All these guys will do is take your $99 and outsource the job to another company. The guy on the phone makes you believe and say the service fee is $150, the actual guy from another company wanted $600 !!!

Despite hearing good things about this company, I was severely disappointed when I was in need. I had a poor experience with Earl - communication was lacking, he was rude and inefficient and couldn't get the job done. This company was also overpriced. I won't be using their services again and I advise against anyone who needs a plumber to contact them.

This company is the last plumbing service I'd ever consider using. They are consistently dreadful and can never manage to come out within a few days of calling, their rates are outrageous. Geoffrey took forever to identify the problem, provide a quote, and then repair it. I reckon he was here for well over 45 minutes. Terrible service as always!

By the following day, we had a brand-new water heater installed. The service was professional, and Geoffrey was very polite from start to finish. I give Antonio's Plumbers LLC a five-star rating! I called to make a service appointment with these folks. They said I needed to pay a $99 charge in order to set up the appointment, which I did so because they said they could be at our home the next day. They called back shortly to say they wouldn’t be able to be there as scheduled… It would be the next day and I said OK. My son said he did not want to wait two days to unclog the bathroom toilet/shower… and he would call another plumber. I immediately called back Richardson plumbing to cancel the appointment. They acknowledged my cancellation. This was the middle of June 2025 and as of this date they have still not refunded my $99 fee, even though they did not come and perform any service. I would stay away from these folks…

They must have relatives write the good reviews. You call, pay $99 in advance, and you assume it will apply to the fix. They farm it out to other RANDOM plumbers. Then you get calls from the random plumbers who barely speak English. They show up in an unmarked van and generic uniforms, then they want $280 to unclog a simple toilet with too much toilet paper. I showed them the door.

These guys are amazing, they came out the next day to evaluate our aging cast iron sewer system. Other companies wanted to charge us to run a camera through the system while CMH used a previous video we had another plumbing company perform a week before. CMH and their team gave us the best quote and we hired them to start the work. I’m writing this because the work is almost done and I’m just really excited to give my prospective on who these guys are!! We highly recommend giving these guys a call!!

Yesterday I went to check on my piping connected to my water heater and found that a valve had been cracked and broken due to the Winter storm. After calling 30 + plumbers in the DFW I called CMH and Abraham picked up. At first he was willing to help walk me through what I needed to do and the supplies I needed to get which is what I was looking for. Then he decided to come to help make the repairs, all out of wanting to help the community. He's out today and will be out making repairs of no charge and is a great plumber but an even more outstanding person. I would recommend this group to anyone needing any sort of plumbing done.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding plumbing company, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From start to finish, this company provided me with excellent 5-star service that exceeded my expectations in every way.

In fact, I thought the tech ABARAHAM was about to try and oversell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need, but this guy is so knowledgeable about plumbing he took time to explain exactly what was needed and why. As a matter of fact, it turned out that I didn't need all of the services I thought I did before talking to him.

I was impressed with how courteous and helpful he was. He listened carefully to my needs and concerns, took the time to explain everything he was doing in a clear and concise manner and went out of his way to ensure that I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process.

I'm not sure what CMH higher ups think about this guy, but if they're not training him to be a Manager soon they're going to be looking for another tech before long because this guy Abraham is going places. IJS

Very professional and thorough Plumbing Company. Abe performed hydrostatic pressure testing to determine if we had leaks in our plumbing system. He encouraged me to watch his quick but VERY Important outdoor Pass/Fail Test that could determine Thousands of dollars in plumbing repairs and educated me on Sewer lines and water pressure testing. I would highly recommend CMH for all your Plumbing Services as they are quick, up-front, honest and very knowledgeable.
