Enterprise did all of the plumbing for our new home. When I started smelling something a bit strange over the Labor Day weekend I figured that I was out of luck. Boy was I wrong! Within 30 min Cory was at my house looking at everything with the water heater to try and determine if there was an issue. Thankfully there was no immediate emergency, but I can now rest assured if there ever is one then Enterpise Plumbing will be there for me! I cannot say enough amazing things about this company!

Anthony was excellent. He did not only help fix my problem, but also offered advice on how to keep on top of my plumbing issues. He was very polite and patient even when i did not understand at first how the warranty process worked :)

Dustin was our technician that came out today to look at the dishwasher. He was on time, professional and extremely courteous. These are qualities that are very difficult to find in the service industry today. He explained and showed the issue to me so that there was no doubt in my mind. He went above and beyond to give me couple of tips of how to prevent future problems. If I ever have to call a plumber again I’ll be giving Enterprise Plumbing a call and request Dustin.

Had major problem over weekend with all of our drainage and sewer blocked. Corey, Michael from enterprise plumbing came out promptly with hi tech equipment and saved day. Lead supervisor, Corey, was very experienced and quickly diagnosed the problem. They cleared up blockage and some construction debris left during building of the home. Corey also took time to explain the issue and showed us camera view when he was working. As bonus, they washed down driveway with hose for us. All in all, great crew and great experience! Great guys to came out at right time to help.

Had my water pressure checked b/c the toilet has clogged up a few times since moving in 4 months ago. I'm in a new construction home so everything is under warranty. Anthony explained how everything's gone green so only a little water is added these days. He was able to add a little more water so hopefully that'll help. I like how quick they responded and the great service provided by Anthony. Keep up the great work

I really wanted to share my experience and brag on these guys. I am a new homeowner and I had some issues when I first moved in with my toilet gurgling while my washer drained. I called in a request under my warranty company, the plumber came out and didn't do a lot. He ran a camera and then told me it wasn't covered and gave me an outrageous quote . Marcos came out, check all my drains, vent pipe on the roof and spent time looking at everything. Needless to say there was blockage from the previous owner doing remodeling.These guys are amazing and very thorough!! I highly recommend 👍

Water heater vent somehow fell apart, which is potentially an emergency due to the release of carbon monoxide gas produced by the water heaters. I called my builder's plumbing contract, in which Richard answered and ensured that my family would be taken care of same night. Richard insisted that I kept him updated as to when the on-call technician contacted me and also provided education as to how to keep my family safe in the meantime. I was later contacted by the on-call technician, Dustin, who drove an hour to get to my location at midnight. Dustin put in 110% effort to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the way the vent elbows were, it was impossible to resolve the issue that night since Home Depot was not open at such late hours, but we implemented safety measures overnight. Dustin showed up FIRST THING Sunday morning right when Home Depot opened and showed up with new vent elbows. Dustin put together and corrected the vent elbows, and also provided education to me as a first-time home owner. Both Richard and Dustin were very attentive and concerned for my family's safety at such late hours of the night. Hats off to such great customer service!

Dustin and Nick were here to replace our Tankless water heater and they did a wonderful job. Dustin even went beyond to explain common problems with Plumbing and how to avoid them around the house. Also, made sure that the roof was fixed properly with the new vent. Highly recommend.

I will share my experience with Enterprise plumbing you can decide for yourself whether to hire them or not. They were hired to do plumbing in a brand new house. They did the initial plumbing before the foundation. Every drain in the foundation was off from initial plan. In the kitchen island they were off by 5 ft. So after the foundation they dug the foundation to correct the drains. . They said they will fill the foundation after the inspection. Then they were supposed to do top out after the framing. Once the framing was finished they came and misplaced all the in wall toilets. Their crew took the shower valves and never installed them. They even swallowed one carrier for in wall toilet. Unfortunately I ran into significant problems with the building contractor for framing mistakes and I had to terminate the contract with the builder. The builder was so bad that he paid enterprise plumbing prior to finishing the project. I called enterprise plumbing and explained them my difficulty with the builder. Maria at enterprise plumbing acknowledged that they were paid for top out and wool finish the job after correcting the framing .

Now that framing mistakes were corrected to structural engineer satisfaction. I have asked Enterprise plumbing to finish the top out. Richard Mahoney came to visit the work to be done for which they were already paid for. Richard was appalled at the work of his own crew. He assessed the amount of work they had to do to finish the job for which they were paid. Now Richard and Joe Pauley neither want to finish the job, nor want to return the valves Or money paid.

Normally I don’t write reviews but I want my experience to be out there. Enterprise plumbing is the unprofessional, inefficient and fraudulent plumbing company . I don’t want other people to have such an experience. If still want to hire them please be careful.

Koen is always on time and professional. They fixed my problem quickly. Everyone is always friendly!

The plumbers arrived on time and remembered my previous issue, recommended repairs and had my issue resolved quickly for a fair price. Will definitely recommend.

We were working with a tile repairman and needed some plumbing work done on our 50+ year old pipes. The job required 2 trips and in both cases, the technicians were prompt, professional, and very clear communicators. I will be using them again, if we need another plumber.

Yuck. These people were horrible - at least the service tech that came out.

Our appointment window was between 2 - 4 and they showed up at 1!
First of all, we called them out to come to our house to fix a leak under my mom's sink in our mother in law suite, in her kitchen. The leak was under the sink and the tech just said, " well this is really cheap plastic piping", it should be stainless steel.

I said, "OK". So where is the leak coming from"?

He said, from the pipe. However, he hadn't really even turned the water on yet. Once he did , he saw the leak was coming from behind. My mother had also said that she had heard a rattle in the garbage disposal and I had mentioned that to him. The tech said, "You just need to get a new disposal as well don't repair them, we only replace them but if you buy a new garbage disposal we'll give you all the new parts under the sink for free."

He NEVER turned the disposal ON to hear it or to see if it was actually even broken!!

Then, he comes back with a quote after a few minutes in his van and says for a new 3/4 Horsepower garbage disposal it would be $790!! I have bought a FULL Horsepower Insinkerator disposal for clients (design clients) for less than 1/2 that!! Talk about a mark up!

To just replace the piping it was going to be $297 then when I told him we just wanted to replace the piping and I asked will it be all stainless steel he said no it would be plastic. He said in order to be stainless steel they have to replace the garbage disposal. Then he said we needed a basket strainer and it would be an additional $99 for that so total of $396!!

WHAT A BUNCH OF RIP OFF ARTISTS! After I told him, no thanks. He immediately said "Bye" and walked away. He left all of the piping undone under my mother's sink - he didn't offer to put it back or anything!!!

The entire time the guy was smacking his gum and had an attitude and was unprofessional and a little bit rude.

After he left, I went and looked in her garbage disposal and it was just a screw in there! I got the plumber who came to fix the leak later the same day to remove the screw and fix the leak. How much did he charge? $65 INCLUDING parts.

Don't fall for their high pressure tactics! I would NOT recommend this company at ALL.

We had an issue at our house, built in the 1950s, in which the clothes and dish washers would drain our tub would begin to fill up with water from the washers, which are upstream. Obviously a clog in the sewer line but because of the age of our house there are challenges to working with the plumbing in these old houses. John Koen has been in the business for many years and understands the differences that are inherent in the plumbing in houses built in various decades. Eventually he and his team were able to remedy the issue and clear the clog, allowing us to have clean clothes and dishes without bailing out the tub to do so. He warranties his work and does a great job! We call Koen Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

I did a google search for a friend in Dallas who needed plumbing service. I stumbled across Koen Plumbing company and had to give them a call on behalf of my friend. They gave a timeline to show up and fix the issue and they turned up as promised.

I called them out for a gas leak I had been told I had by Atmos. They came out and responded pretty quickly and were nice.
However, without even checking for leaks it was recommended my entire gas lines needed replacing for $9,400.
I asked about testing for a leak and they told me the test will be expensive ($900) and was unnecessary because it is just going to tell them what they already know and that is I need a completely new system. In my mind I’m thinking if I’m going to spend the $9400 you say it’s going to cost for new lines, I’m going to need a little more convincing evidence.
So I called around and went with another plumber recommended by friends. The leak test was less than a quarter of what Koen quoted and they didn’t even try to tell me what was wrong or give me an estimate until they were done with their leak test.
Though the repairs were time and labor intensive, the entire system did not need to be replaced as was recommended by Koen.
I hate to give a local business such a terrible rating but I was pretty disappointed to feel ripped off by someone from my own neighborhood.
