Brandon Harrison of 1st Class Plumbing certainly lived up to the name. He was very professional and considerate of what we wanted done as well as what we needed done. My wife and I are upgrading our Master Bedroom Bath, and Brandon made suggestions, that saved us both time and money. The quality of the plumbing work itself was top drawer, based on my experience as a homeowner (I have owned six homes over the last 45 years) Brandon's plumbing work was among the very best I have seen.

We did a complete master bath remodel and had 1st Class do the plumbing. Brandon and Dustin did a great job, they were on time , called ahead to keep me informed and I am very happy with the work they did. I really appricate how professional they were and how easy they were to work with. I have been in the flooring business here in McKinney for 35 years and I have used a lot of plumbers in the past that I would not recommend...but I highly recommend 1St Class....I will refer them all my customers

Purchased an older home in need of way more hidden repairs than originally thought. 1st Class Plumbing helped us resolve every issue we had as it came up. They were accommodating and understanding to our needs. We built a good relationship with them.

These guys are fantastic plumbers. I had a specific and semi-complex plumbing job that needed to be completed to my specifications. Dustin quoted a very fair price over the phone and Brandon arrived a few days later right on time. Brandon had to get creative to get the job done, but the end result exceeded expectations. These guys wont gouge you on the price either like many plumbers do. First Class plumbing is now my go-to plumbing source and I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

1st Class Plumbing replaced our water heater (which broke and FLOODED the downstairs hallway), and Dustin's team did it same-day and at what turned out to be a very competitive price. That was a year ago and everything has worked perfectly since. I was very pleased with price and service, and I like that they're a small local business (I think small business owners hold themselves more accountable to customers than big companies).

Called 1st Class Plumbing to look at kitchen sink faucet and old original kitchen plumbing pipes that were leaking, and that needed immediate replacement. I was scheduled in over the phone within 5 minutes. They were able to come and install 2 shut off valves under the sink, that had not been ever previously installed before. Also, they replaced problemed pipes and they installed a new faucet. Brien (pronounced Brian) was very professional and on time and took care of our plumbing issues and cleaned up around area before leaving. Highly recommended! Working with Dustin and Mario at 1st Class Plumbing was a great experience. They were always punctual and delivered just like they said they would.

They explained what needed to be done right away, and also made some additional suggestions but left those decisions to me without being pushy or sales-y.

My first experience was good at a fair price. Recently called them to replace my broken pipe after the January freeze and I felt I was price gouged. $525 for 30-40 minutes of work fixing one easily accessible pipe. This was not an emergency call, I waited 2 days for plumber arrival. Won't be contacting this company in the future as what they charged was ridiculous.

This company is purely AMAZING. Mr. Brien and his crew did one fantastic job. Very personable & professional doing everything they did. Very friendly & very fair on there prices. I recently used 1st Class Plumbing to repair two hot water pipe leaks, one of which was quite a large project. Dustin and his team were very professional and knowledgeable in locating the leaks, explaining repair options, answering all of my questions clearly and promptly, and once I decided to proceed, repairing everything as explained. Mario and Sergio also were friendly and professional. Everyone is extremely prompt and communication with Alice and Linda were excellent. I had some questions about the engineering report which were answered when I called the engineer to clarify. Overall I’m very pleased with the service I received from 1st Class Plumbing. I’ve used 1st Class Plumbing for past plumbing needs, and they never disappointed, so I highly recommend them and Dustin if prompt and honest service is what you’re looking for in your plumbing needs.
