Very disappointed. I chose this company because its supposedly family owned and been around for a long time. Had a water leak in my yard close to my water meter and irrigation box. Told me I could either pay 450 for a leak detection company or pay 300 for them to dig a 2x2x2 hole. I personally could see where the leak was coming from without digging a huge hole. They dug the hole then continued to dig even bigger hole than the original 2x2x2. Found the leak. It was a crack in the 45 degree pvc coupling. I said ok how much to fix that. He told me 900 dollars? I was like what???? Im pretty handy and have fixed pvc pipes before and its no 900 dollar job. So it was going to be 700 for the hole dig and another 900 to fix pvc simple repair. Totally trying to rip me off like I'm some stupid moron. I told them I'd get another qoute. Had it done for less than 200 from a reputable local plumber. How they have been in business that long with those kind of prices is beyond me. Stay away from this company. Even the plumber that fixed it couldn't believe that qoute.

This plumbing company is EXCELLENT. I have been a long time customer and have always been treated fairly. Their crew (especially Alfonzo and Salvador) are very thorough, professional, and friendly. They always do great a great job! Would recommend them to everyone. Great family business!!

Koen plumbing is an excellent family owned company. They have been my go to for everything plumbing for almost 10 years. Heather and Stacy are professional and friendly answering calls. Alfonzo and Salvador are very thorough, professional, and friendly. They field all the questions I have with patience and courtesy. I can’t imagine using anyone but Koen plumbing.

Sal and Mario were professional, knowledgeable plumbers who did quality work. They efficiently traced my AC drain clog, accessed it through my wall, and properly rerouted the line to my shower. Both were personable and easy to work with, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Sarah in the office was friendly and provided an accurate arrival window.

The work quality was excellent and completed in a timely manner. However, there was quite a gap between my pricing expectations and the final bill. They provided an upfront price for the diagnostic/access work, but the total cost ended up being triple once the rerouting was complete. My research afterward suggested the final price was above typical market rates for this type of work. This could have been avoided with clearer communication about the full scope and total cost before proceeding with the repair work. I should have asked more questions upfront about the complete pricing.

I'd recommend Koen for their professionalism and work quality. Just be sure to get a detailed estimate for the entire job before work begins, not just the initial diagnostic portion. Overall, I am pleased my issue was resolved!

By far the best plumbing service I know of in DFW. They have helped me with several projects in different properties. If you want honest and professional service at a fair price, you should absolutely reach out to Koen plumbing. Salvador, Alonso, and every other folk in their team have been amazing to work with. Highly recommend them.

Sal was very knowledgeable and thorough as usual. After clearing sewer lines, he diagnosed several other issues and gave us an estimate for work to be performed. We have used Koen Plumbing for years because they are local and competitive with their pricing. Check them out.

I've been using Koen since 2017 when they installed two water heaters. They came out today and I was reminded how great they are. Friendly and honest folks who do great work at fair prices. I strongly recommend you give them a call.

Koen Plumbing came out quickly on an icy day for an urgent plumbing issue. They were able to put a temporary resolution in place while waiting for warmer weather to do further troubleshooting, and provided estimates for both best and worse case scenarios, so I had an idea of what to expect. Then they came back as soon as the weather improved enough to do the work. Would definitely recommend!

I had a frozen outdoor faucet. The faucet was covered but it leaked into the cover and froze solid. I thought I could just wait and let it thaw but when I talked with Sarah at Koen plumbing she said she would check with Sal who happened to be near my home and finishing up with another client. Sal came by and was able to thaw the pipe out and fix the faucet. Had I waited the pipe would have burst and I would have had water damage! I’ve used Koen Plumbing for over 20 years and have always had wonderful service. They are exceptional at customer service and always personable and very pleasant. I’m also in need of a new hot water heater which they will be installing in four days!

Koen provided the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. Alfonzo (I apologize if I misspelled or got his name incorrect) and Nicholas were so excellent. Extremely respectful, hospitable, kind, professional, knowledgeable, careful, communicative, and diligent. They responded quickly, diagnosed quickly, and did the work quickly.

The hot water line was leaking and they replaced the entire line in about half a day. They took GREAT CARE of my house and my belongings. Made some minor adjustments as they encountered water damage so as to not cause more damage. They were very clean and spotlessly cleaned up after they were done. I work at home and they were so respectful and quiet so as to not disturb me. Amazing!

My hot water runs so much more efficiently and I can't wait to see how much money I'll be saving on my water and gas bill now.
