future. Not only that but it looks great too! I can tell they really love their craft.
I would call Pure Plumbing without hesitation the next time I have plumbing needs. They saved the day with professional service and dedication that went above and beyond. My experience with them was great!

5 stars is not enough! Dillion and Hugo came out today and identified the problem and resolved the issue immediately. They were kind and explained everything and treated my home with respect. I would recommend them to everyone!

A huge thank you to Pure Plumbing for installing our new fireplace insert! Jacob was very thorough with the whole installation. From reading the entire manual on the insert we purchased to inspecting all the hardware in and around our fireplace to make sure everything was safe. He went above and beyond our expectations. There was a slight communication issue about our scheduled appointment time but it says more about a company’s integrity and work ethic on how they fix a mistake than the mistake itself. 5 stars doesn’t seem like a high enough rating for the service we received because we had the best experience. Jacob was professional and personable and it felt like we were just catching up with an old friend. We will be using PURE plumbing for any future plumbing needs and will continue to recommend them within our community.

These guys are very professional and do very quality work. Ask for Michael, if you use this company he does super quality work and answered every question I had he is definitely a pro. I Will use this company again in the future.

I have had two experiences with Pure Plumbing trying to give them work in the last month. The first was an external drain clog. I had five drains around the pool that also served the gutters. Pure came out and said some of the runs were long and they would need their 4000 RPM diesel powered machine with cameras to clear the drains. After thinking about it I bought a 100ft power washer hose and put it on my 1800 rpm power washer and within two hours my wife and I cleared all five drains. Pure’s price $1800. The hose cost me $75, and 4 man hours we got the job done. I believe they are way over priced and came with a Cadillac solution. I couldn’t recommend them based on price to value.

This week we had a Washlet toilet break so I called them once more. Brian showed up same day. The basic problem was removing the toilet seat left a water source open to the seat. Unfortunately, they don’t make a plug. Bryan recommended a $160 solution that replaced the toilet seat hardware but recommended replacing the toilet fill valve as well since it was old…$240. I asked when I sent the seat off to get repaired and it came back could I just plug it in. Answer….no. I would have to call them back to re-install the original solution…another $150. So, I’m in for a minimum of $390. I then asked how much would it take to install a shut off valve between the water source and the toilet seat…$540. I told him put it in and I’ll pay the $540 because I will never do business with this company again.

He worked max 2 hours and a parts list that couldn’t have been more than $50. Pics on before and after……you do the math.
