We’ve used 1st Class Plumbing for several years now. They are always prompt, professional, and get the job done the first time out. It’s a pleasure doing business with them.

I have used first class plumbing several times. They can arrive quickly and have been able to take care of every issue with reasonable pricing. I like their extended plan, as they honor it and still provide quick service.

After trying to unplug my kitchen sink myself with hot water plunging vinegar and baking soda, I called The Plumbing Pros. I was able to get an appt for this morning and Michael came by. Michael quoted a price and was able to push out all the sludge built up in the pipe! He even went back through with a camera to make sure there wasn’t anything else in there that would cause a problem. Michael was friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up afterward! Thank you so much for the help!

I highly recommend Mike. He was able to come out the same day to fix a running toilet that it turns out had several things causing the problem. He is very nice and personable and explained everything to me. The price was comparable and less than I thought it would be. Mike definitely will be my go-to plumber.

Mike is awesome! He called me within minutes of completing the online form and was on time, professional and great to work with. Update: We hired Mike again, this time to replace two water heaters, which he kindly quoted when we had him over for our initial (different) plumbing problem. He coordinated the city permit and inspection, explained the process, gave tips, and more. He’s so easy to work with and does a great job.

The Plumbing Pros was the only company we found that could help us. We had a unique situation. Mike came out and figured out what to do. The BIG plus, he did not take advantage of us when we received the invoice. Very reasonable!! Mike is a man of great integrity!!

Mike (owner) came within an hour and a half of my call on a Sunday 2.18.24. He quickly diagnosed the problem and unclogged the main drain which was backing up in the kitchen sink. UPDATE - 3.15.24
We scheduled Mike on 2.18.24 to replace our 10 year old water heater on 3.15. He contacted me the day prior to confirm our appointment and the morning of the service. Excellent communication! Mike determined several things were out of code which he updated to current city compliance. He had to crawl under the house to replace and update overflow pipes, quiet a job! Mike got the job done as planned. We could not be more happy with the job along with Mike’s professionalism and easy going nature. He explains everything in great detail. If you are in search of a qualified licensed plumber, look no further and give Mike a call.

I had a jammed garbage disposal due to small broken ceramic pieces. Michael put in a new disposal that was installed much better than a previous plumber. As usual, I'm very happy with the work done and Michael's expertise.

Mike came promptly and was the best plumber I have had! He is very positive and personable and gives the options available. He fixed my problem and was very fair and honest on pricing and will be my go to person from now on. I highly recommend him!

I had a kitchen sink with a clogged drain and then the dishwasher next to it couldn't drain so called up The Plumbing Pros because they were local and had excellent ratings. Mike came to my house promptly and was knowledgeable and professional and fixed the issue- he also pointed out something that might be an issue in the future and how much it would cost to repair to help me be better planned down the road, much appreciated.

Imagine waking up on a Saturday morning to sewage spilling out of your toilet. This is what we encountered today. We placed a call to our regular plumber, no answer. It was shaping up to be a crappy day.

Had two issues one with my half bath toilet and primary shower drain. Both were not draining properly. I was recommended to call Plumbing pros and Mike came out and did a fantastic job! He saved me from having to spend on breaking my slab for pieces of the old toilet that were stuck in my main pipe. His professional equipment helped break the pieces that were stuck in my line and now eliminated the option to spend thousands of dollars!! Granted, his machine is not meant to break hard pieces like that but he made it happened. Highly recommend!! Thank you Mike!

Update: Michael just finished his third job with us. Replacing two older toilets. He did a great job showing me how our drains are not lined up exactly and how it could possibly cause issues. Great communication, great work, and just a nice guy all around. All of what I posted previously still holds true. I will definitely recommend him to others.

First review: Michael was on time and professional. He communicated efficiently through text. Priced fairly for the work. Diagnosed our main issue with a kitchen sink not draining. He has a camera which made it very easy to understand the issue with the drain. He also replaced the kitchen faucet and three old valves. Completed the work in a quick amount of time and cleaned up before he left. He also gave me a reasonable quote for repairing an old shower faucet, and replacing some more older valves in an upstairs bathroom. We will definitely be using him for our future plumbing needs.

I don’t leave reviews but Michael was fantastic. He came over for a stopped kitchen sink that’s been plaguing me since I moved in (which none of the previous plumbing companies could fix) and his diagnosis was a broken garbage disposal, incorrectly fitted pipes…and a knife stuck in the sink courtesy of the old owners which none of the previous people I called managed to find.

Worth every penny and will definitely use again.
