These plumbers are very professional. They are nice and they are patient. We have used then several times in the past few years and they just located and repaired a major leak.

I have not used this company, but Roger makes fantastic youtube videos that show his high standards and professionalism. I recommend checking out his channel and seeing his level of work and even learning a thing or two that can help you.

Awesome response time. I called them one morning due to a backed up shower drain causing that occurred the day we were scheduled to leave on vacation and they were able to get someone available within hours so we didn’t have to cancel our plans.

Bad communication - I told the secretary I prefer to be contacted through text. I Never received a text and the day they were supposed to come out they didn’t show up. I have been without plumbing now throughout the holiday and no end in sight. Yeah if you want a no call no show company this is it!

Very responsive service , 3 stars because of the fact that Shay (and I think his colleague named Cooper) told me I needed the line replaced and it was quite a hefty price, I called out another plumber and was told the line didn't need replacing. And got it repaired at a much lower cost.

Bad communication - We Never received a text nor call from the company, my husband could not understand what the receptionist said. She told him that they had been very busy on Friday. However, we had been waiting for the company to call back or come by Friday until today Monday, throughout the holiday and no end in sight. Yeah if you want a no call no show company this is it! This is exactly we have - bad experience!

Texas Green Plumbing is a life saver! I would give 10 starts if it were an option!
My wife and I called them to test a shower pan in a home we were purchasing to confirm a suspected leak. Later that day I received a call from Roger letting me know that when they found out the home in question was a potential purchase they ran a few extra test (that we did not know to ask for), thank God they did! By Roger and the team at Texas Green going the extra mile for us we were able to avoid a $20,000.00 repair that we would have been liable for as soon as we purchased the home. Because of their knowledge and "step above the rest" business model the leak was identified and the sellers made the repairs out of their pocket, not ours.
Its not everyday your plumber MAKES YOU 20 THOUSAND DOLLARS!

Called Texas Green Plumbing - Aaron came out and walking me through what he saw. He did a shower pan leak test. He walked me through the options and helped me understand best next steps. I'll likely be calling them again!

I had 2 sinks with drainage problems in my new home. Upstairs bathroom sink just needed the seal reset. The kitchen sink had several leaks and they gave me several options for repairs at each point. They also figured out the drainage problem as being a grease clog. I have several fans set up to help deal with the smell, but now the sink drains and there are no more leaks!

Texas Plumbing has set the bar in my book for home plumbing services! Aaron Legako is a top-notch, A+ technician with integrity. Aaron has been to my house multiple times to service our plumbing needs. Aaron has been honest, transparent, knowledgeable and patient with me! He values “The Customer” and is one of a kind!

Amber was amazing and helpful setting me up, the Techs (Kyle & Josh) were very professional, and importantly the fees cost/labor were much more reasonable compared to others I have spoken to.

if i ever need anything plumbing wise done to my house again i will be returning to these guys. the plumber scheduled to come out in the morning got sick so the owner, Roger came out to fix things for us the night before. any plumber is a bit pricey but with these guys you get what you pay for! he got everything done in a matter of a few hours. the receptionist who answered the phone for me, Amber is such a sweetheart and makes sure everything went well for us before and after!

We recently used TGP for our bathroom remodel and from the time we contacted this team until the completion we experienced nothing but professionalism. Amber was great to work with in scheduling, pleasant with a can do attitude. The plumbers assigned to the task were Matthew and AJ, ,both were helpful in telling me what is happening and when. No project comes without opportunity and this project was no exception. The tub rough-in was especially difficult but this team never flinched, they worked together and with us to provide the solution. Roger Wakefield cares for the customer and that is demonstrated throughout the entire staff. Thank you TGP, and if you are looking to remodel or just need a plumbing service give these folks a try!

Terribly expensive - $330 an hour for labor! I had Texas Green come out after reading their reviews, to replace my kitchen sink. The plumber was here for 2.5 hours, and they charged $857. I supplied the sink, there were no new parts necessary. The service was fine, but $857 for 2.5 hours work in my opinion is highway robbery. Look around, don't just take all of these reviews at face value; know that there is a downside.

Texas Green Plumbing replaced many feet of cast iron pipe with PVC under my home's foundation. Aaron Legako and Cooper Burns are the best!! Aaron and Cooper were very professional in their visits and always explained what the next steps would be. Aaron would show me photos of what needed to be done under the foundation so I would always be informed.

Maybe its just me; I had a plugged sewer service line. They did a great job and the guys were great. I was calling around multiple plumbers trying to get someone out and asking each what the cost would be. With TGP I’m told $199 and I got a few quotes from other plumbers. I decided to go with TGP because they are literally a block from me and I called back the others and canceled and then called in to schedule my appointment to learn that its not $199 but $199 plus $99 service fee. They came back with a reduction so my total was $258. Didn’t appreciate not being told UPFRONT what my total cost was going to be. I felt like we were backed into a corner and had no choice at that point.
