The young man who visited my home to repair an under ground leak provided me exceptional service. He quickly reminded me of the leak he and his team previously completed under the slab at my home. He was professional and assessed the issue in short order. When he and his protege had completed the work they made sure I was updated in terms of the original issue and what was done to resolve the leak. Had I had the option, I would have rated the young men and his protege a score of 10 out of 10. Thank you.

I've used 1st Class Plumbing to fix several leaks over the years. The latest was to fix a leak in the main line to my house. Their pricing is reasonable and upfront. Those I interact with are always nice and knowledgeable. I don't get a lot of upselling and they leave with the issue fixed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with 1st Class Plumbing, and I can't say enough good things about them. From the moment I called, the receptionist, Linda, was an absolute delight. She was one of the friendliest receptionists I've spoken to out of all the plumbing services I contacted. Linda made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. She provided me with a quote over the phone, and I was pleased to find that this quote was the final price—no hidden fees or surprises. It was refreshing to get an honest price without having to worry about a plumber coming out and charging a destination fee for no reason.

The technician, Mario, arrived early in the morning and got straight to work. He installed two new water heaters quickly and efficiently, making the whole process seem like a breeze. Mario's professionalism and skill were evident, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I will definitely be doing future business with 1st Class Plumbing. Their prices are the best out of everyone I called, and the service is truly top-notch. Highly recommend!

10/23/25 Updating to 5 stars! Dustin eventually got back to me and got me set up on their maintenance plan. It’s absolutely worth it! Just two visits pretty much pay for itself, and the plan even includes a tank flush. A really great deal!

I also really appreciate how they follow up after every visit to ask for feedback about the experience and the technician, I don't believe they had that last year. It shows they truly care about their customers.

I had 1st Class Plumbing come out twice within two weeks for separate issues, each time with a different technician. Both visits required a service charge, which, for reference, does not go toward the cost of the work.

The first technician was great—very helpful, informative, and took the time to explain the issue and my options. The second technician, however, was not as communicative.

After my second visit, I emailed Dustin to request my receipt, and he informed me about a home maintenance plan that waives service fees. I was never told about this during either visit, and had I known, I would have signed up right away. Dustin kindly offered to waive my second service fee and send me an updated invoice for the maintenance plan, which I appreciated.

However, after our last exchange—where I asked for the invoice and how to pay—I never received a response. That was over two months ago. I’ve since tried reaching out via email and their website but haven’t heard back. Not sure why, but the lack of follow-up has been frustrating.

If you're looking for a reliable, skilled plumber, Sergio is the one to call! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He assessed the issue quickly, explained the solution in a way that was easy to understand. Most of all, the service was affordable! I highly recommend Sergio/1st Class Plumbing. Recently had a major plumbing issue...replaced old cast iron pipes.
Dustin and the team were exceptional. Communication with Linda was great. They were prompt, professional, and very clean. I would wholeheartedly recommend 1st Class Plumbing!

Had 1st Class Plumbing come out to give us an estimate. This was the 9th plumbing company we called. Very professional and knowledgeable. They are getting the job! Had them out again for other work, and it was great. Fast forward a couple years... had 1st Class out to fix an old broken shower. They got it done!

We had a leaking toilet and went through our Home Warranty company. They sent someone out FOUR days later. Long story short, he said we would need to get our floor fixed, and that the toilet was fine. (He wasn't the best.) We decided not to get a second opinion through the Home Warranty and called 1st Class Plumbing. They came out almost immediately, spent 20 minutes diagnosing the issue (which required a new wax ring and tightened bolts), and fixed the problem. Brien was professional, polite, and just did his job, and did it well! 1st Class Plumbing will be our 1st call from now on!

Brien from 1St Class Plumbing always does an outstanding job whenever we need these guys! I've been using 1st Class Plumbing for years. And I wont use anyone else. They are friendly, dependable, trustworthy and do great work! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber.

Excellent service. We needed faucets installed following a countertop replacement. We were able to schedule our appointment exactly when we needed it, our plumber Brian was on-time, knowledgeable and efficient. We’ll definitely be using them again!!

We hired Dustin and his great team for a whole house reno and full re-pipe. They are on-time and on-budget and always arrive with a good attitude. Despite running into some unforeseen challenges (prior owner replaced some cast iron but neglected a section), Dustin didn’t miss a beat and kept us rolling and passing inspections with kudos from code inspectors. We are appreciative of his extensive plumbing code knowledge, practical application, professionalism, and integrity. We are appreciative of Dustin and his guys at First Class Plumbing.
